Been using Sun since the 1980s. Both myself and my parents. They're pretty straightforward, and Nate (and Patricia) just takes care of business. I keep using them because it's hassle free.

Nathan (hope I’m spelling it right) was absolutely amazing! My garbage disposal went out and he scheduled our service promptly. He was extremely professional, responsive, and even helped in referring another company for other work I needed done. I will continue using this company for all our plumbing needs and always recommend them to anyone who asks!

Our toilets stopped flushing on Thursday evening due to our septic being full (which I only figured out that same day), and despite my greatest efforts with a plunger they wouldn’t drain, so we had a real problem on our hands. I called one septic company on Friday morning at about 8am but they couldn’t come until Monday, which obviously would not do, and then I called Sun Plumbing and Septic and spoke to a very nice young man who told me he could be out there the same day to pump our septic. He told me he’d be there between 12 and 2pm and he arrived just after 1pm and had our septic emptied and our toilets flushing by 2pm, and he even diagnosed a minor issue that our septic has (tree roots and sand in the bottom). I was very satisfied with their service and will definitely call them again if we have any plumbing issues at all, as he told my wife that they’re both a septic company and a plumber, which is very helpful. The people at Sun Plumbing and Septic are very kind and very knowledgeable and professional. Five stars from us!

My father used to use their product. He passed 10 years ago. No matter how many times they are told that. They have still called, harassing. Trying to get others, anyone that answers the phone to buy from them. Even after being asked to stop. But they still call, asking for my father that has passed away. The house phone was shut off a few months ago. They actually tracked my phone number down and have started to call me, still asking for my father! Absolutely disgusting!!! I have not lived at that address for 38 years. What sicko still calls and asks for a man that passed away 10 years ago after they have been told he has tons of times?! What is wrong with you?

We have used this service for our septic tanks for many years. Unfortunately we will no longer be using them. The guy that came out was sicker than hell had to lay on our front porch for quite a bit poked around looking for our other tank gave up quickly But had no problem mentioning how he did plumbing work under the table for our neighbor while on the clock with sun plumbing. I had already paid 280 for the service but when he realized he was not going to be fed or given drinks as the neighbor did, he gave up and left. Today I get a phone call because I've been wanting the other tank emptied only 300 gallons I was quoted $300 lol The other tank was 900 gallons for $280! Definitely will not use them ever again! Will definitely not recommend them either I will discourage anyone looking!

This company was great from the response to the actual service. I left a message last night and called back this morning before she was able to call me and she was able to get me on the schedule today. Ivan came out and with a little help from Nate found the cover of my septic. Understand this was tricky because I have three acres and the home has moved a few times while the septic has not. Not to mention everything was grown over. Luckily they found it and Ivan went right to work and believe me when I say it was a mess. Apparently, it had not been cleaned out for at least seven years. (I bought it in 2017) But right to work, the guys cleaned it out. Gave me suggestions on what to watch for and how to maintain the health of the tank. They turned a really yucky experience into a win! Now everything works again in the home. And we are all happy campers! The price was as they had told me both quoted and additionally due to severity and condition. I even talked to Jeff and told him what a great job they did! Before he left Ivan took me around and showed me where my drain field was and what to watch for in case something went wrong there. Overall could not be more pleased with the service, professionalism, and the price. Thanks Ivan for all the hard work and thanks Nate for the extra help!

Nate from Sun Plumbing & Septic Service is fantastic. He just installed a Soft Water System at my home. His prices are very reasonable and he is very honest. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them quickly. If he says he will be at your home he will show up. He even took the time to do something extra for me without charging me more. I am 84 years old and handicapped. He installed my Softener out side next to the main water shut off valve for my home. There is a lot of small rocks over the dirt there and I was a little concerned about walking on those rocks. I did not want to fall. He found some stepping stones that were not being used in the back of my home and made a place to put them down securely so that I could get to that valve and turn off the water in an emergency. You can tell he takes pride in his work and has a an excellent work ethic. It is hard to find anybody like that in this day and age. If I could I would give him at least 25 stars. He gave me a free estimate too. Give Nate a call. You will be happy that you did.

We have had septic problems for years. It got to the point where we had our septic tank pumped every 6 months for the last 2.5 years by a well known competitor. We knew there had to be a problem and we knew the competitor gladly collected our money everytime we called. They never offered to locate the problem. Finally, $1725.00 later, we said enough was enough. After seeing one of Sun Plumbing trucks on the road, we called. The Sun Plumbing crew came to our home within a few days and they pumped the tank. They also found our system had a filter that had never been cleaned since we built our home 24 years ago. This is the only company that found and corrected the problem. To pump our tank $275.00 and to find and clean the filter $137.50. We are now advised to have our septic pumped every 5 years. This is one company that is totally honest & professional. They are a family owned company that takes great pride in servicing the community. We highly recommend them!!

it was a late Friday afternoon, I had just had the tile replaced in my bathroom, and when I went to do laundry and it started draining, it was backing up in my sinks, toilet and shower. My friend stopped over and recommended Sun plumbing. I was getting ready to call them when my friend said their truck is right down the street. Nathan came right over and spent quite a long time going down through the P-trap trying to get out the clog. he had to use several pieces of equipment several times. but he didn’t give up, and he was finally able to retrieve what was causing the clog, and it was a tile separator. I was very grateful for his assistance because I would not have been able to use my home all weekend. He was polite and professional and reasonably priced. It was dinner time he didn’t even have to stop but he did. a lifesaver!

I flushed my toilet and it had backed up into my bathtub. I tried to snake it and fix myself and I am pretty handy around the house but could not get it fixed. My daughter was on her way to visit from Cincinnati and it was a rush need to fix. Broke down and called Sun plumbing and within hours of the call Nate was at my house. He was very professional and was out working in the cold rain to clear the clog. Turns out there was roots growing into the pipe and needed replaced. He dug it up and fixed before I could get back from the airport. AMAZING SERVICE! Amazing company and would recommend to anyone. Hopefully will not need them again but will definitely use again. In addition, they had fixed my toilet and stand up shower over a year ago and forgot to leave a review then.

Vi su guagua rotulada en mi Urbanizacion , me detuve y el de lo mas amable me atendió y me dijo mañana podría pasar y exactamente puntual y con un trabajo limpio , profesional sobre todo muy respetuoso. Sun Plumbing ROCKS!! The Office Manager, Karen, is such a joy to speak to and is super helpful, super knowledgeable, and has always been able to have my issues addressed very quickly. Service Technician, Justin, has been the one to come out to my home for all of my plumbing needs so far (water heater replacement, spigot repair/installation) and I could not be happier with his work. He, too, is super knowledgeable, exceptionally professional, and has always done a fantastic job in resolving my issues. This company provides top notch service at an incredibly fair price and as long as they are around I will NEVER use another company for any of my plumbing needs. Sun Plumbing is FANTASTIC!!!

Nathan has completed three jobs for our house. It had been a while since we had work done and things were needed. The easiest was cleaning out our bathroom sewer lines so the water drained fast. Then he replaced an external Saniflush lift station for us. Finally he changed our our filter system that filtered out iron leaving our clothes white again and as a extra benefit it also eliminated our water's sulphur smell. We couldn't have asked for better results. He was always available by phone and quick to respond. This is who you want if you desire consistency with plumbing matters over the years. He carries on his family legacy of quality service.

This company did a great job, They were very professional, they had to repair some old plumbing and did the job quickly. There work was top notch. They cleaned up when they were finished. I will call them again anytime I have a plumbing problem, I very very happy with there work. A HUGE Thank You, and there price was very good, Overall an AWESOME job. 5 STARS!!!!!
