He had a hectic schedule, yet he arrived on time. In addition to fixing the pipe problem, he addressed all my inquiries. He was kind and pleasant. Fantastic assistance!

Their sincerity, speed, politeness, and skill were all without reproach. They examined the sewer camera and arrived with little to no previous notice. If we ever run into any plumbing issues in the future, I will most likely make use of their services again!

I just tried to call their company twice. The website indicates that they are open 24/7 however when I called the listed phone number I got an automatic voice service that didn't identify the company as the "plumbing expert". An automated voice identify my ZIP code, then forward me to a phone number which rang twice then forward to a automatic service which stated the voicemail service has not been set up yet. I tried this twice... Nope too scary even with the great reviews and beautiful website presentation I wouldn't be able to get in contact with anyone. So I'm going to move on to another plumbing company.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Charged me $700, left the job in worse conditions. Laughed at our issue and then hung up the phone on me.

To say I was impressed with Joseph and the vast amount of knowledge and experience he brings to his job does not begin to give it justice! Joseph was first to respond to my inquiry and was able to fit me in at times that worked for my sometimes complicated schedule. Once he arrived at my property he quickly diagnosed the problem with my tankless hot water heater and repaired it in less than 30 minutes. He was upfront about all cost and I thought very reasonable. He even offered a discount for some future service issues that I plan to have him do. Once he complete his work, I told him that at last I found the plumbing expert who will now exclusively do all plumbing related work at my home. Absolutely the best plumbing company in the town. Called them to install a water softener and fix a leak under the sink 2 days ago. They were able to come the next day, provided a quote they kept and worked efficiently to get both jobs done in a precise and efficient manner. A+++++, don't hesitate to call Pipe Dream. He's a true pro and a lovely human being. Joseph responded to me within literally 60 seconds of me requesting someone to fix a tankless water heater that was putting out cold water. The next day, he showed up exactly on time (one minute early, even), quickly quoted me a very reasonable price to fix it immediately, and then did so within minutes. He also gets bonus points for excellent dog petting skills.

I decided to hire a painter for my house… and smart one decided to clean all his brushes and utensils in my sink... so now the sink is clogged with the paint residue… I needed help asap. Got a tech from these Expert guys to come over and resolve my situation. Polite and knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing, every question I asked, he answered nicely. I don't have enough positive things to say about Pipe Dream Plumbing! they replaced the million-year-old sewer system at my house and installed a pump in my backyard to catch rainwater and pump it out onto my front hill. These guys were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and they even explained their work to my eager and curious 6-year-old and 3-year-old daughters. In my kids' words, "We love Joseph!"

While almost every other plumber tried to just up sell me on a massive project, Pipe Dream kept it real and helped me take care of the problem quickly and within my means. This guy knows how to run the pipe.
