“I called Charlie at The Good Guys sewer and drain. Charlie had the guys out right away the next day, inserting a camera to see what was going on. The outside drain pipe was frozen. My pipe was thawed using a hot steam machine and whoosh here comes the water.”
“The Good Guys are GREAT Guys! Unfortunately I had an issue a week after they fixed the iniital problem (turns out different issue than what was already fixed) They came back promptly, assessed problem, and patiently explained to me and my DIY warrier partner what needed to be done.”
