Jamie, Jason, and Jonathan have all taken the time to thoroughly evaluate our concerns and provide honest, practical advice. I had a leak coming from the shower through the ceiling that came on quickly. It was repaired within 24 hours, I can’t say enough good things about how easy it was to work with Lauren and Jason. Really good company. Expert and highly knowledgeable about AC systems. Great to work with! We were caught mid summer with a failed condenser/compressor. Steve Basso scrambled to find a replacement unit to match our existing system, saving us multiple thousands. Other vendors were quick to provide quotes without doing a thorough assessment which would have resulted in a failed install and substantial additional costs in equip, time and work. Steve Basso also has a strong network of vendors, e.g., electricians, that are also expert and available to support his work.

Their plumber Jamie did an amazing job repairing my mother's kitchen sink faucet and also the supply line. In addition he also cleared the blockage within the bath tub drain line. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed and all set. I also love the fact that he's very flexible with the pricing. Overall, me and mom (especially) is very satisfied. Worth every penny. Highly recommend this company. Most of all, I highly recommend Jamie the plumber.

We had to say goodbye to our 50+ year old boiler and replace it with a new HE Gas unit.
