Didn’t meet Matt but my father spoke to him on the phone and he bailed us out and got here quick and fixed the leak. Dave, the tech was awesome. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. Thanks Matt and Dave!

We noticed we had a leak in our ceiling this past Sunday. Matt looked at it, saw the issue, and fixed it for us all in the same day! I would highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely call him for any future plumbing issues.

My husband and I are so very grateful that we found The Plumbing Genius! They came to give a same-day estimate to replace our hot water heater and they installed the same day too!! The water heater was replaced very fast and we were surprised! We thought the job would take several hours and I think they finished in 90 minutes! Hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up the area they worked in. Very reasonable with the price for all of the work they did. We highly recommend The Plumbing Genius!!! We’ve been telling our family and friends about their excellent service!! Thank you so much!!

Low quality work, poor customer service, uncommunicative, ghosted me twice. This plumber was supposed to fix some burst water pipes on my property. He failed to fix them properly, causing them to continue leaking after turning the water back on. He was unclear about the time frame he expected to arrive in. On two separate occasions he didn't bother showing up at all on days he said he would. No call, no communication, just plain didn't show up. Now I'm left finding a competent plumber to clean up this one's mess. Icing on the cake - he tried to add gratuity to the already exorbitant bill. Who tips a contractor? If you want to be paid more, charge more. Save yourself some headaches and go with someone professional and competent instead.

I have zero tolerance for people who don't show up for meetings that they schedule. Didn't call or communicate at all. Just didn't show up. Wasted my valuable time. Unacceptable.

Called Matt to get a quote for installing two toilets. Not only did he beat his competitors quote, he also hauled my old toilets away as a part of the price which his competitors charged extra for. The day of the install, Matt showed up with two other guys and they knocked the project out in what felt like an hour. All of the guys were fast, friendly and professional while they were here and Matt took the time to go over everything with me at the end. All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely be calling Matt and The Plumbing Genius for future projects at my house. I recommend anyone reading this do the same! P.S. I contacted this company in a panic because I suddenly had low water pressure in my house. I was conveniently able to contact Matt after hours through a messaging service. He came the following day after hours as I requested. He found 3 issues (2 contributed to low water pressure). He fixed all 3 very quickly with Jose and even got the parts needed after the supplier closed as well. I’m throughly impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, communication, and the education of the equipment that Matt provided me. In my opinion, even the price was reasonable. I will definitely call him back with any and all plumbing issues!!

I had a great overall experience with Plumbing Genius today. They were punctual and very professional. They were able to successfully clear our drain line and now we can wash clothes again without the risk of our drain lines overflowing. We also saw they install and service water filtration systems. We asked them if they could exchange the filter for our water softener and they were able to do that as well while they were here at my home. They earned a customer for life and when (not if) I ever need a plumber again, I will not hesitate to call them.

I had Matt connect a outdoor spigot. I was hoping to get both my spigots fixed but the cost was far greater than my budget allowed. I ending up getting the one connected and the other at least getting a shut off valve. Matt even explained how to DIY the older spigot to get that at least functioning again. Total cost was $350 which I felt was pretty fair and no service charge at least in my area. I would recommend Matt for quick and no fuss service. Most importantly his communication was great and on time.

A friend referred us to The Plumbing Genius who replaced two sillcocks for us. Not only were they professional and courteous when speaking with them, they called the next morning to ask if they could come sooner than our scheduled time. Upon arriving, they immediately introduced themselves and were able to identify the issues we were having and had us fixed within the hour. Outstanding service... twice now! We’ve used The Plumbing Genius two times for unrelated issues, and both experiences were fantastic. Most recently, they came out at 10 PM and had the problem fixed within an hour. They were prompt, professional, and extremely helpful. We especially were grateful that they explained every step of what they were doing, which gave us real peace of mind. They also cleaned up everything before leaving. Truly top-notch service!

Matt came out super fast and was awesome. After spending the afternoon calling plumbers and getting the run around I found Matt’s number on Google, I called him and immediately was super responsive. He was supposed to come out the next day but the leak ended up getting worse and he made time for us and came out the same night. It was a simple fix and Matt was honest and fair when it comes to pricing. We will definitely be using him in the future.

Company was contacted to check out a faulty water heater and responded promptly…especially for it being a weekend and to top it off, showed up ON TIME AS PROMISED!!! Was honest about the issue and what was needed to correct it. The Plumbing Genius got the hot water back up and running within two hours!! Duo team was VERY professional and courteous!!! Will HIGHLY recommend to friends and family. Truly appreciate the hard work, well done!

If you’re not calling The Plumbing Genius, you’re doing it WRONG. I had a plumbing disaster there was water everywhere and these guys pulled up like superheroes. Fast, professional and they actually knew what they were doing that’s rare these days. No upselling , no nonsense just pure skill and hustle. My pipes are perfect , my wallets happy, and I’m never calling anyone else again. 10/10 . The Plumbing Genius is right.

We were fortunate to get Matt ,the genius, himself to come out and help with a major drain issue backing up the whole house. It was an emergency call at 6 pm and he was here by 7. We not only got our problem addressed but he was kind enough to educate us on the issue and how to address it if it were to occur again.
