I called multiple plumbers for my clogged sink and received unreasonable pricing… the Drain surgeon work with my availability..also instead of charging me a price I agreed to pay which was already better then other plumbers..he found a way to where my fee was not even a quarter of what I had already agreed to pay.. Best service ever !! I will never use any other plumber and neither should anyone else ..Respectful.. honest .. and overall great experience.. Very grateful I call the Drain Surgeon

After calling a few other companies who had "emergency appointments/same day appointments" listed on their websites, and finding out the next available appointment would've been between 3-4 days out, I called The Drain Surgeon. They listened to the issue, found availability to assist, and was out at the property less than 24 hours later! The issue was identified, addressed, and my tenants were happy! I should've called them first! But, now I know and will definitely make sure they're at the top of my list. I commend them for their professionalism, caring demeanor, and being empathetic with the situation. Highly recommend!

I called the day before and got an appointment the next day! They were on time and got the job done.

Unpleasant experience, wrong information provided about the procedure to claim the water heater broken part through warranty and didn’t resolve my problem, just went to try to sell me a whole new water heater when my one is just 4 years old, in top of that charge me $85 for nothing.

I’m giving a 4 star because Kevin (the owner) is great and he did correct the issue. I had a terrible experience the first time with 2 workers coming out. KD was one of them. I was charged 500 dollars for them to pull the toilet and remove anything that was causing it to back up. He then turned around stating that I would need to have my yard dug up to find where my clean out was so it could be drained. KD informed me it wouldn’t be an extra charge. I told him I could get my brother-in- law to dig it up or he could tell me what the charge would be to get everything completed. KD stated not to worry about it and he would come and do it himself. I waited for almost a month for him to complete the work. He kept pushing it off and eventually started ignoring me. I finally reached out to the owner and come to find out, the work was never scheduled and the owner wasn’t even aware of what happened. The owner did send someone else out to dig and find the clean out and get the job done however I had to pay an additional $987. After almost a month and a half of dealing with this. Then my toilet that KD pulled to clean out still wouldn’t flush so Kevin sent another one of his workers to clean it out. I just feel like I wasted so much money. I’m disappointed but like I said Kevin was great and he did not charge me for the other 2 guys coming back out to look at and fix the issue. So I appreciate that but I still lost out on money the first time because I still had issues with my toilet after they supposedly “cleaned out what was clogging the toilet”. It’s a lot more to the story but out of respect for Kevin and his business, I’m going to leave it at that. I recommend the company. Just not KD

Hello my name is Dishon . Truly you guys are amazing . I had a major water issue because of a pipe breaking and water started leaking everywhere . These guys got to the locations quickly and timely . The other people I called said they would give me a 30 minute call ahead when they were on there way and I had no time for that . While updating my team on when to expect the drain surgeon team to get there the water stopped suddenly and they had gotten it turned off when I didn’t expect them to be there so soon . This was a mistake on my teams behalf and these guys we so down to earth and respectful and words can’t describe just real people that understand mistakes happen and I appreciate that energy from them . This review is to give them there flowers and anyone looking for these services should definitely reach out to these guys they will do there best for whatever your situation is I thank you all so much and really hope this survey shines lights on the beautiful and hard work you all do .

After finding my hot water heater leaking like a sieve, I reached out to several of the local plumbers. Most of them could not get to me until Monday however, when I reach the drain surgeon, they were here within 30 minutes after sizing up the job and seeing what needed to be done, they were able to give me a fair and economical price that was below With the other companies had quoted. Everybody involved was very professional understanding and appeared to be caring from Kevin, who initially processed my order to the technicians that came out Byron and John. They all were very professional. I cannot say enough about the drain surgeon. This has been one of the better experiences that I have had in a very long time. Thanks guys for everything that you’ve done and I appreciate you getting my hot water heater back online in a matter of hours Instead of days thanks again yes, I highly recommend them. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

My Water Heater went out on a Wednesday night. I called about 5 Plumbers in the area. Three wouldn’t give me an estimate over the phone. I spoke with the owner Kevin on Thursday night who called to tell me they could come out the next morning between 8-9. And gave me an estimate of $1,500 over the phone. He reassured me I would be in the best of hands and that I would be singing praises after the work was done. Mike arrived the next morning around 9 and was very courteous and professional. He got the water heater installed in little over an hour for just $100 more than the phone estimate. I’m very pleased with their work and professionalism. I will definitely use them again. Both were extremely professional, quickly diagnosed the issue, and took the time to walk me through exactly what they were doing. Drain Surgeon originally came out for a quote. We needed to have a leak fixed because it was traveling to the room downstairs from our master shower. They agreed that the leak was coming from the "drain pan" under our shower. It was cracked. So we decided to rearrange our bathroom, something we've been wanting to do, but kept holding off due to cost. They were very efficient and worked with us on price. We opted out from using their financial institution for a loan (Regents Bank). They had the plumber come out, fix and rearrange the pipes, and then had a bathroom remodeling team come out and start the work. Here are the Before and After

I recently purchased a home that had no drip pan under the water heater. I contacted the Drain Surgeon to have one installed. In addition the current water heater was working however, I knew I would need to also change it soon due to its age. John, explained the importance of a drip pan and provided me with the best option moving forward. I ended up scheduling for installation of a new water heater. Day of installation, he took the time to ask questions and allowed me to address any concerns I may have had before he began working. He also ensured that I received my military discount prior to paying.

Yes! Bryon came today, I just called The Drain Surgeon last night and spoke to Kevin. My bathtub faucet was leaking. Byron showed up on time and went straight to work, he brought the correct part and in no time fixed my faucet. He was very nice and polite. Great service and great affordable price.
