My toilet failed due to poor install and I ripped it out and found the root cause but in order to prevent another bad install, I called Chase. He came out the next day and did a great job installing my new toilet including a jumbo wax ring, shims, etc. left the bathroom clean and I will call him in the future when I need a professional.

Chase helped us out with replacing a broken water heater during a holiday week. He was prompt, reasonably priced, and communicated everything in a clear and honest way. I cannot recommend Temple Terrace Plumbing enough for anyone’s plumbing needs in the Temple Terrace area.

No complaints with the work, incredibly expensive, the invoice did not provide any detail so I did not know what I was paying for. Over $400 to install a kitchen faucet that I purchased along with a new shut off valve and adjustment to a bathroom sink. I would guess the gentleman who was professional was here less than two hours. Crazy, will never use again

On June 18, I sent a service request to Bay Area Plumbing because my tenant had a problem with her commode, and I was out of town so I couldn't look at it. Two days later, she still hadn't heard from them. I instructed my tenant to give them a call. She e-mailed me on June 22 to let me know that she had spoken with them the day before and that they would get back with me. I had no phone service where I was, so I borrowed a friend's cell phone to call them and ask if they could e-mail an estimate to me since I had no phone service at the time. The lady in the office agreed to this; however, the service men ignored our agreement and contacted my husband, who doesn't even own the house, to get approval to make the repairs. When I reminded them of our agreement, his response was "It is hard to communicate via email." Obviously, they had no intention of honoring our agreement. He offered to remove the new parts and replace with the old ones, but said I would still have to pay the service fee of $49. I probably wouldn't even have used them if they had been honest about the estimate. Then to top it off, I was billed $225 to replace a fill valve and flapper valve. I wouldn't recommend Bay Area Plumbing to anyone.

It is a shame how companies take advantage of people - DO NOT TRUST this company - I called and spoke to the owner of this company and without doing an inspection he said I needed a new water heater that was going to cost me $600 after it was done I realized I had a note on my front door from Teco Gas ( i missed the note since I enter my house through the garage ) indicating there was a gas leak and that they repaired it and all I had to do was call them to restore service unfortunately for me I saw the note the same day the new water heater was install, i messaged the owner MR Michael Williams cause I was trying to understand how he knew the problem was the water heater without doing ANY kind of inspection since in this case it was not the water heater it was the gas that was turn off something that could've been fix by a free phone call to Teco however until this day I have not hear back from MR Williams - I filed a complained with Teco so that the end the partnership with this company since they just seem to want to sell you a new equipment without taking the time to do any kind of inspection/service call to try to determinate the issue before assuming you need to replace such an expensive water heater - I will also file a complaint with the county to insure this company stops taking advantage of homeowners I'm so disappointed and disgusted from this experience I won't wish or recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy- thanks for nothing MR Williams!

I recently called another plumbing company to come out for a problem with refill valve in bathroom. I was told that they would be out on Tuesday (03/06/2018) between the hours of 12pm--3pm. When no one showed up after 3pm I called and asked if they were still coming. I was told they got hung up on another job and wouldn't be able to come out as promised. We made another appointment for Wednesday (03/07/2018) between the hours of 8am--12pm. Again, no one showed up and we didn't get a phone call that no one was coming. This morning Thursday (03/08/2018) I put in a quote for Bay area plumbing. Someone called back around 10:30am and said that someone would be here between the hours of 12pm and 2pm. At 12:20 two young men from Bay area plumbing showed up introduced themselves and went to work. It took all of about 15 minutes to fix the problem and they were out the door. The price was "very reasonable" and done in a professional manner. They cleaned up behind themselves and left. This is the type of service I look forward too. I definitely recommend Bay Area Plumbing because of their promptness, neatness, price and courteous plumbers. I will never waste my time again with other Plumbing companies.

Finally found them online. A few years back I was called up in the bay area for a job on someone's place. Something was up with their garbage disposal, and I figured it may have just been a jam. I figured a hex wrench and a reset would work out, but still got nothing. I figured this was out of my expertise as a freelance plumber, and I was honest with them that I didn't want to do anything else with it that could make it worse. These were the first guys to pop up on my iphone. I gave a call and since I explained the problem, they were happy to assist with some consultation advice and I explained to the best of my knowledge on the issue. After some assistance and having someone come in, they were so professional and kind! I would recommend these guys 100%!

TECO said there was a gas leak conveniently on part of pipe system that's homeowners responsibility instead of theirs. While providing no service and taking no responsibility, TECO shut off hot water to the house and left. Desperately calling the limited number of companies licensed to handle gas, I randomly tried Bay Area Plumbing, made an appt, and asked to be waitlisted for any cancellations / earlier appts. Not only did Bay Area reach out to me sooner, but it showed up on time and did a great job of repairing the leak at a reasonable rate. Bay Area has now become my 1st choice for gas related repairs and service.

I emailed and asked for an estimate to install a reverse osmosis water filter. It involved cutting a hole in a granite counter top and that seemed more difficult than I wanted to try myself. I got an e mail back from Mike Williams, the President, on a Saturday with an estimate. We scheduled a call. Rick and his son Trey showed up on time and cut the counter without a problem and installed the five stage filter system and tank in about 90 minutes. They were very courteous, professional and did a terrific job for the agreed price. I would recommend these guys to family and friends.

Called Bay Area plumbing, receptionist gave the phone number of their master plumber(Mike). I told Mike what the problem was and he said it was the wax ring beneath the toilet, made appointment for the next day. John showed up on time and was very thorough in his inspection. Only after considering all scenarios, John agreed with Mike and removed the toilet and just like Mike said it was the wax ring. Installed new wax ring, cleaned up like he was never there and charged me exactly what was quoted. It's nice to find an honest company nowadays. They are my plumbers for life.

Was in need of a new water heater. Called Bay Area Plumbing. Talked to a very nice lady, who was able to quickly schedule an appointment. She gave me a two hour window the guys would arrive (12-2), which is much better than the standard 4-5 hour window. They arrived right at 12:00 and were very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They replaced the heater in about 1.5 hours. I think they even left the work area cleaner than it was when they arrived. The repair was priced quite fairly as well. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We have had Bay Area plumbing come out twice in the last couple of months. Both times have been to work on our gas lines. We have been so impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of both crews. All 4 gentlemen were so polite and made sure that we were completely satisfied with their work before they left. They even returned after the first visit to adjust the hot water tank temperature when we discovered it wasn't hot enough. We will continue to call them for all of our plumbing needs.

We had another emergency (pipe burst at the main) the day before going out of town so of course I called Bay Area Plumbing back again. Jimmy Lipke, Service Manager, was on call that night and he was able to fix the problem and put our minds at ease about going out of town the next day. Jimmy is such a genuine, caring and thoughtful professional. Bay Area is a great family owned company that truly cares about their work and their customers, not just making money.

My 88 year old father had done something to his water heater and the pilot light went out on his water heater. I called Bay Area Plumbing and spoke to a very nice lady who helped me get an appointment right away. They sent out Jimmy, who was just fantastic. So professional and checked everything out and got the pilot light lit. The whole experience with this business was great. Thank you again Jimmy.
