I had a pipe break behind the wall in my shower. I called and talked to Stacy who was very nice and helpful. They got me scheduled within 24 hours. Jason came out to fix the shower. He was very knowledgeable and very careful fixing my shower. If you are looking for an honest knowledgable plumber. Look no further. Roger Schuler

Our second time using That Plumber. They got us on the schedule for next day hot water tank replacement. They arrived as scheduled, prepped area to leave no mess & had the job done in short order. Prices are fair, quality work. We won’t hesitate to contact them again.

They were called to fix a leak from my bathtub overflow plate. They barely looked at the issue, and just used caulk around the plate and diverter. The caulk barely held up and looked horrible, like it wasn't even the right kind for bathrooms. And they didn't even fix the issue as it is still leaking. I would never use them again or recommend them.

We asked That Handyman for an estimate to install an exhaust fan in the bathroom of our one-story home. We told the tech we did not want or need a light in the fan but wanted a fan that was quiet. We received his estimate of $500.00 - $600 on June 7, 2021. This estimate included the purchase of an exhaust fan, and all work involved in installing the exhaust fan. On June 14, 2021 the tech installed the fan but he was unable to handle the electrical part of the installation even though that was part of the estimate. He charged us $494.00 on the day of installation and said he would send an electrician out the next day to finish. When we saw the fan in the bathroom we saw it had a light but was willing to let that go since it was already installed. The next day the electrician charged us another $275.00 and wanted to be paid by check because it was on his day off and he was not there representing That Handyman. If I had known that he was not representing the company I would have never allowed him in my home. When we turned on the fan it was extremely loud and we called That Handyman’s office immediately to report that we felt the the fan was defective. After many phone calls the technician, Steve, told us to go buy a fan that we wanted and he would replace it at no charge. He said he had talked with his boss and we would receive a refund for the fan that they installed. We spent another $121.28 at Hartville Hardware buying a replacement fan. The tech came and installed the fan we bought and left with the fan he originally installed. We received no such refund. So, in all, we paid a total of $890.00 for a job that was originally estimated for between $500 - $600. We paid for two fans and only own one. After many weeks of back and forth the office reluctantly agreed to refund us the $45.00 they paid for the original fan - no wonder it was loud! It is now September 17th and we still have not received the refund of $45.00. We are saddened by how disrespectful and argumentative this company has been. We will never use them again.

That Plumber is a plumber first, salesman second type of guy - which is so what’s needed in this world with the “quick call plumbers” that are very clearly just about the sales. I called and had an appointment within the next two days and my whole house was a mess - he quickly repaired my sink, bath tub, and snaked/cleared my water pipes with care and due diligence. He gave me a very reasonable invoice to get the rest of my water pipes repaired (also needed)! He explained everything and even went to get the new surprisingly-needed pipes for my sink. He didn’t once ask to just open the pipe and drain it into the basement, which Roto Rooters has done prior (extreme sales-based workers), and did what would be best for my household - he left me with everything in working order and that just makes my life so much easier. Skip the quick sales-focused businesses and just give this company a call.

Used them for a few projects involving copper line and shut off valves replacement, disposal installation and new bathroom facet and toilet. They did pretty decent work for a reasonable price. We had a half bathroom, office and living room flood from a hairline crack in our toilet shut off valve and left a message on the main line and the emergency line. It was installed by them, so I thought it would be right to get them to do the work to fix it (obviously on my dime). They never returned our calls. I thought they were better than this. We found a larger outfit for our plumbing needs and realized what a great plumbing company can do for their customers. When you are in dire need for help do you want to be left high and dry? We were.

Jason and Liam from That Plumber came to our rescue quickly when our main toilet got completely clogged! They were friendly, honest, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They fixed the issue efficiently and even took the time to explain what was causing the problem. They also recommended the exact plunger I should buy so I can handle future “5-year-old boy mishaps” myself. That extra advice was genuinely helpful and much appreciated. I highly recommend That Plumber — fast, trustworthy, and customer-focused. Will definitely call them again when needed!

I have well water and my pump and motor died. We had no water! Pat came out and had our new pump and tank completely installed within about an hour. He explained, showed, and went above and beyond for my nerves to be out at ease. Again the nerves started getting ready for the bill. I was honestly surprised that it truly wasn't that bad at all! I have a really old dog that kept being super nosy and getting in his way and he was so sweet to him. I would recommend this company not only because they are locally owned but I have zero complaints!

It's been a couple of weeks since the plumber (Jay) was here. I had four different areas in my home that he did for me: Bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, and new main valves into the home. Everything is working well and no leaks. I really appreciate that he went above and beyond to make sure the plumbing was done right. I had some galvanized pieces that should have been copper that he replaced which was not part of the estimate. It's an older home with old plumbing. And bonus for me, the work done came in under the estimated cost.

My outside gas lines needed to be replaced, as they were old and rusty. Jason arrived on time to make an estimate, and I scheduled an appointment for the following week. He arrived on time for the appointment , and replaced the gas lines and sprayed them with an anti-corrosive paint. He made sure all the gas appliances worked properly after the installation. I am happy to say that cost of the repair was less than the estimate! I will be using That Plumber for all of my plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend this service.

Work was fine but definitely overpriced for the task and time required. Didn’t have all material needed to complete task and had to leave to get more even though they knew what they were getting into so that was a little unprofessional. When asked for an itemized receipt after getting the overpriced bill it seemed like we were inconveniencing them. Partially our fault for not asking for an estimate before the work was done, lesson learned there. If we use them again we will be price checking with other companies.

That Plumber is always quick to respond to service requests and has worked to get me on the schedule quickly. We replaced a toilet, needed a pipe the burst due to cold fixed, and a new shower head installed. That Plumber called before arrival, were kind and professional, and even answered some questions I had about a future plumbing job. I appreciate the “small-town” feel of this business and their work is high quality. I will absolutely be calling That Plumber for all future plumbing needs!

They were on time and very professional. Extremely patient with me asking a million questions about my water system. He looked at the filters and explained the time frames of when to change things. My bathroom sink was a very slow drain and he fixed it no problem. I would recommend their company. Very knowledgeable. And quick response when I first emailed them! Will recommend them and call them for future projects and questions. Check out their Facebook as well- great tips on there!
