Our garbage disposal was replaced along with minor repairs to our bathroom shower head. The technician was very kind and professional, with options and pricing explained in detail. The work was completed efficiently, we had an overall great experience.

Thank you! Our small condo association water heater went out and we called these guys mid day. They were able to come out the same day to look at our problem. The guys (Lenny & Terry) worked late into the evening installing a new hot water tank.

They did a fantastic job!!! Came out on the weekend. Our heat wasn’t working well and it was below zero. Jason showed up on time and quickly was able to get some heat in the house. Great service when we needed it. Thank you! Thank you!

Be careful, these guys are not to be trusted. They make everything sound like an emergency and charge 3x's what other plumbers will charge for the same job. The first company had so many complaints, they rebranded and renamed it. BE CAREFUL and do not trust these crooks.

Took a half day off work to meet the Irish plumber, and they never showed up. Worst, and now my unresolved plumbing issues are not resolved.

I'll try to make this review short, but you really must understand just how much The Irish Plumber Team helped my husband and I! After being stood up by major plumbing companies, I called The Irish Plumber somewhat frustrated and confused. Frustrated that people had not show up for appointments after you've waited and confused about why this was an acceptable business practice. From the moment the phone and I spoke to.the owner Jack, I knew I was in good hands. He assured me that making appointments and not showing up was something that he did not do. Jack directed me to call his office and make an appointment. I spoke with Callie and it was one of the most professional and pleasant conversations I'd had that day. Not only was Callie pleasant, so was Jessica and Mark. It seems like everyone there extends great customer service and operates in a friendly & professional manner. With in minutes of Jack's arrival,, I went from having no water to water flowing freely My! My service technician Keith was absolutely amazing as well! He came in and got every job done that was on my list (and it was somewhat long). He was nice to talk to and was very friendly with my dog (my puppy loves to meet new people #woof 🐕) Before I knew it, Keith was done with my list and everything that I needed done, was done! And eve after all of that, he still had a smile! (Great service with a smile....WHOA!) The Irish Plumber Team saved the day! From walkthrough to completion, was no .ore than 72 hours. Talk about a quick turn around! Jack you are amazing! Your expertise and professionalism not only put me at ease, but I assured that you were genuinely there to help. Your team operates with the same level of care and attentiveness. THANK YOU for EVERYTHING! You have a client for life now! My review may be lengthy, but it was worth typing. Letting businesses know that they've done a great job matters! With that being said, if you ever have any plumbing issues, CALL THE IRISH PLUMBER!! Thanks for everything guys!!

Ok! so I have an over flowing toilet, I need to have my sewer line rodded. No sweat I call The Irish Plumber! End of problem. right? ......Wrong ! When they didn't show up, I called. "Oh we called the wrong number" and got no answer, that's why we weren't there. OK, so when can you get here, "Well. Paul can put you in between 2 and 6PM"............. I'm still waiting, Actually I'm not waiting anymore, I have since fixed my problem on my own. I am now waiting for them to show up so that I can tell them go pound sand! Wow! that didn't take long, 3 mins. after I posted I got "the phone call" Guess who wants to come out and take care of my problem? If they were as attentive to their customers as they are to the web..... Oh well, you know what I mean. Mike

Called them to inspect a sump pump problem. The reason I chose them was because their ad mentions the ability to use a camera in your line.The person who came out did not understand my problem and insisted that the only solution was to buy one of 3 expensive sump pumps. He didn't even bring the camera equipment. Servicemaster came out later the same day and solved the problem in about 20 minutes (clogged pipe that I wanted Irish Plumber to use their camera on). Oh - and they wouldn't honor their $10 coupon because it was a service only call.

Called the line and arranged for a plumber to come out 6-9pm yesterday regarding a clogged toilet. No one showed up, didn’t get a call or a text saying they weren’t coming. Overnight the toilet overflowed and I had to clean raw sewage at 1am. If you’re not going to show up, at least let me know so I can make alternate arrangements.

Top service at a great price. Jose really did an amazing job.Really took the time to do it right. I'm a curious guy so I like to see how people use their skillset, and he didn't even mind me watching over his shoulder.

Called with an urgent problem and the service was outstanding. Service tech quickly came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.
