Stilwell Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Stilwell Plumbing came out really quickly when I needed help, which I appreciated. The plumber was friendly, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He got straight to the problem and fixed it without wasting time. Everything was handled smoothly and I didn’t have to stress about it. I’d definitely call them again if I ever need plumbing work.

Stilwell’s team did an outstanding job fixing our plumbing problem. More specifically, we had an underground damaged/leaking water main pipe, caused by a contractor installing a fence gate. Although the initial call was made to Stilwell during non business hours, they answered immediately. A crew surveyed the problem. They were polite and explained in detail the needed repairs. The cost was reasonable and the repairs were made. All went well. Recommend Stilwell for your plumbing job!

Lamont was fantastic. Came to the house promptly and had a high attention to detail about his work. He was great at explaining things to me and shared more about services that Stilwell offered. He is the reason we will continue to utilize this company. Shoutout to Lamont

Be aware. My experience with Stilwell Plumbers was horrible. I was told the crew would arrive at 8:00 am to start on my water line replacement from the meter to the house. They showed up at 1:30 pm. In fact the final state inspector showed up for inspection before the crew did. Once the crew showed up late, they were in a hurry to get the job done. They dug up my front lawn and destroyed my newly replaced sidewalk leaving it a disaster. I was told that they would return in the spring to fix the lawn and sidewalk. Never once any means of contact. All they did was come out and throw hey to hide their sloppiness. Its now May and my lawn still looks ashamed and my sidewalk stands crooked and is a trip hazard. I also had to have my basement floor cleaned due to all the mud and dirt that their crew tracked inside. What was really upsetting is that I had several estimates that were less, but I chose Stilwell thinking I would get a lot better service. As it turned out I was wrong. Very disappointed and upset of the final outcome. Now I have to pay to get my sidewalk and lawn repaired. The tech did say he was missing the proper tools to the job correctly and I was told that was the best he could do for what he had to work with. If I would of known this from the start I would have chosen a different company. I will say they did repair my broken waterline, but in the future if I need a plumber, I will be looking elsewhere than Stilwell.

We had several plumbing issues and still well Plumming came out right away to address our needs. Lamount did an awesome job taking care of everything that needed to be done. We really appreciate his expertise and the time he took to fix our plumbing issues.
