I hired The Hot Water Pros to flush my tankless water heater. Communication was great. Great pricing. I don’t know if it is the placebo effect, but I feel like my water heater is working more efficiently now. I highly recommend. Thank you guys!

I would highly recommend The Hot Water Heater Pros! We called them when we needed to replace our external tankless unit after the freeze. The entire team was easy to get a hold of during a stressful time. Cole was great and really helpful in explaining everything to me.

This company is overpriced and does not have fair pricing. I supplied the part and they took less than one hour (2 men) to install my part on my existing water heater. The bill was $475. When I called to discuss the bill and asked them to convert my charge to an hourly charge with service call fee, they said it was a flat rate and current with industry standards. However, I called around and found other companies to install the part for $275. I wish I had known it was such a simple job prior. My water heater is now working but I feel they inflate prices to discuss or suggest switching the entire unit out.

2 guys showed up to identify and repair my problem with 2 Rinnai hot water heaters. They looked at the machines, saw no codes and said the machines are fine and there is another problem that they don't fix because they don't do plumbing. They suggested what the problem might be, were wrong (as shown by subsequent events) and left after about 10/15 minutes leaving me a $125 bill. I wouldn't use them again.

Chris returned my call promptly, answered my questions and scheduled a visit quickly for first thing the next morning. He arrived promptly on time. Given the age of my existing hot water heater (+15yo) replacement required. He was very patient to walk me through the replacement options and answer my questions to help me choose the best fit solution. Replacement was reasonably priced and available immediately to be installed. In fact, I advised Chris that I had an appointment out of the home later this morning and he began the uninstall of old unit right away, while a colleague dropped off the new unit, to help best accommodate my schedule! New unit installed, Chris walked me through the warranty information and various parts of new unit and his installation. Work area left clean and tidy - all done quickly and I was on time for my appointment as well! Very good experience from start to finish! (Even handyman here doing repair work on the deck was impressed! 😁) Thanks for making what could have been a very stressful situation, as painless as possible.

I can highly recommend The Hot Water Heater Guys... I've been putting off getting my water heater replaced (it was working, but was getting to the end of its useful life), and finally got a few companies to quote a replacement. Robert responded to my request within a couple minutes of me sending it, and the pricing was competitive. They were able to fit me in the following day. They quoted a 15 minute window for starting the job, arrived 5 minutes early, and finished in half the time they had conservatively estimated it would take. After the install was complete, Robert went through all the details of the new heater, submitted the warranty on our behalf, sent me an electronic invoice, and they gave us a fresh loaf of bread and honey as a thank you gift. Oh, and they left the garage cleaner and tidier than they found it. This was an excellent customer experience, and I have no hesitation in recommending Robert and the company.

Unless you're super proactive and change it while it's still young and fresh, your water heater is going to die when it's inconvenient. You're not a handyman? You don't install hot water heaters as a career or side business? Then start making those calls, my friend, and the first one is going to be to The Hot Water Heater Pros. Sure, I made the calls Lee and that smiling Hiller (side note: I'm a serious Hiller fan and they've replaced a water heater for me in the past), but the HWHP team was faster and more affordable. They were quick to respond, not pushy with an upsell, etc. it was really a "what'cha got now" and "here's what we install for X" conversation. Our hot water heater blew up after 5P on a Friday. We called The Hot Water Heater Pros since they had installed it 3 yrs ago, & it remained under warranty. They found our records, came by to confirm that repair was not possible, & scheduled the replacement installation for Monday. Cole, the technician arrived early for the appointment, efficiently installed the new tank with care & precision. We had to pay $600 for labor, which I disagree with but paid; you'd have to pay more to start fresh with a new vendor. But out of warranty, I'll hire the company that truly honors the warranty and does not charge labor under warranty. They do exist, so ask about this when replacing a heater that's not under warranty. Again, the technician was AWESOME!

Great experience with this company! Had an issue with our Navien tankless water heater - looked on the Navien website for a certified installer/service company and found Hot Water Heater Pros. Called early Monday morning and described the issue to Chris - he knew exactly what the problem was. Had an appointment at 1 pm same day and Chris fixed it quickly. Cost was reasonable. Chris was courteous and friendly. He gave me some tips on tankless maintenance and even checked/cleaned our intake air filter because it was likely overlooked on our last maintenance visit (serviced by another provider). Highly recommend and will definitely use them for any future needs for our tankless water heater!

I recently had a new gas direct vent hot water heater installed by this company. They were very quick to respond, super professional and I really appreciated the price transparency with the total (and accurate!) price listed on their website. Their price was on par with that of my local plumber, but I went with this company because they specialize in hot water heater installation. They sent a team of 3 people and all of them were very courteous and knowledgeable. They spoke to me about my options and let me make the final decision about which way forward. Hopefully I will not need another water heater for at least a decade, but when I do, I will use them again! Recommended.

Our Hot water heater is leaking.We called "The Hot water Heater Pros" and waited 10 days. They came to inspect and quoted $625 and I agreed. 10 days later, they doubled the price to $1250, is this professional service? They also criticized the Noritz water heater as a NO GOOD and suggested replacing it with their new one(?)! Their way of doing things is to force people into a difficult situation and then rip them off! If we had known this would happen, we would never have let they into our house and let our children suffer without hot water for more than 10 days. Have they ever been a parent? Have they seen how cold the weather outside, now ? Where is their conscience?

We had a very good experience from quotes to installation. They were very responsive and quick to come take a look at our old water heater and placement and walk us though options. Both Cole and Kevin were honest, kind, and thorough when looking at options for normal vs tankless water heaters and if moving them to the garage was a better option. They were in and out quickly when installing and didn’t complain once about carrying a very heavy tank up and down stairs. A new water heater isn’t necessarily the thing you want to spend money on as a homeowner, but they made it easy, reasonable, and pleasant which eased the financial blow:)

I highly recommend this company. Robert answered my call immediately on Friday afternoon, asked good questions about my old, dead water heater, and arranged to come replace it the next morning! He was even a few minutes early of scheduled time. He did a fantastic job of replacing it, and educated me about hot water heaters in the process (as I was asking questions). He was very professional and knowledgeable. He had the job done in less than 2 hours. He even gave us a loaf of Merridee's bread and Early's honey as a gift! Pricing is straightforward with no hidden costs. These are the guys to call for a hot water heater!

Cannot recommend these guys enough! My husband and I found that our water heater that came with our house had two leaks a couple of days ago (and of course it was no longer covered by warranty). We called a couple of companies but no one was as responsive and helpful as Robert and his team! The price was very reasonable and much lower than others we had been quoted. We were able to get the water heater replaced with a much better model than the one we had and for not much more than one company quoted for labor alone. Definitely the way to go if you want a quality job done!
