7 years ago I had them replace my ac unit. They did an amazing job. Today they came out because my thermostat had quit working. While they were her Diego did a complete inspection and found 3 issues that caused my issue with the thermostat. He was very informative and kept me in the loop on what he found what repairs were critical and what needed to be watched. I went ahead and had all 3 things done following his recommendation. So glad I did and so glad I had called them. Wonderful company
We've used Enoch for 3 years. Great customer service, on time, and very reasonable prices. Greg has been our tech and we couldn't recommend him more. Its nice to not have a salesman as a tech and is very derailed and thorough. We will continue with Enoch.
From start to finish, the entire experience with Team Enoch was smooth, professional, and easy. Scheduling was straightforward, communication was clear, and everything felt organized and customer-focused, which really stood out compared to some other service experiences I’ve had in the past. Out of 5 stars, I’d honestly give my technician Brandon 6. He’s one of the most straightforward and informative technicians I’ve ever had in my home. He represented himself and Team Enoch really well. You can tell he takes ownership of his work and takes pride in what he does, and that’s the kind of thing that keeps people coming back. He explained everything clearly about my system and answered all the random HVAC questions I threw at him patiently and honestly. Service I’ve had with other companies has definitely been hit or miss, so it was refreshing to work with someone like Brandon. I’d recommend Team Enoch to anyone who needs their services.
We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for over one week just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company.
Be careful when getting quotes from any company and this company, if they quote you "couple thousand, but go on to say we are the cheapest plumbers hourly at $95 hour, it'll take maybe 7 hours, so your looking at $1200-$1300" then you get that bill for just under $2000 at $145 an hour and ask why due to the above. Then you get well 2 people were out there and charge me $145 for 8 hours!! Second person was here maybe 2 hours, my camera shows 1.5, but their gps shows 3, then excuse is supervisor was there all day supervising. Nope, he was not, but who charges double for a supervisor! Who does this? I paid my invoice but a caution to any hard working people trying to make ends meet monthly! Not a place to get a quote and expect it to be fair! I honestly believe because we were quoted a couple thousand they came back under and assumed we should be happy! I was happy at 95 an hour in my head thinking, we would get this done fast and a decent amount of money! So very sad and upsetting, the decent work they did went unnoticed with all this drama! Then I've been asking for 6 days for a new invoice, when my husband calls he's told "what do y'all want from us, we came under the $2,000 quoted" I want fair and honest transaction. I want honesty and professionalism! Be careful and get it in writing!!
Called them through Home Depot referrals for a ceiling fan change and TV install. Guy #1 comes out. Changes a ceiling fan. All is good. I ask if he can do some outlet work and he says he doesn't have time so he called for a second appt. Starts the TV which is literally taking one TV down, switching the bracket to the new TV and putting back up. We were not changing the bracket that was already on the fireplace. He worked on this for like 30-45 mins. Can't get it even. We even helped him. Finally says he has to go so Guy #2 can do it when he comes out to do the outlet work. So we go buy another bracket just in case it's the bracket that's the problem. Guy #2 comes out. Show him the outlet work that needs to be done. He says he's only there to fix the TV. Wait what?!?! The whole reason for the 2nd appt was the outlet work. The TV was added later. He goes outside to call the office. Spends 10 mins talking...Ok he can do the outlet work too. Literally gets the new TV up and even in less than 5 mins. Not sure we like the placement so he doesn't secure the TV while we decide whether we want to change to the new bracket and he starts the outlets. Show him where I want them. Puts the hole in the wrong place and says it can't go there due to a stud. Well that's not where I wanted it anyway. Ok so put it here. Cuts another whole. Still not in the right place but I'll work with it cuz I don't need anymore holes to fix. Husband comes out and is upset with all the holes. Guy gets an attitude and completely ignores anything my husband says from that point on. His tools aren't charged so he has to do everything manually which is taking forever. These outlets are going in a bookcase that has a wood paneling back. He split the wood around the holes and we have extra holes. The wall is a mess that now has to be repaired AND the outlets aren't even where I wanted them to be. To be clear...I'm talking about the wall itself. I told him to leave the mess on the shelf in the bookcase and that I would clean that myself...cuz ya know fixing the wholes will make a mess anyway. He finished and we just want him gone so we decide to live with the TV where it is. He finally leaves. We realize he never finished securing the TV and that the outlets aren't straight. Call them back. Ok they will send someone out. Ok but we don't want Guy #2 again. Guy #3 comes out. He is wonderful. Fixes everything. Looks at the mess of the wall and says that shouldn't have happened. Then tells us Guy #2 said my husband dropped the f bomb which never happened. I was there the entire time. It...never...happened. Urghhh... So we get two bills - none for Guy #3. We paid one but felt like there should be some kind of relief on the other because both Guy #1 and Guy #2 took way longer than they should have. Response