Excellent and fast service during the holiday season! Very informative and helpful! Would highly recommend!
I can't saw enough about Suburban Sewer & Septic. Randy, Kyle and the entire team are fantastic. From the emergency call to the final fix everything went great. These are good and honest people doing a great job. I highly recommend them if you need this service.
After water backing up into my house I called Suburban Sewer & Septic. They were at my house within two hours on a Sunday and diagnosed the problem. I scheduled them to come out and fix the problem 2 days later. They were right on time and completed the project ahead of schedule. I would recommend they for your water problems.
Totally not dependable. 1st call -did not bring proper equipment. second call - routed out old cast iron pipe but did not water jet the entire length which made for overflowed sewer again because of debris left in the pipe. Would not recommend. Not professional
I used Suburban Sewer back in March 2014. They were recommended in my homeowner closing paperwork, so I thought them to be a reputable company. I paid them $2800 to dig up my yard and replace 6' of clay pipe with PVC pipe. They left a GIANT dirt mount that they said should settle by next season. It never did. It was three years (Summer of 2017) before i figured out the ground wasn't going to "settle" and paid a landscaper 1k to come fix the giant mess that i was assured would rectify itself. Fast forward to January 2020. WATER BACKED UP! i called Suburban Sewer back and was quoted around 8k to replace 22' of clay pipe with PVC and to water jet everything when done. I almost fainted at the price. They started removing services from the quote to make it lower. we ended up at $5200 to dig and replace 22' of pipe with clean out. That's all. they told me i HAD to do it because the pipes were deteriorating, broken and crumbling underground and could collapse since there was nothing to support them. I still couldn't afford it so i didn't proceed. They charged me a ridiculous amount to do the rooting since i didn't move forward with the repair. June 2021, i have water all over my basement. this time, i call Russo Plumbing. The guy came with a camera and rooter and i was prepared to hear that my pipes were demolished. Or gone. Or flushed into the sewer due to lack of repair.. SOMETHING! But all he said is "you have tree roots growing in and we had to remove them" to which i replied, and demolished, collapsing, crumbling pipes, too! he was thoroughly confused and showed me the clean out drain. He put the camera down as i watched on his device. he went 43 feet from the top of the pipe down, through the yard and out to the sewer line. Every 3 feet where the pipe is joined to the next piece with fittings, tree roots were growing in. There was nothing more than that! there were no crumbling, broken, or deteriorated pipes. Sure. they were clay. But, nothing like he described! They were 100% ok (minus all the tree roots!) I could not believe it. I showed him the last estimate i got that clearly stated on there that they were to replace damaged clay pipes and outlined the work. The guy at Russo that came by could not believe the amount of the estimate and what they claimed to be wrong. The people on here saying how "fair" they are and how they feel they got a good deal... HA! i did too! You aren't alone! These guys are great at making you feel pressured into making a decision NOW, and then way overcharging and under delivering. Today, there was barely 6' of pipe installed. It was a bare minimum job that didn't even get me past the problem! That would have been really helpful to know when the ground was dug up the first time!! I would have just fixed it all then. Now i have to go through the whole landscaping thing again next year! But - in hindsight, glad i didn't. can you image how much they would have overcharged me for that project?? If i wasn't so stubborn and had the money burning a hole in my pocket, i would have let them pressure me into the repair at almost 9k, and would have never known the difference and probably posted a great review, too. but, let me tell you... my quote today was for $4500. It includes exactly what this one did, with all the extras that Suburban removed. AND - they showed me on camera what was wrong. i wasn't misled, lied to, or pressured into going with them. He even told me to take his quote and price shop to see if i can get it done cheaper!! Who does that!? RUSSO PLUMBING DOES! Will i do that? no way. these guys will get my job, my money, my loyalty. Im taking the time to write this novel hoping to save someone else a TON of money from being fed lies and feeling pressured into making a decision based off said lies! OH - And.... a giant landscape bill. I wish i did my homework. Hopefully, you do yours.
