Shaun came recommended by a family member. He was efficient, had fair pricing and was very respectful! I have found a lifelong plumber 👍👍 highly recommend!
The manager is a disgusting person; he threatened my driver, saying he would blacklist him because my driver refused to drive an overweight load. Furthermore, they denied him access to the restroom for the 13 hours he was held at their yard.
Carriers, be very careful when loading at this shipper.!!!!! They loaded our truck with 5,000 lbs more than stated, and it took 6.5 hours to finish loading. After leaving, we scaled and discovered we were overweight. When we returned, the staff had already left, and we were forced to wait until 8:40 AM the next day to be unloaded. Our driver was treated very poorly and spoken to in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. To make matters worse, despite all the delays and problems caused by this shipment, the shipper refused to pay detention and TONU.
If I could give this company a zero I would. Brandon Stokes came out. His machine got stuck in my yard because of his own mistake. He left the machine there for two months and now I have to go through litigation to have it removed. All the gunk from the sewer is just seeping in my yard. I paid him for the work he did. He wants me to pay to have his machine removed. Good thing I have cameras all around my house and keep videos of all transactions with people like this. I tried contacting the owner Wesley Stokes to work this out before I had to take legal action but no response.
Not good ...reached out to company...spoke with owner...got a quote...called to set appt for 2 weeks straight. Emailed, text, no response. It led me to believe this company either does not exist and if it does it has no ability for follow through. I found another company prompt, professional courteous, and excellent in every way Don't settle...and it is hard to even give 1 star but no other choice
