Superior Plumbing and Brian are the ABSOLUTELY the best… Brian came and analyzed my entire bathrooms’ plumbing fixtures and gave me all of my options. He then gave me what he thought was best to do, sourced all of the needed parts, confirmed that they were in fact the correct parts and then scheduled the repairs. I truly appreciate both Vicky and Brian helping me through this process. Superior is my “go to” for all of my plumbing needs. A wonderful experience!

Had an pipe burst in our office and flooded our basement about a foot underwater. Jeff came over within 15 minutes to help shut off the water and had a crew come in early the next morning. Absolutely wonderful experience with a fast response, good pricing, and a great set of employees that helped identify and repair the issues with the piping.

Like the response 👌 but that doesn't take away your company failed to fix an issue you caused. Mental clarity needs to be rectified within your people and mental makeup is to correctly do a good job which you all got a failing grade. Vent pipe in wall is missing and now my toilets receed when flushing both or one at a time. Didn't have this issue before Jeff and Brian arrived. Called Jeff and no one called or scheduled to fix it. Bad service and price gouging. Been 14 months.

Jeffrey I see you pay Google to get reviews removed. Jeff came to my house and Brian dropped my vent pipe that goes to the vent stack on top of the roof vent in the middle of the wall. They refuse to come take care of the issue. Brian brags I'm the guy that gets us all the 5 star reviews. Brian isn't that good and Jeff will price gouge his customers. Stay away as another company is charging 4598 to fix Superior Plumbing negligence. Terrible company. My toilets not flushing right and the other toilet drains when flushed.

I highly recommend Jeff and his team at Superior Plumbing Services. They are trustworthy, easy to work with, reasonably priced, and a dimond in the rough. We contacted Jeff right after we closed on our new home when we discovered a leak under the slab in our basement... and only a few days before we were supposed to leave the country for two weeks. We left not knowing exactly what the problem was and had to put tremendoush trust in Jeff that he would be able to discover the root of problem, fix it, and be honest about the job when we couldn't actually see what was going on. Well, he delivered on all of those things and more. This was a big undertaking, and by the time we got back, the problem was completely fixed and he had gone above and beyond to communicate with us the entire time. Superior Plumbing made one of the most stressful times of our life one of the most bearable. I would recommend their services to anyone.

This quick review concerns "Superior Plumbing Service". What you should know: 1). One week after requesting an estimate to replace a water heater, the estimate didn't come. An inquiry to the office reminding them was made. 2). Two weeks after requesting an estimate to replace a water heater, the estimate -STILL- didn't come. Yet ANOTHER call to the office requesting the estimate was made. 3). Three weeks after requesting an estimate to replace a water heater, the estimate -STILL- didn't come. Yet a THIRD call was made to the office requesting the estimate. It became clear the plumber didn't know (or remember) (or care) what I was looking for so he wanted me to regail them (yet again) with what I was looking to have installed. The above -IS- clearly "inexcusable". "Incompetent" and "sloppy" are other possibilities as well. "Superior Plumbing Service", it IS NOT.

My husband and I highly recommend this company. Our hot water heater was leaking so we had Superior Plumbing come out to look at it. We have used them before and were really happy with their service. Again, they did not disappoint. Even calling to set up a day and time is so easy and the lady I talked to is such a sweet person. The two service guys ( sorry I’m horrible with names) are so professional and go over anything and everything so there are no surprises. They kept us well informed through the whole process. They never make you feel that they are just trying to take your money or do any unnecessary work just to up the bill. They actually make you feel that they care and take pride in what they do.

Brian, Ryan, Jeff, and Vickie were all a pleasure to work with on my new tankless water heater project following the failure of our second 50-gallon tank system in the life of our home. They also quickly identified and fixed an issue we had with hot water coming out of the cold side of our faucets by replacing faulty shower valves causing significant bleed through. I called them out to fix an east to fix water drain for our tankless hot water heater. It cost way too much to do the repair, but I'm not going to refuse to pay right? (I wasn't quoted the price prior to the repair being completed). I then dealt with a leak that the plumber caused as he was trying to show my how to clear the filter. Nothing to this point was bad, however, when I called them the next day to gain insight on how to get my filter to not leak (the plumber took it out and put it back in) I was given the run around and eventually was told to call the service like for the tankless hot water heater company. What in the world?

This was my first time reaching out to Superior Plumbing after noticing something that needed to be addressed ASAP. So professional and helpful on the phone, able to come same day and allowed me to "be next" in line due to the situation, and definitely helped me and reassured me of the situation. Ended up being a roof situation, but educated me on the signs and situation of what happened and was a dream to work with. Will not only work with again, but will definitely recommend when others need a plumber in the future. Thank you!!

Jeff and his team are great. We had several things done. From getting a new sink installed, to running a new water line to the front for an outside faucet, to getting a brand new whole house filtration system installed. These guys were on time, professional, and did great work. Our water now tastes like a cloud. Our friends are now asking us about the water filter system... starts around $750 and can go up... and this includes INSTALLATION... Definitely worth it. Thank you Jeff and team!

Great experience! Second time I’ve used Superior and the service is excellent. Vicky is always helpful scheduling the appointment, ans I really appreciate the time that Bryan and Ryan took to install an ice maker line shutoff. All prices for the work done were quoted up front so that there were no surprises and the prices charged were reasonable for the work done. Also appreciate the extra time they took to patiently answer all my questions! Great company and great people. I highly recommend!

Had issues with lack of enough hot water. called another company, got a price, and was complaining to my friend about price and having to wait until the next day to have a new water tank installed. She recommended Superior. Called, got a quote immediately for $800 less than other company. Asked if it could be done today. Was called back and told they would be out that afternoon. 1.5 hours later I had a new tank and the old one gone. Yay for not having to go without a shower "tomorrow".

We had to have the shut off valves replaced on our kitchen sink. Vicky was very nice and friendly on the phone. She repeated our problem, so there was no confusion about the trouble call. She called to let us know when Brian was on the way. Brian came early, when another customer cancelled. We went over the problem and options as well as pricing. Brian fixed our problem as well as another we had with our tankless water heater for a decent price. I highly recommend using this company.
