We had a big issue with both water heaters. We thank God that the issue was caught quickly. SWAT PLUMBING came out and diagnosed the issues with honesty and integrity. I was very happy with the service, installation is schedule for tomorrow.
S.W.A.T. Plumbing is very professional and courteous from the moment you schedule your appointment to the time they complete your job. The office and scheduling personal were very friendly and professional and answered all of my questions without hesitation. They communicated with me via email throughout the process so I always informed. The best part was working with S.W.A.T. Technician Cody N. He was courteous, professional and answered all my questions. He completed the job quickly and did such a good job of cleaning up after himself you wouldn't know he was there.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Scott was absolutely fantastic. He came out late on a Friday for an emergency plumbing issue and immediately put us at ease. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. He then came back on Saturday to finish the job, right on time, and made sure everything was completed properly. His work was thorough, efficient, and high quality. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right. We are so grateful for his responsiveness and dedication—especially over a weekend. Highly recommend Scott to anyone in need of a reliable, trustworthy plumber!
Quality - UNRELIABLE They sent a contracted plumber who damaged our absolutely clean toilet bowl with many scratches when using a snake. Then he denied that he did it and only agreed after he checked his recording of his own work! I have called them 4 times and they won't return or respond on hold when they know the reason of my call - to fix the scratched. I am not sure how they consider themselves honest or professional. I will never use them again On Dec 3 Hi, your technician Trevon B. from S.W.A.T. Plumbing, LLC. is on the way to. Please call our office immediately if unable to keep your appointment @ 817-244-4370. Please be sure to complete your surveys, give us a great review on Google and like us on Facebook.
Do not use this worthless company. I had the misfortune of having them assigned by American Home Shield and felt I was the target of a $3000 plus scam. I had a broken pipe that required repair and Swat were adamant I had a slab leak that would take $2000 to locate and then $1000s more to fix. I refused and had a reputable plumber take care of the broken pipe. They laughed at the suggestion that I had a slab leak. This was not the first time I was almost scammed by Swat after Home Shield sent them out. Avoid at all cost
I've never received this level of poor customer service before in my life. Our request for their service was not an emergency, but it was a major inconvenience for my husband and I. This request was to replace a faulty connector to the water line under our kitchen sink. No emergency, but definitely an inconvenience for us for cooking and normal work in the kitchen since we could not turn the water on at all. Timeline: May 14, Wednesday - I put in a request for work to be completed through our home warranty. We were given a date 6 days out for an appointment, May 20, no set time or window was given. This was frustrating, but understandable at that point. May 20, Tuesday - After waiting until noon, I received a phone call advising they were backed up and wouldn't be able to make it that day. She rescheduled us for the next day, May 21, and told us they had 4 customers ahead of us so it would be in the afternoon before they would be able to get to us. We were still very understanding at this point. May 21, Wednesday - After not hearing anything all day, I called at 3:45PM to check on the status of our request. She informed us they were still coming, but there were still 3 people ahead of us. This indicated to me that one customer had taken all day, but that could be possible. I made the comment that it was going to be a long day for that plumber and she said it all depended on how long it takes at each stop. At 5:10PM the same lady from the previous phone calls called and told us they couldn't come that day. She stated they wanted to reschedule us for May 28, 7 more days in the future. I told her this was unacceptable and we should just be pushed out to the next day and be 2nd or 3rd in line, not another week out, but she said they were very backed up and this is all they had available. I was extremely upset at that point that we were getting the runaround. I immediately contacted our warranty company and was advised that because it was now after hours they couldn't reach any other company to schedule anything and to call back first thing in the morning. Had the SWAT lady been honest and told us at 3:45 that they wouldn't make it out that day and were rescheduling us out a week, I would have had time to contact our warranty company and possibly get someone else out for the next day or two which was a Thursday & Friday. I honestly feel the lady at SWAT blatantly lied about the whole situation. May 22, Thursday - I recontacted our warranty company and they advised they would do their best to get another company as quickly as possible and they would contact me within 24 hours to advise of a new appointment. May 23, Friday - The warranty company left a voicemail stating that SWAT told them that they had "system issues" and that's why it had to be pushed out another week. This is totally different from what she told me. None of this made sense at all and our view of the situation was that 1) since we were going through a warranty company we would be pushed to an open time as it became available; 2) we were lied to (or at least misinformed) about how things were scheduled for warranty customers and had we been told about the possible delays, we would have arranged for a different service. After all of this, our appointment with SWAT for May 28 was cancelled and we were rescheduled with another company for May 29. Not sure if our warranty company realized that SWAT was going to reschedule us again or if SWAT knew they would so they just cancelled us. Either way, we will not ever use them through our warranty company or otherwise in the future after this encounter.
