The Good Guys Sewer & Drain, Inc.

We had a tricky double vanity drain clog about a month ago and Troy was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant! He fixed our drains in less than an hour and we had no trouble since. The price was fair and we were told a price ahead of time. We will definitely call The Good Guys again if we need service in the future.

I had a clogged kitchen sink, I thought I could use a snake and do it myself. It didn’t go so well the snake got stuck and twisted and wouldn’t come out. I called Charlie at The Good Guys sewer and drain. Charlie had the guys out right away the next day, inserting a camera to see what was going on. The outside drain pipe was frozen. I assisted with however I could with Charlie’s guys and was very much appreciated. My pipe was thawed using a hot steam machine and whoosh here comes the water. Everything was put back together properly and the snake pulled out with no force. 5 stars great service is what your looking for then call Charlie at The Good Guys sewer and drain. Good Guys Sewer and Drain is a standout company I had a clogged kitchen drain/garbage disposal.  I called the Good Guys Sewer and Drain. I highly recommend this company for anyone seeking quality, professional service. Their dedication to a positive customer experience is evident from the initial phone call.  They were  upfront about the cost of the service. And they came right out the same day .They were respectful of my home. They cleaned up after the job was finished. Their integrity is a major asset, as is their honesty and kindness.  I would definitely call them again. You would not be disappointed if you called them for any sewer drain issues you may be having. You can trust they will take care of you.

Update from a week ago...The Good Guys are GREAT Guys! Unfortunately I had an issue a week after they fixed the iniital problem (turns out different issue than what was already fixed) They came back promptly, assessed problem, and patiently explained to me and my DIY warrier partner what needed to be done. Happy to report we were able to fix it...cou;dn't have without their advice. Oh, did I mention the price was great?.....initial review below. The Good Guys fixed a persistent problem that had been causing minor floods (last one was more than minor!) They got me scheduled and taken care of the same day and I was very happy with the price. Plus, there was an additional service offered for which the Good Guys told me I probably didn't need it and could have it done at a later date if it becomes needed....that was much appreciated! I highly recommend using The Good Guys Sewer & Drain, Inc. for your Drain cleaning.

The ultimate best and greates sewer company i have ever dealt with. Karl and Lyle are outstanding workers. We were provided with our options after they diagnosed the problem. And on top of it I got a great deal compared to other companies. We went with the hydro jet option and we were glad. I will always refer The Good Guys to anyone who has a problem. Also they cleaned up after themselves. I had a Racine company I don't want to leave no names but they left me with a mess afterwards. Thanks Good Guys.
