I had an excellent experience with Robert unclogging my washing machine's drain. Before calling this company, another plumber tried to snake the line through the traps, couldn't get through, still charged me, and suggested my basement floor would need to be jackhammered to reach the pipe. Robert came with the right tools and knowledge. He properly removed the traps and used the correct equipment to clear the clog. He quickly identified that the pipe was cast iron and explained how these pipes rust from the inside causing them to close up. He was able to break through with using the correct tool. In less than an hour, the drain was completely cleared and he tested it by running the washer to make sure everything worked properly. Joe the owner even followed up with a phone call afterward. After speaking with him, it was clear that he runs his company with integrity and strong work ethics. I highly recommend this company. Joe Tull from Straight Plumbing LLC was honestly great to work with. From day one he stayed in contact with me while I was dealing with my insurance company and explained everything straight up. No BS, no upselling, just told me how it was and what to expect. He told me he’d be there at 8am and actually showed up early ready to get to work. The job was a full main water line replacement, which meant digging up the yard and breaking up concrete inside the house. He got everything done in just a few hours, kept the work area clean the entire time, and made sure everything looked good before he left. Outside, the ground was dug up, the line replaced, and everything was seeded when they were done. Inside, the concrete was patched and it looks great. For a big job, it was smooth and stress-free. These guys are awesome! They installed our spin down, neutralizer and softener system. Everything seems to be working great. I didn't realized this is something we needed until it was installed and we started using it. I have noticed big differences within the house. Our appliances (refrigerator ice maker and water line, dishwasher, washing machine) seem to be running smoother, our skin is not all super dry when we get out of the shower and it seems like it's actually dissolving the hard water stains on the shower head as we use it. So overall I am very impressed with everything. That also includes the super fast next day installation, even coming out the following day to fix the small leak and answering all of my questions about how to maintain the system. I will definitely be keeping their contact information for any and all future plumbing and/or well needs.

During a family emergency, and two weeks after buying the new house, our plumbing decided it was time to back up. After another plumber “did their best” to open my drain line, and tried upselling me to replace the world. I decided to go local. I called and left a message for Joe. He was so calm about the situation, I instantly felt comfortable with his plan. Get one of his team out to inspect the line. They found that there is a 4 inch root blocking a 6 inch 65-year old terracotta pipe. They opened up the line and assured me things would be fine until the replacement. We scheduled a day. Unfortunately, rain was predicted and we rescheduled at Joe’s best advice (he truly did not want to trash our lawn). Today was the day…what an effort! Joe and his team replaced the main drain line, and at his suggestion, the water line. The team was meticulous in their work. Everything was accomplished in a day. Completed way above and beyond my expectations, including putting the lawn back together and reseeding it. The work was done on the exact quoted amount, which I feel was priced accordingly to the professional expert level skills of the team. ROB Was fantastic !!!!!!! He was able to fix the problem in a few hours he was very professional and explained the problem. My hot and cold mixing valve was bad. Update Joe and Rob came back out today and replaced the water heater they did a fantastic job cleaned up the pipeing it looks really good I highly recommend these guys that do great work
