Rich has been our plumber for close to 30 years and has helped us with everything from replacing inner parts of a toilet to replacing our water heater and basement toilet sump pump, along with various leaks and services over the years. He went above and beyond to talk through my issue over the phone, took several phone calls before and after his visit just to keep think tanking and solution in my hot water boiler. The man is a legend and I’d run to Rich time and time again for any plumbing help.

I called Rich about a sewage smell coming from my basement ejector pump that only happens once in a while. Instead of rushing out and charging me, he took about 10 minutes on the phone to talk it through, explain what might be happening, and suggested a simple fix to try first. He told me to keep him updated before doing anything costly. Really appreciated his honesty, patience, and willingness to help without charging me. Hard to find service like that these days — I know of other companies that would have taken advantage of the opportunity to charge an arm and a leg just to walk through the door.

I've used Rich for shut-off valve replacements and have been very happy with the quality of work performed. He was very responsive to my calls and arrived on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable with top-quality work. I will only call Rich for any future plumbing needs.
