I have used Stay True Plumbing over the years n always happy with the service n price. Recently I was part of a home purchase where last minute the lender said the hot water tank had to be replaced. Stay True Plumbing was the best price buy hundreds lower n also extremely patient with the timing and date to actually get in to do the replacement. They understood our situation and worked hard to help us get it done!!
I called the office very friendly staff, Shirley was about to get me on the schedule immediately! As a first time homeowner with my very first issue I was very stressed, but she was able to ease my mind. I had to pay a $50 non refundable fee but if you use their service it applies to it. I always love to support small business owners first, I will be calling them anytime I have an issue that requires plumbing. Randy was very kind, professional & very knowledgeable. They also came as promised at the time slot which was also another plus!
We have used and trusted Stay True Plumbing for over 20 years. We are seniors on a fixed budget. We asked them to replace our powder room toilet with a better quality toilet (Kohler). They quoted $650 to replace and install. What we got was the lowest grade Kohler toilet on sale for $200 retail, it cost less for them. It would have taken less than 20 minutes to replace. But Randy kept going back and forth outside (to do what, I have know idea) making it seem longer to install probably to justify $450 installation cost. We are very disappointed in them and will not recommend or use again.
Shawn and Brian came to my house to fix a leak. They were so nice and so professional. I had stuff in the way that they had to move to do the job and they never complained. They explained everything to me beforehand. It was an extensive job. They had to go through drywall but they were careful to take out least as possible. They also cleaned up so well afterwards. It's my 3rd time using this company and I don't trust any other company for my plumbing needs. I'm very pleased with the service.
