Robert Gochenhour and his assistants rescued us when one of the sump pumps in our basement quit working during a period of heavy rain over several days. The water in the sump pit was the highest we had ever seen, just a few inches below the floor level. Robert and crew showed up with a replacement pump and expertly replaced the failed pump. We had R.C. Gochenhour plumbing come and install a new hot water heater and disposal. They have serviced the water heater in our house for years. I appreciated his honest opinions of servicing an old hot water heater vs. buying a new one. I found him to be informative, trustworthy, friendly, and very professional. Robert and his crew did an above excellent job. We just had our house totally re-piped. They were here three full days. Everything was extremely professional. They cleaned up explained everything can’t imagine anybody that could be better. Always be my go to for plumber services!

So thankful for Robert for fixing a leak in my crawl space. He deserves more than just five stars. Where do I start? Communication on point from both Robert and Julie. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Robert was very knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything very thoroughly to both my wife and I. He did have to cut up some concrete floor on my attached garage floor to fix the problem. He left the floor looking exactly the way it looked before, cleanup was awesome, couldn't even tell he was inside working. He left my crawl space looking great as well with the way he did everything. He did this job on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. He worked til about 7 that evening to ensure he would be done and my family could enjoy the holiday without this problem on our mind.He is my go to guy for anything plumbing related.I'm telling everyone, if you need a plumber, look no further than Robert Gochenour. Robert and Damon are awesome! They swapped out the old chrome shower fixtures for oil rubbed bronze (Delta) I had purchased a while ago, adding or adapting parts as needed. Looks great! Came earlier than promised, after checking to make sure it was OK. Quiet (I was working from home), professional and neat. Highly recommend!