from owner Miles is nope. They already gave us a discount by not charging for Guy #3 and that's enough. Well duh...he was there to fix what Guy #2 messed up!! No way we should have been charged anyway!!! Well they don't have enough profit margin to give any more of a discount (ummm...called the cost of doing business). Says customers have the luxury of looking at thousands of reviews of them but they don't have that same luxury to see reviews on customers. Says he looked my husband up on Facebook and we seem like kind folks. WTH??? That is more than a little creepy. And btw...all this is via email not on the phone so I have all this in writing. His final email to us says at some point we will need plumbing, electrical or HVAC services again and he hopes we would entrust them again. (Yeah like they're the only game in town). Then says he has a small accounting staff so he doesn't have resources to pursue unpaid bills so if we don't pay it the next day he will send us to collections. I paid the bill cuz I just wanted this mess to be over with. Although we absolutely loved Guy #3 and would have him in our house anytime, we will never do business with this company again. One more FYI...In comparing this bill to other electrical work we have done. Team Enoch is more expensive. Although maybe not if they did the work in a timely fashion and showed up with charged tools. And I feel bad about Guy #1 cuz he was very nice and worked hard. I just don't understand why he couldn't get it even but it only took Guy #2 like 5 mins. Response to Amanda...thank you for responding. It is under my husbands name Michael. I'm not going to post our last name publicly. I verified that this is the correct business unless there are two Team Enoch's that have owners named Miles at your same address. I'm sure if you speak with him he will remember the situation. We have several emails back and forth.
Here's the quick version. I bought a new Goodman heating and air-conditioning unit from Enoch in March 2021. On May 30, 2022, my neighborhood suffered a power outage. My heating-air-conditioning unit stopped working. It turned out the control board got fried because of the power surge. Mine appeared to be the only unit in the neighborhood that suffered such an outage. I talked to five neighbors, and none of them had surge protectors. Though my control board had a warranty, Enoch told me that they could not determine when I would get a replacement because of supply chain issues in China, where Goodman apparently manufactures or buys the board. Enoch had a board that they sold me, plus an "acquisition fee" for $480. My warranty was not honored, and I had to pay almost $500 to get the board and have it installed. I paid another $550 for a surge protector. I was glad to get the board, but I am disappointed that I had to pay for what was a warranted part. My advice: If you decide to buy a Goodman system, at least from Enoch, first ask about the system's vulnerability to power outages, whether you need to buy a surge protector, and whether the warranty will be honored. Here's the long version. I was looking to buy a Trane air conditioning system to replace my 25-year-old Goodman air conditioning system. I read online and in various publications that people thought that Trane was the best air conditioning system. I looked for companies that installed Trane, and Enoch was one of the names that came up. I reviewed and talked to a bunch of companies, read online reviews, Better Business Bureau ratings, and thought Enoch was the company for me. It really had a great reputation. I talked to the Enoch representative, and he convinced me that a new Goodman system with a heat pump was the better value. He seemed really knowledgeable. The Goodman model was also less expensive than the Trane model. Everything went well. The system was installed well, and I was saving about $100 a month on my electric bill. No problems until my neighborhood experienced a power outage on May 30, 2022. Power went off and on for about an hour. My air conditioning system stopped working. I called Enoch the next day, and a technician came that day and determined that the control board was fried because of a power surge. He said that it would take about three weeks to get a replacement board. In March, we had Enoch conduct an annual checkup. The technician said that we had 286 volts going into our house, when it should be about 240 volts. My mother had died recently, and I was dealing with her loss and her estate. I put off the volt issue. Enoch would not install another control board until we had Oncor come out and check the voltage coming into our house. An Oncor technician came out and determined that we had 246 volts coming into our house and saw no reason for concern. We informed Enoch. Enoch then agreed to install the control board provided we also bought a surge protector. Two Enoch representatives told me that the control board and its installation would be done at no cost to me because it was a warranted part. A third was planning to charge me $680 for the board, installation, and the labor involved in getting a control board (an "acquisition fee"). The surge protector would be another $550. Enoch said that Goodman was having supply chain issues in China, and there was no determining when another control board would be available through the warranty. I had a nearly 12-year-old dog in poor health and predicted record heat. So I agreed to pay for the control board. The $680 price was later dropped to $480. But $480 is not free. My advice is to be cautious about installing a Goodman system through Enoch without first asking about the warranty and the chances that it will be honored. I would also ask about the susceptibility that the control board may be fried after a power outage. I have no issues with Enoch's work, but I'm disappointed that the warranty was not honored and that I had to pay for a surge protector.
