Our plumber Chris did a very thorough assessment of the house and worked diligently for hours to address a long list of fixture updates and repairs. I also really appreciate how communicative he was, and willing and able to answer all of my questions. Chris and his assistant were respectful of our house and kept everything clean. So far, the repaired items are working well and most of the work is under warranty in case something happens. It did seem relatively expensive but the service was very professional.

Our technician Chris did a great job!! He had previously installed a water heater at my old house and did a fantastic job so I was glad to see him. We had a leaky pipe under the house this time. He fixed it quickly and assessed the condition of the piping under the house and gave us options for further repairs. Can’t go wrong with Steve Huff Plumbing!

Excellent service and experience. During a major storm they sent Zack out for the initial assessment. He was very polite and quickly found my heating issue. John N. came out within 24 hours and did the actual repair. He was another super polite, efficient guy. They were sensitive to keeping the house clean and worked quickly. Issue resolved and my heat is back on! Thanks Zack and John N.

Had them replace my 50 yr old leaking home water supply line. My yard is red clay and I understand the problems this causes. BUT they made an unbelievable mess. Not only in my yard but also my neighbors and the street is still a mud hole. They also damaged my concrete driveway. I complained and someone from the office called and asured me there would be a follow up to this. Still waiting.

Incredibly overpriced I paid an outrageous amount for a simple water line. They conned me into the membership I tried to cancel once I found a much more reasonable plumber and decided I no longer needed their services. They refuse to let me cancel because they claim it is a year contract which no one mentioned. The dude worked 20 mins and charged $1400 for a simple water line for a fridge. They also quoted us $3000 for a toilet replacement and I was able to get it replaced for $400 and that included a very nice toilet.

Cody, Evan and Hunter are the absolute best technicians/plumbers we have ever had the pleasure of doing work on our plumbing. They are outstanding professionals and are extremely knowledgeable. When we called they came out quickly and immediately dealt with our plumbing and hot water heater problems lickety split. We love Steve Huff plumbing. They are an amazing company with amazing people working for them. We originally had a new main pipe with smaller branches of pipes put in when our main pipe coming in to the house, along with a water heater replacement. Cutoff valves were placed right inside of the utility room and at the washing machine pipes. Hunter and Evan took care of that in one 8 hour day. That part cost around $11,700. Cody needed to come out and adjust both of the the thermostats because our hot water was too hot due to the factory settings of the thermostats being too high. This part was done at no cost. We got quality service and a good hot water heater and Pex pipes with quality work with no corner cutting from certified and licensed plumber technicians. With all that we got and the time the technician plumbers spent hard at work was well worth the money we initially spent. We feel like we got a deal.

Replacement of the water service line from the meter to the house. The technician arrived when scheduled and made an assessment of the problem. He completely discussed the issue, offered corrective action with costs for each. I chose an option to replace. The technician and his apprentice showed up when scheduled and commenced a difficult job. In the 3 days they were here I was extremely pleased with how professional they were. They went out of their way to make the job as little a problem to my handicapped lifestyle. The technician even discovered issues with my plumbing and corrected them to bring the system into compliance with code. Needless to say I will use them again. In fact I signed up for their annual maintenance program. I strongly recommend this company.

A great tech to have come out & see what our issues were! He explained everything in detail before he proceeded, to verify we were okay with everything he was about to do. Seems like he is very knowledgeable about his profession & even took the time to fix an issue from a prior "fix" we had through another company. We have decided any further work we need, will be with this company simply because he was such an outstanding technician!! We need more workers like him coming into our homes!!! Job definitely well done!! Having things repaired in your home isn't anyones idea of a good day but techs like Ethan make it so much more pleasurable! Thank you for all of your hard work today !!!

We had an issue with a pipe in our crawl space leaking from our water heater and it did not want to stay fixed. Bryson came out within the hour of me calling for service and despite it being difficult he stayed and checked the pipe after finishing and redid it when he realized it was not holding. Even though it took longer than expected and had to be redone, he was so kind and kept me informed every step of the way and made sure that the fix was solid before he left. I have been so anxious the past couple days about this being a major problem and getting it repaired, but I could not be happier with the service we received. Thank you SO much Bryson for all your help today!!

We have had others come out to "fix" an outside faucet a few times but they never actually fixed it to where we wouldn't continue to have problems. Joshua Mullins came out and actually listened to what we needed fixed. He walked us through what he was wanting to get accomplished then went out of his way and did more. He was very professional and very polite. Went out of his way to make sure my father in law was comfortable and had several conversations with him. I honestly trust that I would call him again if we ever have any more problems in the future. Great job and even better than what I was hoping for.

Your team Chris and Gavin were amazing listening to our concerns and the problems with a our bathroom room. It's amazing that they placed shoe coverings on prior to entering the house. The explained ever step of what the would do explained the cost they took their time getting it done. They even covered the carpet with cardboard in case A problem arose. The clean-up was excellent. Afterwards, they explained every detail of what they had done. My wife and I have already referred your service to a friend. We are very, very happy.

I had y'all out to give a quote yesterday. The quote ended up being 40000 for new HVAC system in my house. 2500 square foot house. So I called other ppl who the tva recommends and they quoted me 15k today. So I will not be using y'all and could never recommend y'all . I got 3 quotes from 3 places. Yours 40k . The other two 13-15k . To anyone reading this please call another place for a quote they literally tried charging us 25k more for the job. .

Chris performed my annual Huff plumbing review today. Very happy with his professionalism, thoroughness and customer service oriented nature. He provided me a very complete list of green, yellow and red rated inspection results and prices and options for each. I had him go ahead with a shower drain clean out. I will definitely have Chris back to address other findings in the future! Happy Huff!!

So far we are three for three with this business. The techs are very knowledgeable and very efficient. We really appreciate the above and beyond that our most recent tech, Bryson ,showed when he took on our latest issues. He exemplifies a great work ethic as well as being a darn nice guy. Will be calling for future needs.

They called before coming. He explained all cost and provided us options. He did quality work. He was very polite and respectful. I would definitely recommend Steve Huff Plumbing to others. They have been providing services for us for 12 years. Our most recent one was with Hunter. He was wonderful !!!
