The Plumbing Solution

I called the plumbing solution because I read a review of another customer getting recommended to call a county service number. I thought that was interesting so I wanted to see what they would say to my issue. After briefly describing my issue to Dawn, she recommended I call the same number and have them look at my sewer line. I did as she suggested, they came out same day to fix the issue. The line was snaked and jetted and my service was returning to normal. I can't comment on the plumbing solution's services but I can say it is respectable to see a company turn away profit when there is a free solution for customers.

Called for a rocking toilet. The job ended up being much bigger than expected- had a brass flange installed that required cutting through tile and cement. Mike and Dawn explained everything the whole way through and quoted a great price, especially considering the work that needed to be done. They cleaned up after themselves. I was so impressed! Thank you for a job well done- the right way! Glad I found a plumbing company we can trust.

The recent hit of severe winter weather took its toll on our 83 year old home when a pipe burst and water covered every corner of the basement. We contacted The Plumbing Solution immediately after the insurance company. We had used The Plumbing Solution in the past and were so impressed with their work that we didn't even consider calling anyone else. The husband and wife team are professional, very knowledgeable and quick to assess the damage. In this case, we had a peculiar situation as the pipe was located in an awkward area in the wall next to the dishwasher. Also, the way the tiles had been installed made it an even bigger challenge for them to remove the dishwasher. Because of their tenacity, what they predicted to be a four hour job was only three hours. What impressed me most was how well they worked with the insurance company and that they did the work as promised late into the evening even after having a very challenging day of other repair problems similar to ours. We are very grateful to them because we were able to use our bathroom and shower again instead of traveling back and forth to our neighbors. Thank you Mike and Dawn for coming to the rescue.

I would highly recommended this co. When I called it was not a appt clerk. It was the owner , imagine that. Very refreshing to talk with a person that knows about plumbing and not just a person to make a appts. I had a kitchen leak under the sink. I knew where it was leaking but I am not a plumber. Boris and Mark (the gentleman that come out ) were very professional and very knowable. They did not try to upsell me and I feel they were very reasonable for what they did. I did go to them because of all the great reviews on Yelp and I can say they do stand by the reviews . I will use them again for any plumbing needs that I have . It is so refreshing to find a co that is dependable , reasonable and do what they say. If they say they are coming out , they come out. Not alot of people do that. I really feel like this co is a hidden gem. This co has all of the credentials but not the high price tickets. Let me start by saying wow! I called today as our tenants mentioned issues with the drains backing up. I left a message and was promptly called back by Dawn. She was super knowledgeable and asked questions about what was going on. After the questions she said they would be happy to come out and take a look, but recomended we call the county out first as it really sounded like the main. She provided me with the number to call and said I can call or text her back. The county came out and sure enough there was a giant root ball blocking the main. They asked how I knew to call them and I said it was The Plumbing Solution. They said it is good to know that there are honest companies out there still as a majority of companies would have come out, charged their fee then tell us to call the county. Thank you Dawn for your knowledge and honestly. You and your company have earned a customer for any future issues we may have as well as a solid referral to anyone I know who is in need of services.

I needed a plumber to come out because my sink was completely clogged up. My kitchen sink was draining slowly and after trying one of my mother's home remedies let's just say it didn't work and got worse. After checking online and looking at all the reviews I gave them a call. They not only cleared my drain but saved me some money because he thought he was going to have to replace some pipes. Thank God he tried something and it worked. They also replaced my faucet, and I could not put my PUR water filtration system back on the faucet, so they came back over the next day free of charge and purchased an adapter and put it on for me. This company was great the technicians and the manager Borus. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional and are not like most companies that charge so much to do the job. I am completely satisfied. Thank you guys for all of your help I will be using their services again in the future.

I spoke with Boris, who was patient and understanding of the situation with my Aunts home at a different location to my. We setup the appointment for Thursday between 12pm and 2pm. Their plumber was still working at a different location a that time and I received calls from Boris when Mark was going to make it to my Aunts location, which was greatly appreciated, she gets anxious. Mark, inspected every drain, toilet and bath/shower in no time and just found one little issue with the pop up drain stopper; I was so relieved. I believe you can trust these guys and the go the extra mile for you to make it right. Mark, went to home depot and could find the part he needed, so he going to Menyhart Plumbing on 65th to pick up the part and replace the one in my Aunts tub. All this for just under $200.00!!!! Come on give them a call now!!! P.S. I live in Columbus, OH and I didn't have to lift a finger.

They always answer our calls very promptly and we have never had to wait to make an appointment. Mike and Dawn did a bathtub removal/ new one installed. The Plumbing Solution spent the most time with me during the estimate phase explaining how they would do the job, my different options and had the best quote. They could replace the bathtub within a week of my estimate (which was faster than any company I looked at) and they were very punctual for the estimate and job. When they arrived to work they explained the job in phases to me and asked me how I liked it as they went. They wore shoe protector bags on their feet to help keep the house clean in addition to tarping the floors where they traveled and worked. Excellent job will use in the future! Very professional! Mike and Dawn Cicero handled the plumbing portion of our major kitchen renovation in the summer of 2014. The work involved new water supply and drain lines, hooking up a new kitchen sink and faucet, and relocating a stationary tub. Much of the work had to be performed in far from ideal conditions in the crawl space under our home. Throughout the process Mike and Dawn were knowledgable, cheerful, and thoroughly professional. All work was performed as promised and on schedule. Their work is clean, and Mike is a genuine artist with copper pipe! We plan on hiring them again to replace the outdoor spigots on our house, and I will not hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Mike and Dawn removed an old pedestal sink and installed a new vanity for our first floor, small bathroom on 2/20/15. The plumbers were very punctual during a day when the weather was awful - white out conditions. They were extremely clean - I love that they wear shoe protectors! They were very thorough in order to install the vanity perfectly. They even had to make a notch in the back vanity leg to get the fit just right, and they notched out a piece in the back to get the pipes to fit - all with our approval first, of course. Their workmanship is top notch and the vanity looks beautiful and is very secure - just what we needed with small children.

Mike and Dawn came out yesterday to fix some extremely confusing plumbing between our washer and the laundry room sink that had a myriad of pipes. They were able to figure out the mess and "untangle" the pipes and hook them up the way they should have been initially. They truly are awesome - they explained things to us as they went and gave us a detailed receipt of all the work they did. This is the 2nd time we'd had them do work for us. Jim and I highly recommend them. Knowledgeable and efficient - and very nice!!

Expert pipe rooter came out the same day I answered their ad. They removed the non functioning garbage disposal and replaced it with a newer, better and stronger one. They picked up all the pieces parts laying around on the floor in front of the sink and disposed of them. Everything looks ,if I might say so, incredible. Two workers working in tandom they completed the job in record time. Very pleased. If any more plumbing work needs to be done I will call them.

Mike and Dawn were the plumbers for recent work in our home. We highly recommend them. We had a totally positive experience.
