A+ 10/10. Noel w/Clean Plumbers, did the job in 20 minutes that another reputable local company couldn’t do in a half day plus. That same company had suggested more expensive and intensive work to resolve the problem, that Noel later accomplished in 20 minutes. I’m glad I a got a 2nd opinion and Noel was great to work with.

Anthony showed up and quickly diagnosed our bad water heater. Luckily, he suggested checking the warranty with the manufacturer. It was still covered, so we worked out getting the old one out and then returning it to the store for a warranty replacement. Anthony was great through the whole process and once we had the new unit, he got it replaced in no time!

Great first experience with The Clean Plumbers. Phone call answered this am. Service scheduled for same day. Luis was excellent at his craft and a great communicator of the different options for the three plumbing projects. New kitchen faucet installed, utility sink and updated drains installed in garage and repair of an auto pool fill plumbing to an updated exterior spigot. Thanks for a quick response and excellent service.

I would not recommend or trust this company. To start with the positives, the initial phone representative and the two technicians who came out were polite and professional. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of the experience. We called Clean Plumbers because our bathroom was backing up into both the tub and toilet. We scheduled their advertised drain cleaning special, and they performed a main line cleanout. Afterward, we were told the line was cleared. I was informed that our cast iron pipes would eventually need repair because they tend to catch debris, but no urgency was communicated and no quote or camera footage was provided to me at that time. The toilet flushed properly 3 times. Within approximately six hours, the toilet stopped draining again and the shower immediately began backing up. I called the company back at 5:52 PM to report that the issue had returned almost immediately after service. I was asked whether the problem could wait until the next day, and I explained that we are a household with three young daughters and only one bathroom. Despite the fact that the original service had failed within hours, I was told it would cost nearly $500 for them to return. During this conversation, I was also told that I had already been sent a repair quote for the pipes, which was not true. After speaking with a manager, the quote was finally sent to me for the first time, totaling over $4,500 for picote service. At no point during this conversation was any meaningful solution offered regarding the immediate issue of our family having no functioning bathroom within hours of paying for drain cleaning service. Before writing this review, I chose to get a second opinion. Another plumber identified the issue, cleared the clog, and restored full bathroom function in under an hour. Since that repair, the toilet and shower have both functioned normally. This company advertises “$93 drain cleaning or it’s free,” yet our drain was not fully cleared, the problem returned within hours, and the only resolution offered was hundreds more in charges and a $4,500 repair recommendation. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Steve and Enrique were absolutely outstanding. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure the job was done right—not just fast. What really set them apart was how they went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly and left the space clean and tidy. It can be rare to find people who combine expertise with such genuine care for their work and customers. I would highly recommend Steve and Enrique to anyone looking for top-notch plumbing service.
