Carter was great. Walked us through everything step by step and spoke to us in terms we could understand. Price quoted as the actual price at finish. Will definitely use again if needed in the future.

Matthew and another very nice young man (I apologize I did not get his business card)...installed a garbage disposal and new faucet in our kitchen. They also installed a new vanity and faucet in our guest bathroom. They were very thorough, kept me well informed and asked for my approval for every detail, which I greatly appreciate. It was so refreshing to have such wonderful, professional, and friendly service.

Carson was our service technician, and he did an outstanding job. Not only was he professional, but he also took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. You can tell just by his personality that he’s a genuinely down-to-earth individual. We truly appreciated his help and the great service he provided.

I have just put in a new water heater. It is a high efficiency unit that does both domestic hot water and also in-floor heat. Steve was very nice, professional, and happy to quote the job. I wish we could have used him, but the price was too high. I got a different quote from another contractor. The heater cost about the same, but the overall price for the job was $1650.00 less. Too bad, but we tried.

Once again, Steve's Plumbing & Heating surpassed my expectations! We woke up to NO HEAT; we called in at prox 06:15 hours. We had a tech at our house & heat restored by prox 08:00 hours! We previously purchased their heating/air protection membership which put us at the top of their list of customers to service. The issue was the wall thermostat (only +- 3 yrs) which was replaced with an Ecobee enhanced thermostat. We now track the status of heating & A/C on our phones! AGAIN, kudos to the men & women at Steve's Plumbing & Heating!! Service on our Ecobee furnace thermostat on April 8th: Gabriel stopped by to check why our thermostat suddenly powered down. He was here maybe 10 minutes & worked out the issue (possible fuse I believe?). We initially reached out for a free quote, and they were quick to come out and provide an estimate. The pricing was fair, and Gabe was extremely easy to talk to. He created a no-pressure environment and thoroughly answered all of our questions, which we really appreciated. We decided to move forward the next day and went into the office to get the process started. The receptionist was incredibly helpful in getting us scheduled within the same week and kept us updated on arrival times. Gabe and his partner did an excellent job taking out our old A/C unit and installing the new one. Everything was working great when they left, and they made sure to clean up the entire job site afterward. They were very professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. They completed everything in just one day, hauled away the old equipment, and left everything clean and running perfectly. If there were a higher rating than 5 stars, they would deserve it. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!

OK,, say I'm cheap. That said, I had Steve's Plumbing put in a toilet because my regular Plumber is no longer available, Several others were too busy at the time. Steve's was Professional, timely, and did a good job installing a toilet I purchased at Lowes. So why the low rating? He charges $79 just to look at your face (Non Refundable - Pay on site, no cost estimate without a face visit.) Then he has a Scientology style book with a scale of charges that range from 2 to 3 times a normal Plumber's charge. Time has no concept in this. 1 year ago I had another toilet installed for ONE THIRD the price of Steve's Plumbing and $100 less than Lowes quoted. If you have deep pockets, no problem, Good work - if you are on Social Security, try someone else for a quote first.

I was having issues with my well pump. Steve came out and assessed the problem. But due to the extremely cold weather, the problem couldn't be fixed until warmer weather. Steve did however make sure that I had running water. I appreciated him coming out in the extreme cold weather and working until he knew I had water again. Steve's Plumbing And Heating truly cares about their customers. And I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Update: Steve came back once again because I had water issues again or should I say no water. Even though they wetter super busy, he made time to come out and fix the minor problem. I now have water again. Thanks Steve!!!!

They claim to be the nice guys. Anything but. Had a service call and the technician said our furnace needed to be replaced. Less than 2 weeks later the exact same problem happened when it was below zero, we called for emergency service and they said we had to wait. Called another company who showed up right away. New technician found a cracked hose and improperly adjusted valve. Said the furnace has years left and runs like a champ. Called Steve's and the office staff was rude and tried to blame us. Asked for their 100% guarantee and they made us complete paperwork. Then we heard nothing and never had emails or calls returned.

Nick was a great service tech very Knowledgeable and honest did a great job fast and efficient. We love Steve’s plumbing. May 2026 Eric and Logan I believe his name was, volunteered to come in on their day off (saturday) to get my new AC unit installed without hesitation. They were amazing and efficient and I can’t thank them enough. Working nights and trying to sleep during the hot days with no central air is hard and they made sure I was taken care of. Kristen and Brenda got every thing set up quickly and efficiently. Everyone there was amazing and that’s why I go to them for everything!! Thanks again guys!!! You are all amazing!!!

We've only had to have them out a few times, but they have repaired and replaced problem items thoroughly and efficiently. We recently had a leak that looked like it was in the upstairs bathroom wall with no access. I was expecting a big job and $$$, but Steve the owner showed up, discovered that it only needed a minor fix and then did an inspection of the other plumbing fixtures in the house even giving me a ballpark range for some things we were expecting needed to be fixed in the future. Very professional and I especially liked how knowledgeable he was about energy and water saving installations that i was curious about.

Steve and his experienced crew listened and explained what they could do for us. The relining a 50 year old ,15 unit condo building is complex. Steves team, led by Chad, worked through any problems. They even found a way too have our water on and toilets usable at the end of each day. We are very Extremely happy that we didn't have to tear up our underground garage floor. Steve's plumbing and heating is great. It's easy to schedule a technician even after business hours, or for fast same day repair if called during business hours. Our technician Gabe is wonderful. He had quickly diagnosed the issue with our furnace and had it up and running in no time. We have been using Steve's plumbing and heating for two years now. We are always satisfied with their work and prices for repairs.

I have used Steve's plumbing now for about 15 years or so. Owned two different homes and they are the best! They always take great care to make certain you are satisfied and go the extra distance to be courteous also. They have done everything from coming out to unthaw my horse auto waterer , put in new toilets,, sump pumps ,pressure tank, water pumps, non freeze faucets and now a new furnace. Very trustworthy!