Subject: Formal Complaint and Request for Reimbursement Due to Property Damage Caused by Team Enoch Technician To Whom It May Concern, On June 17, 2025, my daughter selected Team Enoch for routine air conditioning maintenance at her property after reading your 4.9-star rating on Angie's List. She expected professional and reliable service. On June 18, 2025, your technician Tyler arrived at the residence for the scheduled maintenance. During the visit, Tyler strongly recommended a blowout, which my daughter initially disagreed with, but he insisted it was necessary to prevent future issues. Unfortunately, within a couple of hours of his departure, my daughter received a video message from her tenant at 4:46 PM, showing a leak in the ceiling. She immediately called Team Enoch. A representative informed her that Tyler could not return because he had to pick up his son, and no other technician was available that evening. We were told someone would come the next morning. By the following morning, the situation had worsened. At 8:15 AM on June 19, we called again because the leak had intensified and the ceiling was now cracking. Jess, your representative, stated Tyler would arrive around 8:50 AM. I requested a supervisor to accompany him due to the severe damage. I also sent photos to Jess, who confirmed the issue was documented and said she would instruct Tyler to call a supervisor on site. However, based on the video footage from 9:17 AM, Tyler did not contact a supervisor while on site. In the video, he tells the tenant that the cause of the issue was a faulty installation--specifically, a PVC pipe that had not been glued properly, and that it came loose when he performed the blowout. He stated Dry Force would be sent out for clean-up and that the company owner would discuss insurance coverage with my daughter. We later learned that no such conversation occurred with the owner, nor was any formal plan in place to cover the damages. When we called Team Enoch again, your representative said Dry Force was being dispatched. This gave the impression that your company was taking full responsibility for the restoration. However, later that day, I received a call from Steven, the supervisor, who stated Team Enoch would not cover the damages, blaming the original installer of the unit. I asked whether your technician should have checked all the AC lines before and after doing the blowout, and he responded "No", shifting blame entirely to the installer. I then hired Farms Construction Co., whose technician evaluated the system the same day. He confirmed that a certified technician should have inspected all lines before and after performing a blowout, and that failure to do so directly caused the pipe to loosen and leak, resulting in water damage to the ceiling. I am attaching the following: The video of Taylor's admission Documentation and a repair proposal from Farms Construction Co. totaling $3,140 The original Team Enoch invoice for $305, and the revised bill for $125 (excluding the blowout charge of $180) Given the facts: Your technician failed to properly inspect the AC lines before performing a blowout. The resulting leak caused significant property damage. Your company delayed in addressing the emergency, further worsening the damage. The supervisor refused accountability despite video evidence and a professional third-party assessment.
Update: They finally responded after my 1 star review. But they did made good on replacement. The brand new condenser was installed on 11/17/25 without any hitch. We bought a brand new Trane HVAC system from Team Enoch for a little over $14K. They came and installed on September 30 at 7a.m. and finished at 4p.m. There were 2 young men installing the air handler inside our home and 1 young man installing the heat pump outside. When they were assembling the heat pump together, we noticed the spine fin coil that was wrapped around the inside was dented/bent. Pointed it out to the installer and he tried to pull it straight but couldn't. He said it is probably from transport or it was from the mfg. themselves and assured us that it does not affect the system in anyway. Didn't feel easy but had him installed it anyway. On October 19, heard some scraping noise from the heat pump while working on the yard. Takes a look and see that the fan was scraping against the wall when it was running making those scratching noises. Also saw the dented/bent spine fin coil sagged a little more than before. We immediately called Team Enoch addressing the issues and they sent a tech out to inspect. After the tech checked, he said he couldn't find anything wrong. Pointed out the dent and the scrape marks, he said he was sent out to inspect something else and refer us to call back to CS. Called CS and they said they will check on it and will get back to us. On October 20, I got a voicemail message from Team Enoch saying the same thing the installer said and referred me to call the manufacturer Trane to verify if we are feeling uneasy about it. On October 21, called Trane and they wouldn't tell us anything. They told us to call one of their authorized dealers for second opinion. Called one of them company and they said they have to come out to inspect in person and with a charge of $80. We declined. I called Team Enoch immediately repeating all the issues over again after finding that the dented spine fin coil does affect the efficiency and longevity of the system from online searches. She said she will send the message over to the install team and they will get back with us. On October 21, received a text from a Customer Satisfaction Manager asking for feedback on the install team, etc. On October 26, replied to the Customer Satisfaction Manager repeating all the issues and even sent her pictures. She never replied or called back. On October 27, wrote to Team Enoch on their website about the issues. As of October 30, one month in from the installation of the HVAC system, not one person from Team Enoch called, texted, or replied to my email to resolve the issues. Being seniors, we seemed to be an easy target to be taken advantage of. We are ignorant so we have to rely and put our trust in this company to deliver on their expertise and promises. So disappointed and heartbroken that they did not. Just don't know what to do anymore.
