“We recently had a major water leak at our home. After calling around to several other companies and getting ghosted, I landed on The Overall Plumber thanks to a recommendation from a friend. They have an actual human answering the phone. They called and left me a voicemail letting me know that the next day I would be their first stop. Jay and James arrived on time, were respectful throughout.”
Water heater installation completed under 2 hours from quote to done — quote given in the morning, installation crew dispatched same day, finished in less than 2 hours.

“The Overall Plumber did a great job installing our new water heater yesterday! Jay and Andrew came to our house yesterday morning to give us a quote and they were very nice and thorough. The quote was very reasonable, the installation crew (JoJo and Charles??) came shortly after and completed the job in less than than 2 hours.”
