Straight Shooter Plumbing and Rooter

I would like to give Kudos to "Straight Shooter Plumbing", the name of the company caught my eye when I Google looking for a company. I had a previous company out that totally suck, which I will be leaving a review on them. I had a issue in my bathtub, water running slow. Jason McCurdy, with Straight Shooter Plumbing, came to my rescue. He gave me some options for the repair, I choose the one that was best for me. I know my Plumbing issue was giving Jason the blues, but Jason was not going to be defeated, he worked until he fixed my issue. I was so happy. Jason McCurdy is my Superman of Plumbing. Thank you Jason for all your hard work and going above and beyond.

Shawn was great! He came through same day and installed dishwasher. Very professional, cleaned up his workspace, and made sure that the dishwasher was fully functional as intended before he departed the job. I will definitely be calling straight shooter, plumbing back with any plumbing needs that I have both residential and commercial.

Josh came out and to help me see why I kept having water back up in my bathroom. He found that my sewer line was completely blocked. Removed the blockage and put a camera down the line. Had me come out and see what he was seeing. Explained everything to me. Very kind and knowledgeable. Gave me options. I ended up getting the line replaced. He stayed in contact with me keeping me updated on when and how long the process would take. The excavator crew was so good. They dug my shrub up for me and then replanted it. Every once made sure I was satisfied with the results before leaving. This all happened during thanksgiving week. So add a few more stars 🌟. I never had to worry about not having the ability to run water because they made sure my line was opened till the new one was placed. Thank you.

We had an overnight emergency and called at 5am. A human answered, I believe he name was Erin, and scheduled for the first available time later that morning (8-10am). She was pleasant and remorseful despite the 5am wake up call. Jason showed up shortly after 8am, quickly diagnosed the problem, presented all the solutions and recommendations. We agreed on the work and he completed the task within a couple hours. Keep in mind the job required dig and bush removal. Not only did the job get completed before I expected a tech to even arrive, he cleaned up the work area better than I could have hoped for. He was professional, respectful, and thorough. We really appreciated Jason’s service! We highly recommend

Pros: We had a pipe break on our back outdoor faucet. We called at 8am and Jason was out by 10am. Super informative and did a wonderful job. 5 stars for Jason. Disclaimer: I'm not a plumber and dont pretend to know the prices. Take the post with a grain of salt, because we are ignorant to these sort of tasks Lol!!!!! Cons: The price. (Seemed steep, but we were in a jam, no water to the house, and he arrived fast. So, we did what we had to do. All in all, great service, friendly staff, and efficient. Very sarisfied with the repair. Thank yall for helping us out!!!

We recently had Straight Shooter do several repairs in our house, including dishwasher installation which required some plumbing to be brought up to date. Jason was our technician, he arrived within his time frame , explained all of the repairs that he was going to do and he took time to answer all the questions I had for him with patience and knowledge. He worked efficiently and neatly. I also appreciate the follow up phone call that I received after the repairs were complete from the awesome customer service rep, Erin. Very happy.

My undermount kitchen sink was separating from the countertop, and Jason helped fix it quickly and professionally. He removed the sink, disconnected the garbage disposal and plumbing, cleaned off the old silicone, installed new support brackets with a solid support system, and resealed everything. He explained the process clearly and was honest about the work needed. The sink is now secure and looks great. Very professional and reliable — highly recommend Jason.

Shawn was great! He was able to arrive the same day and quickly unclogged our sewer line. I really appreciate the fact that he was able to come the same day and provide me a quote over the phone. The price was a little steep, but considering inflation and quotes from other companies, it was reasonable. They didn’t charge an extra service charge and the cost was the same as what was quoted.

Jason did a great job with a shower valve replacement. He was patient, responsive and came back out when he didn’t need to just to make sure I felt good about some finishing aspects. He did a good job with the work and demonstrated professionalism. Straight Shooter’s team made scheduling easy and were helpful in responding to messages and phone calls. I highly recommend them.

Straight Shooter plumbing went above and beyond to help me on an emergency call. After calling multiple plumbing services, Steve from Straight Shooter plumbing answered immediately and even jumped on a FaceTime to help me find the water shut off meter when a bathtub was about to overflow. Steve was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and would absolutely call him again.

I highly recommend Shawn for any plumbing work you need done. He pays attention to every detail and clearly knows his trade inside and out. He showed up on time, explained everything in a way that made sense, and made sure the job was done right the first time. It’s hard to find someone this skilled and reliable—Shawn is definitely my go-to plumber from now on.

Shawn was amazing! He was super responsive and professional fixing our sewage backup on New Year's Day. He communicated every step of the way and was very quick in identifying the problem and fixing the issue. He was also very thorough in making sure the issue got completely resolved. I will definitely be calling them for any issues from now on.