Do not waste your time with this company. Absolutely awful. Their poor installation nearly burned my house down. I've been trying to get the one service I had done over 6 months ago completed properly. I requested they install an electric hybrid water heater. The tech showed up with a gas water heater. Left and returned after a few hours with a standard electric water hear (still not what I discussed extensively with him or the rep). The tech did not want to return to get the correct heater (again) so he had the rep call and convince me to keep the incorrect one at a discounted price. Frustrated and wanting the whole thing over with, I agreed. Fast forward 5 months and the water heater stops working. I called Enoch and they sent someone to check it out. (The rep on the phone thought I had the hybrid one which just added to their obvious lack of organization) Tech comes out and checks the water heater and claims there is nothing wrong with it and we needed to have an electrician replace its breaker. We have an electrician replace the breaker and before he could leave, it blew again. Electrician goes to check the water heater and finds it completely fried. Obviously not "fine" as Enoch claimed. The way they installed the water heater was so sloppy, it was constantly sparking metal on metal. The electrician was shocked we hadn't had a fire burst out. Enoch tech comes back and replaces the burnt parts inside of the water heater but leaves all of the wires out and completely exposed. Tech claims we need to have the electrical line extended to connect it properly. Why would they have installed it this way in the first place then? I keep trying to work with the rep at Enoch for them to send out an electrician to finish the job but they refuse to take any responsibility. I don't know how a business thinks they can improperly install a product, nearly burn a house down then turn to the customer and tell them it's their fault. Absolute trash company. Oh and to top it all off, before I knew how awful at their jobs they are, I requested other types of work multiple times and never had any follow up.
Warning warning warning! Don't deal with this company, RUN AWAY!!! Team Enoch is at least to say horrible! This company caused us a very painful experience and property damage which was confirmed by two different contractors. They installed the HVAC, and exactly after 24 hours it started leaking condensation water into the interior wall. Turned out that they blow the bathroom vent pipe lose inside wall and never tested it to make sure it's functional. The same pipe they broke lose was used for very long time without any issues. More lever there were other vent pipes next to it that were brand new to use if they would have verified that they broke it. We understand that accidents happen during installation but our shock and disappointment was When we called the costumer service and explained the damage they caused to our property! Denise in costumer service answer was " Do you wanna a free plumbing repair?!" shame on you Denise! Someone like you should never work in a costumer service. Karma will get you back! You may not always be able to help costumers but you should at least show some respect. We paid this company over $9000 and they caused us property damage! We could of course not trust them anymore and hired a contractor to fix the leak. I encourage you who are considering this company to run far as far as you can and look for another place, not all saving are good saving! We regret so badly that we did not read the negative reviews because they're true! We assume that the positive reviews are paid because this company from our experience can't either perform a good job or show respect to their costumer. We encourage you to look the complaints at Better Business Bureau. You will be shocked how bad this company!! The owner of the company, Miles, has serious attitude problems, no room to talk about it here. We will spread this review on every platform, neighborhood, family and friends to save people from having painful experience like we ours.
