The Drain Guy is top notch. When you need someone to trust these are the guys. Responsive, fast, friendly and reasonably priced. I have referred them to friends and family and they have not been disappointed.

Prompt response for a clogged kitchen sink drain run. Patrick was on time, careful with protecting our home from potential mess and tool damage to flooring, highly professional and an excellent communicator. He was very clear about costs up front, with the caveat that there might be unforeseen issues that could increase said costs. I look forward to our next drain issue:-)

Pat was excellent: fast, efficient, same day, cleaned up when done! Gave me an estimate over the phone to unclog 2 drains. Unrelated to the clogged drains, my top-loading washing machine had failed with a tub full of water: He pulled out his vac and drained the washer's tub. He also took time to look at 2 drain issues I was concerned about. No extra charge for draining the washer's tub or for the advice. Highly recommend!

I called 4/8/2021 and got the calling service that dispatched me out to the Matt who returned my call (within an hour), and was very professional over the phone and was able to schedule me in for the next morning 4/9/2021! Patrick came to my house and he was through, and communicated everything very detailed, but in a way I could understand. He also cleaned up after he completed his work! I called late on a Wednesday night after we discovered our sink drain was clogged and Pat was able to come to our house and fix it by noon on Thursday. He was friendly, efficient, and super helpful with giving us advice on how to avoid clogging the sink again (rice evades our sink trap and can accumulate, who knew). I highly recommend using the Drain Guy!
