My sump pump stopped working and Danny H. was extremely helpful and knowledgable while taking the time to explain to me what the issue was. Once he replaced the sump pump he explained to me what he did, showed me the work and went above and beyond to clean the area. I am very pleased with the service I received today.

Danny was just in replacing a garbage disposal for me. He was great, got the work done quickly, left everything clean and tidy, and was very good about providing info and answering questions. I'll definitely be calling Pipe Doctor again the next time I need a plumber.

Gary and his team were professional, cordial, and respectful. They explained the process of the piping replacement from digging through the floor slab to post pipe replacement leak testing and sealing the floor back with concrete. They were very accommodating and answered any questions I had about pipe damage and replacement, and area maintenance around the pipes. With such a disruptive and apprehensive experience as this, they made it as comfortable and reassuring as possible. They did a great job and finished within the estimated time. Very happy with the new pipes. Thank you very much! Highly recommended!!!
