Paul does excellent work and I highly and I mean highly recommend him. He’s affordable and done a wonderful job on my hot water tank. There was no other plumber that said they would do anything just because it not having pressure regulator on top. I’m not even in Knoxville or city so that should’ve mattered and Paul helped done it for me. I am using him for all my future plumbing need, etc. He very good at what he does. I need the two pipes put on and he came out and it’s fixed nice to.

Saw the truck in my neighborhood so I called for an estimate to r&r old galvanized plumbing for new plastic in my full sized basement. Was told he was on the way to a job but could come by for an estimate in two days on a fri. Never heard from them again. How do you trust their service when they lie so easily. Now I need a service call but I'm skipping right over this company.

Paul has consistently delivered, by far, the best experience with a plumber I've ever had. I lived in Knoxville from 2018 - 2023, and I have never had any need to look anywhere other than The Classic Plumber. I now live in Atlanta with my property still in Knoxville, and he has still taken care of it in my absence. Everything you want in a Plumber is found here. I have had nothing but good experiences, from bailing me out the Friday night before Labor Day Weekend, repairing and reworking some terrible work we had done from the insurance's plumbing company, to getting our shower and toilet lines replaced, he's done it all for us. Quick, clean, effective, communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly. He has always treated me right in cost, time, and professionalism. I cannot recommend him enough. If you need a plumber, stop scrolling through google listings, and just give him a call. If you don't need a plumber, heck, invite him to your barbeque - he's just that good of a dude. This is a 5 star company!! I ordered a new dishwasher from Home Depot, and found out you have to upgrade from ground wire to an outlet. Home Depot could not install because installers could not do it. So I literally googled best plumbing co in Knox county. I found this company by their rating from other customers!! Great job. We will be using them again. I now have a nice new installed dishwasher!! It's Now September 2023, we had a slow leak under our home that created havoc on our kitchen floor and bathroom. We called them in again for these repairs, we just had them do the whole crawl space new pipes and new shut off valve. I love this company. They are always responsive, on time, and honest hard working men!! I'll be using them again for upgrading in the house. They get ten stars!!! September 5,2024 Had Paul out to repair a leak near my water heater!! Fixed it in no time. He is an expert plumber that we know and respect. Will be using him again in future!!

I called Paul to come to my home to fix what I thought was a cracked or worn out wax ring under the toilet. Paul kept me informed when he would show up, he was prompt and very courteous. Paul checked and found no leakes and explained to me where the occasional smell I get could be coming from. He proceeded to spend over an hour with me going over a couple projects I might want done. There are 2 big projects that we discussed and he showed me how I could have them in the garage or the crawlspace. When he was leaving I said what do I owe you and he replied nothing, we didnt do work today! I was taken aback buy that but now know why he comes so highly recommended. Paul is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and builds relationships with his clients. He came highly recommended from my sisterinlaw and I will definitely be using the classic plumber for all my plumbing needs and recommending Paul to anyone I come across that has plumbing needs!!

This company is fantastic! I have a serious clog in my pipes. I had a plumber here yesterday from a different company. $700 later and still have the clog. I then rented an auger from local hardware store. Spent several hours trying to break up this clog yesterday. No luck. Paul came out from The Classic Plumber today, tried two different Augers and he couldn't break up the clog. However, he refused to charge me since he didn't fix the problem, even though he spent several hours here. I actually feel bad but do seriously appreciate it! He's coming back tomorrow to cut the pipe and replace that area for a very reasonable price. Especially considering he didn't charge me for today. He was very professional, something you see so little of anymore. I highly recommend this company and I don't leave reviews often. You won't regret hiring this company!

I had such a great experience with Paul from Classic Plumbers! From the moment he arrived on time (which is already a win in my book), he was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and what I really appreciated, he didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary work. He even sent me a plumbing fixture recommendation after the visit for me to research that would solve my plumbing issue. Paul is one of those people you immediately feel comfortable having in your home. He’s personable, easy to talk to, and follows through with his communication. I recommend Paul from Classic Plumbers and will absolutely be calling them again if I ever need help in the future!

I feel so blessed right now! I won't even go into detail about what all I've been going through with other companies and have paid out the last few months for extremely high water bills and to get my plumbing issues resolved, but none of it worked until I found Paul! He was referred by a friend and after checking out his reviews I called him, he was at my house, had my issue fixed within 2 days and very affordable. I'm still in disbelief that my issue was so small and other companies couldn't find the issue, had already charged me $$$ and was about to hire another local company who told me my all bathroom plumbing needed replaced and spend even more! It was literally my downstairs toilet! Thank you so much Paul for all youe help and you're honestly!

10/10 can not say enough good things about this company. I had a water heater that I couldn’t keep the pilot light on to save my life. The very next morning Paul and his team was out at my home working on the unit. Later that evening they were installing a new water heater, unfortunately that unit was a faulty unit that we didn’t discover until a couple hours after they left. Even though it was 9:30 at night the team sent a plumber out to evaluate it the unit and try to help the best he could. By 8:30 the following morning the team was having at my home to replace the faulty unit. Can not say enough good things about this company and will recommend them to anyone who asks about a plumber!

I called Paul after being told by a big company I needed to just replace my water heater for 4,200.....I knew all it needed was a $95 part.... I found The classic plumber online gave him a call he didn't know me from Adam and gave me free help over the phone then he went out of his way to come first thing the next day (a saturday) he bought the part I couldn't get, brought it and installed in seconds. He quoted me a very reasonable price for his time and that saved me thousands from a major plumbing company that wanted to change my heater. He'll be my first call for all plumbing needs from now on. You're crazy if you call a big company first. Thanks again Paul!

I am very pleased with my recent service with Paul and crew. My water heater stopped working and during the repair, they found additional issues that could have been detrimental to my whole house's plumbing. The pricing was fair, especially considering how much they saved me by averting a potential disaster. I appreciate the thoroughness of the crew and their willingness to go to bat for me with the water heater manufacturer to get parts covered under warranty provided. I will definitely go to them for my future plumbing repairs and projects.

I had an amazing experience with this company. His prices first and foremost cant be beat and The customer service was outstanding!! Paul Hall was recommended to me and I was so pleased with his service and importantly the kindness I received today from this business.He went above and beyond to help me with the leaking shower and other issues to be fixed at a later date.. and I will be calling him back for those issues!!
