Both Steve and Enrique came to install my hot water heater. They did an Awesome job and cleaned up after the job was done. The whole process, from meeting with Donovan to the professional install was amazing!! I would definitely recommend The Clean Plumbers to all my friends and will be using them again in the future.

Steve and Carlos were very prompt, friendly, efficient, and effective in completing their work to my satisfaction. Prices are reasonable too. I will definitely continue to refer The Clean Plumbers to my friends or anyone that asks for a referral.

If there were 10 stars we would have given this company and our plumbing technicians, Steve and Enrique a 10 Star rating. The company lives up to their name, they are truly the clean plumbers. Our property looked as clean and neat as it did before they arrived. Steve and Enrique were personable, professional and committed to excellence in the work that did. Our plumbing job was multifaceted and they both were up to the task very knowledgeable. A big “thank you!” to Steve and Enrique for doing such great job! We would recommend the Clean Plumber Company to everyone that needs plumbing work done.

I called and was told they did free estimates. Then the guy showed up and said the diagnostic fee was $300+. What? When I asked how much the repair might cost, he said he needed to get paid for his time and couldn’t look it over for free. 😂 To be fair, the reviews seem solid, so maybe they do good work unless they’re paying to have bad reviews removed. The funny part is I probably would’ve paid if I’d known upfront there was going to be a fee but deceptive practices like that make for bad business and out of principle I can't support them.

The technician was excellent—friendly, efficient, and did a great job. That said, the cost felt very high for a simple cartridge/trim install when all parts were already provided. Would recommend for quality of work, but pricing may be higher than average.

Overall, our experience with Clean Plumbers was mixed and ultimately frustrating. We initially contacted the company to replace the flange and valve stem for our toilet. Noel came out on Thursday after my husband had already removed the toilet. He advised that replacing the flange would be too expensive, although no price estimate was provided for us to evaluate that option ourselves. Instead, he recommended installing shims and adding approximately 2 inches of grout between the floor and the base of the toilet. We agreed to proceed with his recommendation. However, after the work was completed, the result looked very poor. The toilet still rocked and the grout cracked within 24 hours. We contacted the company to request a correction. On Friday, Donovan, a project manager, came to assess the issue. He acknowledged the quality of the work was unacceptable and stated the toilet could be reset properly so it would sit flush with the floor. He also confirmed we would receive a credit toward the correction cost for the original service. On Monday, another technician arrived but only performed a camera inspection. He also agreed the installation looked incorrect and told us someone would return that afternoon to fix it. No one arrived, and we had to call again to schedule another appointment. On Tuesday, Louis came out and ultimately corrected the issue and properly mounted the toilet flush with the floor. His work resolved the problem and the installation now looks appropriate. Unfortunately, during this process Noel contacted us directly by phone and spoke to us in an unprofessional and argumentative manner. He also stated we would not receive the previously promised credit, despite the grout failure occurring within 24 hours. We later requested follow-up from management regarding the credit Donovan referenced but never received a return call. While the final repair was completed successfully by Louis, what should have been a straightforward repair turned into a four-day process involving multiple visits, scheduling issues, inconsistent communication, and an unprofessional interaction with the original technician. Based on this experience, I would recommend confirming which technician is assigned before proceeding with service. I will note, had we not been rudely spoken to by Noel we feel our experience would have been different as everyone else from the company was quite polite, and did great work. Additionally, Louis did an exceptional job to make up for the initial mistakes made by his coworker and correct the miscommunications. Furthermore, we never felt pressured to get additional work that was not needed done.

My Wife Judy called clean Plumbing to deal with a backup in our master bathroom. They came out in a very timely manner within 1 to 2 hours the very same day of the call, just as promised. Jason, was our technician. He listened to my concerns and then took a very detailed look at the issues. We were very concerned this was going to turn into a big job. Jason was able to diagnose the problem and easily fix the back up without any major work nor any major costs. Jason kept us advised throughout the whole visit pointing out potential issues and how easily he was able to fix them. This was our first experience with clean plumbing who we came to understand is a newer company in the area. We were very pleased with their customer service and knowledge far more than some of the other big companies that we had used in the past who seemed to send us less interested or less skilled technicians. We are happy to give a five star review because they earned every star. We recommend them and would definitely use them in the future.

I have used the clean plumbers in the past while renovating my new house and did extensive plumbing work. This time I had a corroded copper water line under the slab that ultimately required a repipe of the whole hose. Eric was very responsive and gave me a comprehensive quote. The next day Michael and Darius showed up and started the work. Replaces all lines to kitchen, bathrooms and outside faucets. They also installed a water softener, repaired a toilet and installed a replacement garbage disposal. They were courteous, friendly, efficient and left my house spotless. The holes in my ceiling and walls were carefully repaired. The entire process took two days and I am very, very pleased! I highly recommend the CLEAN PLUMBERS! It’s not just a slogan it is the way they work! Thank Eric, Michael and Darius!

Nothing gives me more pleasure than to speak positively about someone who truly deserves it. Erick Young of Clean Plumbers arrived early in the morning and left around noon time. For what appeared as an anxious project dealing with sewer plumbing blockage, Erick's calm and polite manner overshadowed any anxiousness I had. He explained everything in detail and showed tremendous patience, as we waited for another technician to arrive. When it came time for my options ,He was eager to speak jointly with my son via telephone, so I would have another input for my final decision. I am so satisfied with Erick and Clean Plumbers that my best interest came first, and I would not hesitate to recommend them as a trustworthy and honest dealership.

I called the number for the plumber I have always used Ricky at Bil Mar Plumbing and found out Ricky had sold the business to The Clean Plumbers so I was a little apprehensive at first until Adam arrived. My water heater sprung a leak and needed to be replaced so Adam gave me different options to choose from. I am very happy with the service and professionalism. He also suggested a leak detector that will shut off the water if a leak is detected and also fixed the water pressure issue on my kitchen sink and changed the leaking water valve outside. Highly recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber!

We hired The Clean Plumbers to hook up a gas line to our dryer and connect a new gas stove to our existing gas line. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Adam was our technician and he was outstanding — professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. He kept the work area clean throughout the job and took the time to make sure everything was done right. We felt completely confident in his expertise. Highly recommend The Clean Plumbers and will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing or gas line needs!

Luis has been to my home several times. I am always grateful when I find that he has been assigned to my job. He was accompanied by a coworker, Malik, who complimented Luis‘s competence, friendly demeanor, patience, and professionalism. The two of them represent the company exceptionally and I am very happy with the services they provided I’m am very happy with “ The Clean Plumber” and their exceptional staff including, Patrice, Brian, John, Luis and Malik!

Erick, Malik and Duran were amazing. Honestly the 1st plumber, Mike, came out the 1st time and i was not impressed and he almost wasnt going to do one of the jobs but i told him the office said he was down to do that job so he did but these 3 came the 2nd time and made up for everything. Very friendly, kind and helpful. Put me at ease. They did a great job and were informative. They are definite assets to this company.
