TSP was a subcontractor hired to install a generator. Hookup job was done well. However, they damaged the siding on the house. They offered to come out and fix it but just put non siding screws in to the siding that warped and we're loose from the install. A better fix would have been to move the bracket.

I was particularly impressed by Bryan's meticulous attention to detail during the installation. He ensured that the gas line was seamlessly integrated with the existing air conditioning system. Everything was clean, professional, and handled with great care. Throughout the entire process, Bryan took the time to explain each step, making me feel like a truly valued customer.
