Rarely do I ever leave reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one. When I noticed water coming up through my floor, I called Texas James after reaching out to a couple of other companies that couldn’t make it out the same day. Jayden was the technician who came out, and he quickly untangled my web of DIY plumbing to isolate the leak. He walked me through the issue, explained my repair options clearly, and then got to work. It turned out I had a leak in the foundation, and Jayden was able to reroute the line to fix the problem. His workmanship was top-notch. He took the time to carefully explain the process every step of the way and even fit me into his already packed schedule because he understood how urgent the situation was. What stood out even more was that he never once asked me to leave a review—something that seems all too common these days. That alone says a lot about their professionalism. While the repair cost several thousand dollars, the work was prompt, high-quality, and ultimately prevented what could have been a much worse situation. These guys are truly top-notch.

Shawn and Tyler were professional and personable technicians who quickly diagnosed the issue with our disposal: a small spoon had wedged itself into the disposal to where it was undetectable to human touch inside the disposal. They were able to dislodge the spoon and get our old disposal working again. We appreciated their honesty to repair the disposal rather than selling us a new one. I found Texas James Plumbing on the Better Business Bureau with a rating of A+. My wife and I agree with this BBB’s rating and highly recommend this company!

Tex, Jayden, Dylan, Will, David, and Tyler FANTASTIC JOB BY TEXAS JAMES PLUMBING! Having bulkhead redone and there was a big water leak nobody could find until Tex arrived and after a thorough search found and fixed it. Turns out the backhoe compressed and broke a water line and irrigation line underground. Great job by all concerned. Honest, skilled, fairly priced. They had me back to normal in a single day! They've done other work for me and ALWAYS come through. THE BEST!

Just had parts replaced in my tub/shower. The technicians were Rolando and Preston. Both were very professional and personable. The response time was incredible and price was reasonable. They worked together as a team and repair went perfect. We were so thrilled since my wife wanted her bath. Master bath only has a shower. Job was so smooth and seamless from start to finish! Both Rolando and Preston were very competent. Couldn’t be happier. If you want great service at a great price, call Texas James Plumbing. You won’t regret it!!!

Shawn and Nash did a fantastic job of installing the new bathroom faucet! They arrived on time, and got right to work. Did the job at a very reasonable price. I'm totally happy with the professional work they did. I will definitely use Texas James Plumbing again!
