I cannot say enough about this awesome team! Every single person I worked with within this company were amazing! They were quick to come out and look at my job, and as the job progressed (2 bathroom remodels after a leak..), they were responsive to the changes needed and were happy to help mitigate and update plans. The full scope of work took 3 months- but that was due to all the issues with the job (and no reflection of them)- but they were patient, kind, and professional! Not to mention the work was spotless, and their recommendations were on point! Prior to this job- we had a plumbing company (and an annual servicing plan and a discount) which we quickly abandoned after our first consult. We are so happy we did! We have found our plumbers, and have done nothing but recommend people to them since! You made a stressful situation manageable and we appreciate all the work you did! Work performed: Tub installment, toilet replacement, toilet resetting, sink hook up, sink and toilet pipe replacement, shower trim kits- literally every part of the water process in 2 bathrooms.

We’ve used The Plumbing Physician multiple times now and they’ve officially become our plumbing company of choice for our property management business. They’ve handled everything from a toilet repair and kitchen drain cleaning to installing a new water line for an ice maker and replacing a main water shutoff. Every single visit, Conal has been our plumber, and he’s consistently professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reliable. The service is always top-notch, the entire team is friendly and easy to work with, and pricing is fair and right in line with Seattle market rates. It’s rare to find this level of consistency and trustworthiness in a service provider. Every time I have called they have made it out to our properties quickly. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Brad replumbed my entire house in 2014 and Conal just came out and replaced a hose for the kitchen sink. They’ve always been extremely professional, reliable, and honest and do a great job. Shayli manages the office and she’s always a pleasure to work with as well. 5 stars all the way!

I want to add my five-star review for this amazing business. Our family met them at the Edmonds 5K on July 4th, and I am so glad they were there. They came to do a couple of installations at our place this fall. In every interaction I had, every person went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience. We had a tough install, and Conal was creative and thoughtful in making it work. They are professional and reasonably priced. I'm thrilled that we've found a place that takes such excellent care of its customers. We will be using them for all of our plumbing needs at home and at our dental office!

We had a great experience with Plumbing Physician. We had a slow pinhole leak in a copper pipe in the kitchen ceiling. Above that is a tub and Conal was able to adapt well in order to replace the pipe with the leak. Overall it looks great and no more leak. Before and after photos attached. Thank You. Looks solid.
