Joseph Stelluti is the best plumber ever!! I woke up this morning to find that I had no running water in my house. I called the water company, and they sent someone out, but they couldn't determine the cause of the problem—even though the issue was right in front of them. They assured me everything was fine on their end and suggested I call a plumber. That's when I called Joseph Stelluti. He arrived within 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem. Even more impressive, he had it completely resolved within another 15 minutes - the problem was a preset water shutoff limit on a Moen Smart Water Monitor set by the previous homeowner. I had no idea anything like this existed. Not only did Joseph fix the issue, but he also went above and beyond by contacting Moen to help transfer the Moen Smart Water Monitor into my name from the previous homeowner. He took the time to explain how the system works and showed me how to use the app to monitor, shut off, and turn my water back on when needed. Joseph was incredibly helpful, professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. His prompt service and dedication to making sure I understood everything made a stressful situation much easier. And on top of all that, his price was extremely fair, in fact much lower than I anticipated. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a trustworthy and skilled master plumber.
