The Otter Squad

I had an indoor leak on a home with the plumbing that was run through the concrete foundation. Several other bigger well-known plumbers had quoted me unreasonable prices and extravagant work plans. Alfredo came out and we found a clean, simple, straightforward fix that also sets me up for successful future upgrades. I felt so confident in him that I additionally had him install a hot water heater. Several weeks later I developed a separate independent link outside of my house, so I called otter squad right away. Once again, quick simple, straightforward fix.

These guys are knowledgeable and have all the correct equipment. Our house has aging cast-iron pipes which the pipe joints were corroding shut There team were able to come in and installed a new cleanout that was not originally install on the house. The additional cleanout will allow to deal with future blockage which I doubt we need to do for a long time. Their hydro-blast did am amazing job. They are an amazing company and they know what they are doing. I recommend them 100%.

Otter Plumbing (Alfredo Andrew) was amazing. Farmers Insirance required a whole house monitor and shutoff valve Moen FLOW with pressure regulator and Otter got everything running perfectly. They also took care of some old plumbing needs- I would highly recommend them!!

I have to ditto the review of my Bro! Clogged backyard drains allowing water to pond under our Mom's house. Roof downspouts connected to drain pipes under lawn and concrete walkways, clogged with decades of debris and roots. Installed so long ago no idea where most went! Afraid there might be a lot of digging and destroyed landscaping in the process. Thought we were going to have to get down and dirty ourselves, renting a snake auger and going for it. Thankfully we found The Otter Squad family & crew - they were simply awesome. They got ALL the drain pipes around the house cleared out and clean, and only a couple small plants had to be dug up. Each drain line and blockage was traced using their hi-tech cable camera with electromagnetic location to pinpoint the routing and depth of pipes. It was a big job. On the fourth visit they had cleared all but one last pipe, but with some ingenuity they were able to replace that last pipe under a sidewalk without disturbing any concrete! Alfredo's 30 years of experience (previously Ortiz Plumbing) was obvious with great communication confirming every visit, fair estimates as work progressed and clever pipe replacement saving us money in the end. We are grateful we were able to find someone who could do this difficult work much faster and better than we ever could. Thanks Otter Squad!

The Otter Squad did an awesome job replacing my 40-gallon water heater! They were super friendly and worked really efficiently. I appreciated how they walked me through the whole process and explained exactly what was wrong with my old one. It’s not every day you get plumbers who are this honest and easy to work with.
