I had another company come out and wanted close to $5,000 to do less work with lower qualify materials then what I had done by Staten Plumbing at a VERY reasonable price! Brandon and Josh were knowledgeable, friendly and were able to get me a quote for less than I even expected that went towards the cost of repairs. I couldn't be happier with the quality work! They were straight forward which as a sales person myself is very important to me. As a young women and first time homeowner they didn't try to take advantage! I won't do business anywhere else moving forward with my new home. If you need repairs call Staten ask for Kaitlyn and get with Brandon and Josh! Great people, great work without the crazy price tag!

The technician arrived early on Saturday morning and was able to clear a clog in the waste line that had caused a toilet to overflow and a bathtub to back up. My husband discovered this on Friday evening. I called Staten and the answering service took the call. Their employee responded quickly and said he could be here at at 8:00 AM on Saturday. This not an issue that is easy to live with. He was polite and efficient. He had the issue cleared up quickly.

I hired Staten Plumbing to make some improvements to my HVAC system. During the work, one of the workers fell through the ceiling into the garage. On his way down he grabbed the HVAC drain line and it snapped at two places. While they did repair the drain line at the places where it had broke and also fixed the sheet rock, it was discovered months later that the force of the drain line being broken pulled it away from the unit at the main connection. This went unnoticed until sometime in July at the peak of cooling season when a huge water stain appeared on the ceiling in the garage under the HVAC unit. When I went into the attic I found the disconnected drain line which was leaking straight on to the wood platform under it. When I spoke to Staten, first I was told they’d fix it but it was only goodwill but don’t believe they had anything to do with this. While they did fix the drain line to address the leak, the owner refused to do anything about the ceiling other than slap a coat of paint on it. Damage like this can’t just be painted over, the sheet rock needs to be cut out and replaced especially if there could be mold underneath considering this leak was ongoing for months before it was bad enough to be noticed. In the end, the owner would not do anything further than offer to apply a coat of paint. Overall very disappointed with the handling of this situation and not taking responsibility for what was clearly their fault. They got my money already and that’s all they care about.

Prompt, thorough, clean, friendly and took care of multiple services including electric, plumbing and HVAC all in one visit! Plumbing issue not as intensive as they could have talked me into, honesty and integrity and all around good people doing good work gets my HIGH recommendation!