I bought a coupon from RadioShoppingShow.com. for a drain cleaning from Suburban Sewer and Septic. Exact phrasing - "$85.00 Drain cleaning service. Good for an initial visit for drain cleaning or may be applied toward any other service or labor." I intended to use it for a bathroom tub drain. The technician said he would do it right from the tub, no mess. After looking at my certificate he tells me it's an additional $45. I explained that is not how the certificate reads. He says, "well we're not going to do it for free." I said I realize that, this isn't a free coupon, it's a certificate I bought. He then went to leave and I stopped him after reviewing the certificate again. He called his office and explained the situation to Kim and then told me they could do it for an additional $20. I continued to disagree and then he put Kim on speaker phone. She then proceeds to tell me that it's $85 due today regardless of whatever I paid for the certificate. I knew the conversation was going nowhere, so I told her I would pursue this with the radio shopping show. Also, when I made the appointment two days ago with Pat, I told her I had a radio shopping show certificate and she made no mention of any additional fees. In the end I'm glad they didn't perform any work because I suspect their customer service is an indication of their quality of work.
Very impressed with this service!! We had a pipe break between the house and septic tank during a VERY wet and cold week! When I called, they came out the very same day to provide an estimate - Kyle was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly - provided what I considered a fair estimate, explained any possible contingencies that may alter the estimate and gave me a date to complete the work. When they arrived for the work, they had to hand dig the trench because the pipe was next to the deck and between all of the rain, soft and heavy mud including the ick that comes along with a pipe like this bursting - never complained a bit, just worked away. They replaced the pipe, explained all that they were doing, answered all my silly questions - always kind and patient - and completed the job in just a few hours. I would call them again in a minute and recommend them to anyone. Thanks so very much!
Our septic system failed on a holiday weekend. We called every septic company within 40 miles. Randy was the first and only to respond the same day, and came out at 6 PM on the Saturday before Easter, during the Covid crisis, to try to fix our problem. Unfortunately it was a bigger job and had to be done the following week. He moved us up in his schedule given the severity, and replaced the broken pipe from our house to our septic tank. He was very fair with his his pricing, and has great customer service. He even gave us his cell to call if there were any issues between the time he could do the job. We highly recommend them!
Kyle and his team came out and took care of my problem!!! I had tree roots that completely clogged my main sewer line. They dug it up and replaced the clogged area and installed a 6 inch cleanout... They got to my house at 9 a.m. and we're completely done by noon. They had to dig down nine feet and replace approximately 15 linear feet of main line... After backfilling you could never tell that they had such a large amount of dirt excavated... My yard looks beautiful ..... Everybody on the crew was very conscientious knowledgeable and professional can't recommend this company enough. !!!!!
We had a blocked sewer coming from our church building. We found out that we had a 6" line that was blocked with roots and paper products. Suburban Sewer came out and placed a camera in the line and helped us with a correct diagnostics of the problem. They excavated and removed a root filled section of pipe and installed an outside clean out. They then Power jetted the system and helped us come up with a maintenance plan to keep this problem from happening in the future. I would recommend them to anyone with sewer back up troubles.
Kyle and another coworker came over and informed me about of the previous company’s work was shady and overprice for the job that needed to get done. Kyle was very honest and straightforward with telling me what the problem actually was, rather than beating around the bush. The job was an easy fix and cost way less than the previous company. I’m also looking forward to having him and his company fix another plumbing issue we have. He’s very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.
Kyle and another worker came out clear our basement floor drain and did it in a professional, courteous and informative manner. He gave us hints on how to avoid another service call. My husband is a disabled Viet Nam Veteran and they also gave us a military discount. Some companies charge fees just to come out, they did not. Excellent service, will recommend them to family and friends and use them exclusively for any future plumbing problems.
They did a really nice job for us. Our sewer line had been plugged up, and another outfit had lost their snake in our line. These guys came up with a simple solution. They set up a clear-out for our sewer so we didn't have to worry about digging into basement lines to do that. They were able to pull out the broken snake left by the other guys. Price was competitive. They covered over the outside area, and did the whole job quickly.
I hope it's okay to say THANK YOU to your company who not only came out to look at our concern the very next morning, but took the time to educate us and give us options for repair. We called three seperate companies and yours showed up, crawled under our pipes, and provided a reasonable quote. The work you did was greatly appreciated, the guys were very detailed, and job was done by the afternoon. Thank you! -Steve & Julie Palmisano
They did respond quickly and came out the next day. They rodded out the lines that were clogged and removed debris, but the drains are even slower now and I have a leak I did not have prior to their work. It's hard to be happy paying $325 for a half hour of work and the problem is worse. I understand there are issues beyond control but to leave a client worse off isn't the way I run my own business.
