I called TE Technicians because my water heater was leaking. The person on the phone was very helpful and courteous. I was given a window of time for the technician, Joshua, to arrive. I was sent a text message immediately with all necessary information, including information about and a picture of Joshua. On the phone, I was told I would receive another text/call 30 minutes before he arrived. It all worked as planned. Joshua was friendly, courteous, efficient, and informative. A “small leak” turned into a replacement of the 20 year old heater. Bad news made ok by a technician who explained everything and showed me a leak in the bottom of the heater that would not be my future problem. If you want an excellent technician, ask for Joshua. I was having problems with my landscape lighting not working properly and finally called TE for help. Jeremy and Isaiah arrived right at the start of my appointment window. After listening to me describe the problem, they set to work diagnosing my system. Withing 15 minutes they determined the issue was with my old control box, which was over 15 years old. They installed and tested the new control panel (see attached photos) and all is working perfectly again. These 2 were efficient and knowledgeable about how my system operated and resolved the problem within an hour. Call the electricians at TE Certified; they know what they are doing and can fix whatever issues you have.

We just had a new Rinnai tankless water heater installed by Andrew. We were switching from a traditional tank heater to tankless, which requires a different exhaust system, new gas connection and new water piping. Andrew did an excellent job explaining what was needed and why, provided a fair quote, then did a very nice job with the installation and cleanup afterwards. He showed me how to adjust the settings and reviewed the maintenance recommendations. The new system works great and we are very pleased with the result. I'm a happy customer and will use TE again when needed in the future.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with one of this company’s drivers today. Their van was riding my bumper aggressively for miles and came dangerously close to hitting my car multiple times. I was already going the speed limit, yet the driver continued tailgating and driving recklessly like they owned the road. Companies should really pay attention to who they hire because this kind of behavior reflects horribly on the business. If this is how their employees act in public while driving a company vehicle, I would never trust them working around my home. Completely unprofessional and honestly scary

Jason Sevier with TE Certified Electrical is exceptional. WE first met Jason when he was the only Electrician to respond to an emergency call out a Sunday this past December. He as been stellar during diagnosing issues, repairs, new installation, installing a backup generator and we will soon be fortunate to have Jason install outdoor lighting. I cannot say enough positive things about Jason, his work and his work ethic. Different inspectors have also praised his work after seeing the finished product! He is a top notch individual. Because of Jason's work, we decided to have the backup generator installed as well as the outdoor lighting. We also used TE Certified for two new HVAC systems due to to quality of Jason's work!

Great team and very professional. Adam, Gavin, Jose, Angel, Scott and Odone were great all day. Answered questions and got the work completed. They were on top of the job even in extreme weather conditions. No one was complaining. Very satisfying to see a team so focused and good at what they do. Garris was team lead and handled the large job with no drama and was very easy to communicate. Fabian the sales lead was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. TE is without a doubt a top notch, professionally run operation with a service experience that exceeded by expectations and on top of that the company pricing was very competitive even with the elevated experience. Once again TE Plumbing sent excellent repair technicians to help with my water pressure problem in a bathroom and kitchen. This has been an annoying issue for some time, and it was miraculously resolved within 3+ hours. Zach and his assistant, Lucas Skywalker (his nickname for the morning) were professional and thorough in their making sure I understood their process, assessment and resolve. The water pressure absolutely improved by the end of their service. Their TE truck is always in the neighborhood and for a good reason. The company and their technical representatives are reliable and get the job done successfully.

TE Certified just installed a new Daikin HVAC system at my home and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Hunter Graham and his teammate were outstanding, punctual, professional, and incredibly respectful throughout the process. They explained everything clearly, walked me through the timeline, and made sure I understood each step. The installation was quiet, efficient, and clean. They left the space exactly as they found it. The system is running perfectly, and their craftsmanship truly shows. Brandon went above and beyond for me today. It was extremely stressful for me since these were things my husband had hoped to do before he passed away. And now I'm doing them and am trusting others to guide me through the process. Brandon earned my trust and could not have been more helpful. One example: He took the time to search online for just the right attachment for my long and heavy garden hose. I very much appreciate everything he did. And I might also add that his assistant was great as well. I'm sorry his name escapes me at the moment. They're a great team.

Repaired outside faucets. Austin is the absolute professional. He texted his estimated arrival time, which was right on target. He was very, very pleasant and accommadating! SO GRATEFUL we called TE for a second opinion on an issue we were having with our HVAC not blowing cold air. Corey was honest, efficient, kind, and BEST OF ALL he fixed our issue in 15 minutes for $185...compare that to the $15,000 (!!!) quote we got from Casteel and a total misdiagnosis from another tech! Unreal. We had a baby in the house on a hot Georgia day with no AC, and Corey was able to get to us within an hour of us calling, and saved us a HUGE amount of money and headache. we are officially TE customers for life. This week I reset a circuit breaker and noticed water pooling outside of the HVAC condensation reservoir with a broken pump. A quick call to TE Certified and Isiah was dispatched to inspect my three HVAC zones and equipment and repair the faulty pump plus 2 broken safety devices. After a few hours Isiah had all 3 HVAC systems running perfectly. We had been using another HVAC company for annual maintenance and service for several years but now I am making the switch to TE Certified for the services. Well done, Isiah!

I am glad I went with this company. Mark and Chase came out to my home the following day after making a service call and they were very professional and courteous. They explained everything they were doing and broke down what needed to be done to get our system back up and running. We are very pleased with their service and Mark went through the brochure to show me other services that are provide by TE which I will be taking up. I will not be using another HVAC company.