Nothing but issues since install. Sent someone out and they could never find anything wrong with the system. Said the thermostats were in the wrong setting. I then no longer lived at the property full time. Went back and yet again, no AC - another tech came out and said that I had a dual zone system and the dampers must be stuck closed. He checked and said they were open and system was working, moved thermostats. Now of course right after he left, it became summer. Same issue. Went ahead and called another AC company for a second opinion. They found that the dual zoned system was actually completely taken out and there was now just a one zoned system for a 2 story home. I called Team Enoch back, asked them why they would do that. They could not give me a reason. I asked them to make it right by putting back the dual zoned system. So they quoted me a new bill and took off like $500..... for something they did! So I ended up going with the other company. Did not have any issues. Now of course since labor warranty is expired a year later.... Evaporator is freezing up and again - no AC. Would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. Scam scam scam, they do not install correctly and remove systems that you had in place without letting you know - which will cost you over $2k to replace further down the road. Have a "well that's your problem" attitude on every phone call or should have bought the extended labor warranty. A few other things to mention. Plenum was not correct size and should have been recommended to be replaced. Instead they just tapped it and glued it to fit to new unit, causing air flow issues. Installed the furnace at angle, so drain pan is not level and could lead to potential leaks, smashed a lot of the duct work, and bent other components attached to unit. It's been a nightmare to say the least and do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.
7/16/25 ..I requested from Angi inquiring on ac repair/replacement. I was reached by TEAM ENOCH 2 reps. by email regarding their services. I was informed by one hw they can beat the competition price by 30-40%. I was intrigued so I continue to explain in detail my dilemma and which the 2nd rep was responding. She requested for info. which I provided again in detail. 3-4 days past no response, I reached out and left messages with their team member and still no response. I called again and the message was sent a Miles which he initially contacted me through text. He stated he was the owner and if i had been contacted by this number ..I said yes. So. He called and I begin to explain the service I was receiving from his to female reps. I explain to him I was just needing installation and freon charge. I have everything to install. He began questioning, how I obtained this, send pics of model/serial no. I began to feel as if he thinking I was doing something illegal. I provided him all the info he requested. Provided pics, the dimensions of old/ new systems how they reference each other etc. Everything that would make this a smooth installation. Then he text me to provided pics of my ac unit from different angles at a distance? I did it....3 days past no call, no text, no response. If this is how this company in the Houston market treat possible client. I would HIGHLY recommend not to use their services. Ft Worth headquarters may need to evaluate and monitor how they're being represented... So. I went with another contractor (MASTER CONFORT AC & HEATING) who listens , knew what I'm trying to achieve.installed it with precision and very professional. Awesome service.
Update: The owner called to discuss my reasons for a previously low rating. He agreed to waive the Service Call fee since I am willing to have my AC equipment at my properties serviced by his company. This reflects the willingness to talk with customers about their grievances and the company's integrity and its service commitment. Previously: Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with this company. After reading the good reviews on Google, I was hoping that this company would be my go-to company; however it didn't turn out that way. My AC wasn't working so I called and they were very reasonable with their service call price and response; however, the technician didn't know how to fix the issue so he said he would send more experience tech out. In the mean time, I found out through my family that the EcoBee has a software glitch that was the cause of my problem. I was able to fix the AC on my own so I called Enoch back the same day to tell them and left a message since no one answered the phone. Ten days later, I received a bill for the service call. I asked them to waive the service call fee since I was the one who fixed the AC and that they never even sent another tech out. Their reply was NO, I may pay the service call fee. I have to pay for the service call even though they didn't even know what the problem was nor knew how to fix it. Let me see, I have 4 properties that they could provide yearly maintenance on (and I told them this) but they chose to charge me $65 and forgo all future work on my 4 properties. Good riddance, Enoch HVAC
We started months ago, in a few spurts, and ended up being offered a very good deal with discounts and rebates. But we chose to wait, and months later, I reached back to the rep and while the exact same rebates were not available from Oncor, he did discount the install/equipment enough that I did not pay more. The install was in a few days, the equipment was as promised, and the price did go up a bit: it went up because in our documents we got a cash discount but got a great 0% through Wells Fargo for 18 months, and we paid about 180 or so more for some Condenser pads (the outside machines) which seemed reasonable, was necessary, and I did price compare and was not over charged or even marked up. While other vendors did cost more, many could not be as quick either. They also removed the equipment, as one would expect. Further, we compared pricing on more than just one model and found the Enoch prices were more competitive than the others (at least during our reviews). The key here is that we spent a lot of time researching our buy, had a clear idea of what we wanted kin terms of brand, and knew what others would offer, when we signed. Because of this we saw a lot of value and benefit. But if you don't know what you're doing, and don't spend time to do it, and complain easily, you won't know how much of a great deal you're getting. I think it's best to check out a few other companies for the same products, figure out exactly what you want (need), and then go to this company to see how much better they are.
