The Plumbing Source responded quickly to repair the broken shower faucet handle. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely call on them again for any future plumbing needs.

First, Shannon was very kind and professional the moment I made the call to request service to replace my water heater thermal expansion tank that had busted. Second, she, kept her word when she told me Rick would be on site in a few hours. Sure enough Rick arrived on time and was very kind and professional as well. Third, was Rick very skillful at his trade and adhered to California's recent mandates of wearing a mask and social distancing. He replaced the H2O heater thermal expansion tank and as such restored hot water at the house. Last, Rick was very reasonable when it came down to repair costs. It was great finding Rick at Pops Family Plumbing for replacing my hot water heater. With the variety of high and low prices and stories of local not so honest plumbers I was able to finally find a plumber that I was comfortable with.
