Chris and Joe did an excellent job with sewer remediation needed in my home. Chris explained everything very well and his professionalism was exemplary. He and Joe made a major project seem much less daunting. Also, the excavation for the French drain outside was well done! And, I very much appreciated the help of the office manager who patiently instructed me on what steps I needed to take. She completed all the necessary paperwork quickly and thoroughly ...her help was invaluable.

I needed a device on my tub to be checked out. Andrew came from T&J check it out fused with it on and off and it started to work. He made sure that it was fixed. I asked what the cost was and he said there was no cost. He didn’t do that much. They could’ve charged me for a service call, but they didn’t. That’s the sign of a great company. I recommend them highly and give them five stars.

I was so nervous having to have plumbing replaced which is located in our crawl space. However, Nate and Dylan did a fantastic job and Tim came by to check on things! They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend T&J for any plumbing issues you might have. Ricky Temple was professional and courteous from start to finish! He introduced himself right away and with credentials in hand, wore shoe coverings before even knocking, explained everything thoroughly and also provided an explanation for future maintenance. He answered many questions with patience and responded the answers with confidence and knowledge. Far cry from my previous experiences with plumbers that would show up late, just “scratch” their heads and not give me answers and/or solutions! I highly recommend this company and will confidently give them referrals.

Excellent service and response. Their team came during a snow storm and were on time. Andrew and Delano did a great job explaining the plumbing problem and what had to be done going forward. All were friendly and answered the questions we had.
