Rick from The Plumbing Two is hands-down the most responsive and reliable plumber we’ve ever worked with. He’s saved us on two separate occasions and has completely earned our trust. When we had a major leak, Rick showed up the next day—on a Sunday—and quickly discovered the issue was far more involved than anyone had realized. We’ve had plumbing problems for over 15 years that no one could properly diagnose, but Rick and his crew tracked it down. They opened up the ceiling, rerouted pipes, cleared clogs, and replaced sections that were rusted and corroded. For the first time in over a decade, everything works exactly as it should. The leak had caused significant water damage, so we had to bring in a restoration company. We were leaving town the very next day, but Rick completely handled the situation. We trusted him with a house key, and he coordinated daily visits with the restoration crew, keeping us updated through frequent texts. His communication was exceptional. Rick also personally showed up to the appointment with our insurance assessor, explaining everything, and sharing videos and photos. Every time a new issue came up, Rick managed to get a full crew onsite immediately. He and his team were professional, respectful, and detail-oriented—cleaning up after themselves, protecting our belongings, and treating our home with care. Later, when the restoration company couldn’t reassemble things or reconnect our washer and dryer, Rick and three of his crew were back at our house within 90 minutes. He personally made sure everything was reattached, tested, and leak-free before leaving. Rick truly goes above and beyond. I noticed I had raw sewage coming out into the backyard at around midnight and contacted The Plumbing Two because they were one of the few plumbing services I found that operated 24 hours a day. Rick arrived and cleared out the blockage but informed me that I had a larger issue than just the initial blockage. The sewage pipe was offset which required them to dig down 5 feet and perform a spot repair on the pipe. They found roots growing inside pipe as well and were very transparent about the whole process. All of this was accomplished in less than 24 hours and I’m very satisfied with their service and knowledge. I’ll be contacting them again on any of my future plumbing needs!

Rick and his team were fast and fantastic. I would definitely use him again and reccomend him to others. He answered and responded promptly to my call for assistance. He was able to assess and fix my leaking and loose pipes same day and in a couple hours. His service was awesome , communication excellent and price point great.

Waste of time

Rick without a doubt is the most honest, fair, and reliable plumber I have encountered. I hired Rick for a toilet overflow at my home that I shared with my family. When I called he was there within 15 min. I was so impressed with his professionalism that I hired him for a job at my investment property. What I thought would be a 15-20min turned into a fiasco that Rick was able to solve. Rick not only responded at 4:30am in the morning, but him and his guys stayed on-site until the problem was identified until 9pm. The plumber I hired to connect the sewer lateral missed an entire pipe leading to an overflow in all of the units and displacement of all of the tenants. Without Rick, I wouldn't have had the evidence I needed to hold the previous plumber legally liable for the botched job. Rick honestly goes above and beyond with his service and I've never seen any contractor have as much integrity as him. Rick takes pride in his service and I would without a doubt recommend you hire him for every job, small or large. Long story short, HIRE RICK AND THE PLUMBER TWO!!! You won't regret it!!!

I have hired Rick on two occasions and have always been satisfied with his work. When I discovered water leaking from the garage ceiling, I immediately shut off the water and contacted The Plumbing Two. Rick responded promptly the same day to evaluate the issue and quickly identified the source of the leak—a faulty pipe within the drywall. This was a significant project requiring removal and replacement of the damaged section with new copper fittings. Not only did they resolve the water leak efficiently, but the wall repair was completed to such a high standard that it appeared as though no work had ever been done. The most recent repair addressed a leak emanating from the PVC pipe waterline connected to the hose. I contacted Rick, who responded promptly within thirty minutes. He replaced the PVC pipe with copper, which was the appropriate material for the situation. Rick consistently demonstrates outstanding professionalism and craftsmanship, taking the time to thoroughly explain the circumstances and present available options. Two days ago I heard water running but could not figure out where it was coming from. Yesterday, I came home from work and after checking everything around the house, I went under and yes, broken pipe. At around 8pm I began to search for a plumber thinking I'll just make some initial calls, leave some messages and hopefully someone would get back to me and be able to come by in a few days. My 1st call happened to be to Rick at the The Plumbing Two...it was my lucky day (or night). Rick said he could come by in 30-40 minutes (yes, that night), he was here in 10. Rick and his professional team assessed the problem, even had to run and get a part and was completely done with the repair by 9:30pm. If you are in a situation to require a plumber, I highly suggest you don't waste your time calling around and just call The Plumbing Two first. Oh, cost...I anticipated to be paying much-much more than he quoted, so Rick and Team cover all the bases: Quick, professional, knowledgeable service, done right the first time at a budget friendly cost. I was looking for a plumber for my grandma who was having an issue with a water leak that resulted in a really high water bill. Upon calling the Plumbing Two, they came within half hour and fixed my grandmas toilet quickly. A bonus was that they spoke Spanish, which my grandma appreciated since she doesn’t speak English. They explained that after their services, they would provide a receipt that we can give to the water company so she can get some credit to reduce her bill. I called them again today because my grandma wanted a taller toilet installed to help with her knee pain and they also came really quickly and finished their service within half hour. They are very kind and I really appreciate the help they provided for my grandma! The pricing was fair for the service they provided. Will definitely be calling them again for any future needs.

I've had a few jobs done by Rick and his crew, and each job has been excellent. He's very knowledgeable and transparent about the process. They had to install a new sewer line at my mom's house, after she had multiple other plumbers come over years and do substandard work. He accurately diagnosed the problem, and ended up discovering the line had completely broken and needed replacement. His crew worked around the clock to get the plumbing up and running, and he took photos of the entire job from start to finish. He even took the time to walk her dog. Just fantastic customer service. After that I had him replace the water heater at our house, and his crew also remodeled one of our bathrooms, and did excellent work there too. I can highly recommend them for any project you may have.

We had a major plumbing emergency late at night when our main sewage line got clogged, causing water to overflow in our bathrooms. It was a stressful situation, but thankfully, Rick came to the rescue on very short notice—after hours, no less. He was not only quick to respond but also incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. Despite the late hour and the mess, Rick was courteous, efficient, and even took the time to explain what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. Just hire them! Ricky is amazingly responsive, almost too responsive if that's even possible. It's so difficult to get anyone to respond these days that Ricky's interaction is really unbelievable. He evaluated the job correctly and stuck to his original estimate. Ricky's on the job communication was just as good. He sent pics and video of the entire job and the work looks great, and the water is flowing great. On thing to keep in mind is they wanted to use zelle only and charged 4% to us a credit card. Not sure that would have made a difference to use them but it was a small surprise. Thank you, The Plumbing Two!

We needed a new water heater put in ASAP since the one we had burst and was done. I found Rick's company and contacted him in the morning and he was there the same day! He was very professional, honest, and straight forward. His price was fair, and his work he and his team did look great. Our hot water was back sooner than what we had expected.
