Cory replaced a water heater that was under factory warranty. The process was smooth from start to finish and Cory was very knowledgeable and professional. He even fixed a jammed garbage disposal when he saw me struggling with it. Great job. Also, Bob, the owner, spoke with me directly on the phone and diagnosed the problem and explained the warranty process and plan of action on the front end. Very well done.

I called needing advice about a cracked pipe that a previous plumber had discovered but was not able to repair, and the owner spoke with me for a long time. I told him that I already had a video of the inside of our pipes, but he said he wanted to see for himself and offered to come by and check it out at no charge, just to make sure he knew what he was dealing with. Once he was here, he realized he would need additional equipment, so he sent over an employee who came shortly thereafter. Both of them were very professional and friendly and I know that when it's time for them to begin repairing our pipes, we'll be in good hands with them!

Very professional and polite from start to finish. Called and immediately got a live person, not a machine, who was very helpful. Vinny was sent to help with a bad dishwasher/ garbage disposal/ sink problem and was able to fix issue in a short period of time. It was nice having such an experienced and knowledgeable person take care of this issue for us. Would definitely use again.

They didn't show up on the scheduled day even after I called midway through the morning to re-confirm our morning appointment. This would have been ok if they would have just advised. But nothing. Wasted a day of work. Very friendly on this phone though.

I do not know what has happened to Alphonso, He has been my plumber for over 5 years and always did very good work. However this last time I called him for a kitchen water drain lead just off the kitchen sink he was slow in responding to phone calls and texts and when I was finally able to get him to respond and check the problem he quoted me a price that was outrageous. It was like he did not want to do the job or thought that I would just proceed without a second opinion and would just take his word for the repairs needed. What is troubling was his wanting to replace a drain line without being certain that it actually needed to be replaced. He wanted to dig up my dining room with the benefit of using a line camera to see if there was actually a problem with the drain. It was totally unprofessional and I will never use him again for my home plumbing needs. Finally, I found a true gem of a plumber referred to me by a friend who did the job for a third what I was quoted by Alphonso. Lesson learned.

We had a blocked main line in our basement that my husband could not figure out…he’s in irrigation services but this was one that stumped him. He calls for services on a very cold zero degree January evening as we were without being able to run any water without severe backup of water! A technician arrived within the 1 hour of our call which was about 7-7:30pm. A young fella arrived explain some options and said he’d have to get someone else to do the repair work…however our technician was the one that completed the repair as the 24-Hour in all tech was unavailable…the repair took 3.5-4 hours before completed. This young man that showed up was exception with his knowledge and wanting to fix our urgent situation…of which he did! His manners and having genuine concern for helping us was clearly seen…Our technicians name was Nick and he IS NOT listed on your technician list…but he should be…he was a good hire on the company’s behalf for sure. We both work in the service industry and a young person with his attitude was a breath of fresh air in our crazy, sometimes mistreating world…he sure does need a raise for his dedication to what your company name stands for!! Thanks again Nick -the main line guy! (don’t know his last name)

Called for service at 8:30am for repair needed on my 50 gallon water heater. The problem had previously been diagnosed as needing to replace the lower thermostat or associated coil. They said that they would send a tech out to repair. I waited all day for them to arrive which would not have been a problem. The problem is that upon arrival they shared with me that they don’t repair hot water heaters. (They only replace them) If I wanted to have it replaced, I could have called. dozen other companies which could have done the job earlier in the day. I now have a plane to catch as I am leaving town for week at this point for a planned trip leaving my family with no hot water while I’m gone. ( I had already explained my situation when I first contacted them this morning.) They should have been professional and just communicated with me honestly this morning.

Ryan from Mr. Rooter was fantastic. He was personable, professional, and thorough. He made me feel calm about the process and what needed done. He took the time to show me what the issue was and took extraordinary steps to ensure my pipes were fixed and water was available. I still consider myself a new homeowner and water damage like this can be scary and costly. I'm grateful for his service.

This is the 3rd time I have used this plumbing company to come and clear clogged lines in my old home. They have always been professional, responsive and communicative. Chris Smiley was the technician that came to my house on this most recent call. He was very polite and a very good communicator. I greatly appreciated his professionalism. Would definitely use again.

Vincent was very professional from the moment he arrived. Our toilet was clogged(tacos from Cinco De Mayo). I assumed. He told us not to worry, he's done this many times. Shut-off valve popped off of pipe going to bathroom sink (causing a small flood before we were able to turn off water supply). Mr. Rooter came over the following day on SuperBowl Sunday (!!) and addressed the problem. Professional, on-time and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again.

When Vinny came out everything was in total disarray. There was sewage EVERYWHERE. He politely told us to calm down and proceeded to unclog the drains and then cleaned all the mess. It was a great experience.

Garrett Daily was great. He repaired frozen water pipe that ruptured&restored my h20 in house. If I need your services again I’ll make sure I get Garrett. He did a spectacular job;)

Vinny came out to give an estimate and he was very polite and professional. He did a great quick job and the price was amazing. Definitely recommend him and this company