The beginning of the journey with Swat seemed to be very promising. We unfortunately bought a home with bad plumbing to later find out had moisture/mold throughout our flooring. We first had plumbing out (Connor) then we had their restoration company (Brandon). They all seem to be very nice and like i said very promising. We had to wait for a long process of insurance claims and what would be approved etc. after about a month we were told they would not cover and we would have to come out of pocket. Since we originally had swat come out, we felt comfortable contacting. They came out with no problem. Told us everything that had to repaired and our options. We were looking at almost 7k in repairs, but we trusted this company to take care of us. Mind we had just bought a home! first time with children, so we wanted to get things done where we weren't wasting money. The issue came after we agreed to payments and scheduled for work to be done. They were scheduled for Wednesday 4/1 in the morning. We were told this would be an all day job since alllll our waterlines were being replaced. I called around 11 because no one had shown up yet. I was told someone was on there way. 1pm gets here, nothing. Someone finally shows up at about 330pm! he states that Connor the guy that had made all these promises DIDNT want to do the work because he didn't want to go in the crawl space. He did what he could until about 5. told us he'd be back 7am Thursday. Thursday comes around and here we are again. Missing another day of work no one shows. we call. "someone's on their way". I don't recall the time we called but it was afternoon now. For them to tell us no one is going today they got caught up on something or they were under staffed. At this point we are upset. Not only are we spending our hard-earned money, but we are missing days of work! My husband calls and they make him a promise for all the inconvenience of cutting off $300 from what we owe. Friday finally around 10am plumber shows up. works until about 10ish pm. So all day no water. He still isn't finished. So, we had to miss Monday work again! My husband called about a week ago and was told yes, they still would but would reflect towards the end of our finance plan. Today 4/22 I call and ask about the 300 that was supposed to be discounted. since I will handle the bills. They tell me that they will not because they ran some extra TNP line for our water heater. This TNP line was promised by Connor that was included with our original cost. Nothing was done extra. As if everything we were dealing with wasn't stressful enough and we had to deal with inconsistency and not going through with their word. Then a plumber who I don't know why he's there if he doesn't want to work or show up to do jobs he promised. I never leave reviews like this. But this was completely upsetting. We are spending a lot of money! Just warning others. So you don't go through the same stress we did. BAD experience!
We had two fully functioning water heaters and submitted a claim through Landmark Home Warranty because the pilot lights kept going out intermittently. This should have been a straightforward service call. Unfortunately, our experience with SWAT Plumbing was extremely disappointing and ultimately cost us. By the time the technician left our home, we were down to only one working water heater. He had taken parts apart from both units and did not restore them to their original condition before leaving. The situation escalated further when our warranty claim was denied. We were informed by Landmark that the technician reported the water heaters had been “tampered with” and even submitted photos as evidence. These photos, however, reflected the exact condition he himself created while working on the units. To make matters worse, while we were on the phone with the warranty company who was explaining what the technician reported, the technician returned and began contradicting what he had reported. He told both us and the warranty representative (on speaker) that he did not say the units were tampered with, and that the rod replacement my husband performed was standard maintenance not tampering. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional to be caught in that back-and-forth, which ended with the technician telling the representative to “pull the call.” After additional effort speaking directly to Landmark, my husband was able to get one water heater approved for replacement. However, due to the technician’s report and the condition he left the equipment in, the warranty for the second unit was effectively voided. What’s even more concerning is that SWAT Plumbing contacted us the following day attempting to secure the replacement job. Given the experience, this was an absolute no. If a company cannot be trusted to act with integrity during a warranty service call, there is no way we would trust them with a full installation. Proceed with extreme caution when doing business with this company.

