We got a water heater replaced recently, and were happy when he offered to do the install same-day at a discount. Unfortunately, after he left, we found a nice puddle behind the water heater that spread into the laundry room next door. Later, we found out the bamboo flooring next to the furnace room was covered with scratches. It was nice and convenient, but a negative experience overall.

He gave me fair quotes on everything and what really stood out was his honesty, he actually encouraged me to go back to a previous plumber for a possible discount on an earlier issue instead of pushing his own services. That’s when I knew I could trust him. In the end, his price matched theirs (with their 10% discount!), so I went with him. Needed to replace our water sanitizer and softener system along with our water heater. Stoney's plumbing was recommended by several neighbors and for good reason. Mike's pricing was fair and his work excellent. He showed up with a mask, wore shoe covers every time he entered the house not to track any mud in, and laid down floor coverings to protect them from any water or dirt as he took out the old units and brought the new ones in. I texted Mike Friday evening, and he responded in minutes and put me on the schedule for the next day (his day off). My water heater was on the fritz, and Mike fixed the problem by replacing the pressure relief valve and installing a thermal expansion tank. We are having our kitchen remodeled and our contractor was using his plumber who repeated would not show up to do the work. Frustrated, our neighbor told us about Stoney's. Said he calls you ASAP and arrives early. I called him on a Sunday and within 5 minutes he called me back. I asked if he could come on Monday, he said 0900 and arrived at 0850! Have an estimate, then went straight to work. Sink, disposal, dishwasher and faucet installed all in about 5 hours!!!! He is not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Absolutely not shocked Stoney’s has 5 stars! We had a gas leak and I called a few places. Mike was the first one that doesn’t charge a fee to come out, so I went with him. He was quick to identify the problem, tell me the price, and fix it. Clear communication throughout the entire process! A couple days later I thought I still smelt some gas. I called Mike again, who came same day, did more tests and ensured there was no leak. He didn’t even charge anything for the second visit. Highly recommend!!

Called Mike a little after 7AM on a Friday. He replied within 10 minutes. I told him I had a leaking outdoor spigot. He said he could come over that morning to look at it around 9:30. I said sure. He came over on time, assessed the problem, left for about half an hour to buy a replacement part and installed it by 10:45. His price was very fair. With most of the big companies, you can't even get them to come over within a week. I highly recommend Stoney's Plumbing.

After Mike did a terrific job for me last year adding an outside gas line for my new grill, I contacted Mike again when I suspected my sump wasn't working correctly. Mike did a great job replacing my sump. He arrived on time the same day and within a couple of hours completed the job as quoted. Would highly recommend Mike for any plumbing job, large or small you may have. He does great work for a fair price.
