Russ and Eric were the best! Jim was also very kind when I spoke to him on the phone and he was able to fit us in same day on a Saturday afternoon. We had a shower cartridge replaced and the previous owner installed the handle upside down so they installed it the correct way which made the job more difficult but they wanted us to have things the proper way. Russ and Eric educated us on the correct way to turn the water back on as well so sediment isn’t dislodged. They were very kind, calm and professional. Prices seemed fair as well. Will definitely use Sullivan’s for our plumbing needs!

Earlier this morning, one of my tenants texted me that both the toilet AND the bathtub were not flushing / draining properly. I was unable to remedy the problem after several attempts so I called Sullivan Plumbing & Heating in Berwyn, IL. The 2 man crew arrived and immediately began working to resolve both problems. They were successful and I am very pleased with the professional workmanship of Sullivan’ staff. I will hire them should any future problems occur. Highly recommend them!

I found the guys from Sullivan's to be professional and thorough, and their prices to be fair. I had a floor drain back up in my basement - they checked the ejector pump/pit and ended up rodding the line from my laundry room to the ejector pit. $425 for a couple hours of work.

Had a water leak in the basement after several days of brutal cold. Luckily for us, Rich was just down the street and took the call, even though it was his day off. He assessed and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Fantastic service!