They charged my credit card $2,500 without authorization illegally prior to work being done. We specifically told them NOT to charge the credit card the day they charged my credit card and it was because work was not done yet. Their so called plumber (that was just a sales representative) told my husband and I we pay half before work was started and half when job was done. Then he had us sign in the sunlight on his dark phone a contract that stated we were to pay before work was done. Which by the way is illegal. You can't have a verbal contract differ from a written contract, especially with 3 witnesses. Very foolish and out right bullying. They subcontracted most of work with people that could not speak English. They sent the first plumber out that only paid $30 for license no classes a started working without experience is what he told me. Second came out and did some sawing on pipe then after he worked on it all the sudden it went from a leak to a slab leak. The third plumber came out and just did a sales pitch to have slab fixed and lied to me about the payment arrangement. Fourth plumber came out and actually worked on it and didn't break anything that time that I could tell. He seem nice and knowledgeable. Geez 4 plumbers and then two set of people they subcontracted could speak English. SCAM, I told them I would pay when job was done but they illegally and unauthorizedly charged credit card the very day I told them I would write a check when job was done. I was not even late on payment and work was not even done.
Was assigned SWAT plumbing for home warranty claim. The first appointment was a wash as they were a no show. I took a day off for nothing. Took another day off and The second attempt they made it but very late. Had a leaking water heater with service call with ahs. They would not just replace the unit, but instead insisted the code dictated they do a swap to a parallel system with control valves for each of our 2 heaters. The first guy provided the estimate, but when the techs arrived a few days later, they seemed like they didn't know what was the plan. They actually were going to just swap out the unit and not repipe as we were paying for. I asked them to check the estimate and do the work we were paying for. They didn't have all the parts and in the end had to run to the store to complete the job. Overall a little frustrating. Then the next day or so the other unit started leaking from the pressure valve. Not sure if those problems are related. When I went to shut off the control valve, I found out they never installed valves on the hot side, so the new unit is still back pressuring the old unit and I cannot completely isolate the system. Very disappointing that I paid a lot of money for an incomplete job. I have called and left messages and no reply. 1 week later and still no call back! Filing a complaint with bbb
This is the absolute worse company, and I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. I had a simple kitchen sink hose that needed to be repaired. The first technician, Ruben, was very rude. I called and asked them not to send Ruben back to complete the job. A month later, still no call from Swat Plumbing so I called again. I was told the part was in and they got me scheduled. The 2nd tech came out and asked me what he was supposed to repair. He had no part and was given no information as to why he was there. At this point I was very upset. Swat Plumbing called me the same day and got me scheduled for July 12th (over 2 months later) to complete the job. The tech came and finally completed the job. However, 20 mins after the repair was done, a 3rd tech called to tell me he was on his way to fix my toilet. This was never a request. Goes to show Swat does not know what they're doing. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR REPAIRS.
Called SWAT for the removal of an old water softener system in my garage that was an eye sore. Beau, quoted me the same price that was like the price I already had. I was not agreeable and he asked me to send him the picture of what I needed done. He might be able to do it for a better deal. Seeing the job, he said he could do it for less, I agreed and accepted the quote. We scheduled the work to be done the next day. I am a veteran, and while on hold I heard they gave a 10 percent discount and that was even a sweeter when Jennifer was scheduling my job. I told her what I heard while on hold and she said yes. That was a good thing being on hold, we laugh. Connie, the technician arrived on time and did a true professional job. Very easy to work with and with precision. I was 100 percent satisfied with Beau, and Conner working with me. Have a PLUMBER problem, call S.W.A.T.
just now New 0/0 We had a slab leak. For a $10k price tag they tunneled under our house and fixed the leak. Less than a year later, we had a slab leak in the same spot that was repaired. The only option they gave us was to re-pipe our house for another $10k (discounted price). Less than a year later, we have pipes fail inside a kitchen wall, leading to flooding and damage inside our walls, carpet, and flooring. They came out and cut holes into the walls to fix the issue on 5.9. It is now 6.23 and nothing has been done. I feel robbed. We have payed this company $25k and are having issues all the time. They have done nothing to fix the problems. This company is trash and would not recommend to anyone. Please choose someone else before choosing swat. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. ANYONE IS BETTER THAN SWAT.
SWAT IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD WITH A PLUMBER! Conner(in the field) and Jenna and Macy(in the office) were professional, responsive, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Conner arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right even after having to deal with the city actually creating a bigger issue for us. It’s hard to find a company that truly cares about their customers, but they went above and beyond to make the entire process stress-free. Their workmanship was excellent, pricing was fair, and they left everything clean when they finished. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services and will definitely use them again in the future. 5 stars all the way!
