We are first time customer that were in need of electrician after hours. The on call rep was great in helping us make determination to wait till morning. Dispatch called before 8 am to get us on the schedule and before 1:00 pm, Tyler had resolved our problem and power was restored. He was very friendly and professional and we will definitely be calling State Line for future repairs!

Customer service from start to finish was a wonderful experience! Zach and Kyle arrived within an hour of my call and earlier than originally quoted at inital intake. They were friendly and explained everything for the project I had going on. I received the quote and was able to get completed same day as they had all the parts (except one which they got quickly) on their vans. It was so nice to not have to wait to get schedule later and also great for the company actually showing up when they said they would. We are very happy to habe a working kitchen again!

Zach did a great job providing the necessary service to get our unit operating properly. He was kind, courteous and informative about what and why he would do certain things. Gavin at dispatch was easy to work with as well, he kept us informed of every step along the way. I will certainly hire Stateline Services again.

Update 5/8/26: Today I had a backed up kitchen sink. Glad I started the dishwasher during the afternoon and not at night! I saw that things were backing up in both sides of my sink and turned off the dishwasher quickly. I called Stateline Services right away and they quickly had a service technician on the way to my home. Kyle Jones arrived and assessed the issue. He gave me the price and went right to work. Kyle was courteous and very professional. He fixed the blocked drain line and cleaned up thoroughly. So glad that Kyle was able to fix the drain so quickly!! I’ve been a customer of Stateline Services for over three years now and I am so glad to have them as my service company. I have maintained the Gold membership plan and recommend that to anyone. As I mentioned in my earlier post, Stateline Services is easy to work with, has great service technicians and good prices for services. My experience today was excellent and I still recommend Stateline Services for all of their services. ____________________________________________ 2024 review — I have been a customer of Stateline Services for about a year. The company was highly recommended to me and I'm very glad I chose to select them as my service company. I chose to take advantage of the Gold Membership plan and would definitely recommend that to anyone. Stateline has been easy to work with for annual service checkup appointments for my HVAC in the Spring and Fall, as well as an annual checkup on electrical and plumbing which helps to catch any problems before they become something bigger. Ashley even called me to set up my HVAC checkup for the Spring this year without me having to call to get an appointment. All of the technicians that I've met have been wonderful and very professional. I like that they send both a text and email when a technician is on the way to the house. They arrive in uniform and with vehicles that are clearly branded with the company information. They go over all the information upon completing work and leave things clean and neat. My experience with Stateline Services has been excellent and I highly recommend them.

Stateline does a great job of presenting options for repairs (minimum, recommended, preferred type of list) which is great. Some days you just want a bandaid, other days you may be mentality/financially prepared to do a more thorough solution. They give you those options. Zack Crawford was the tech that Stateline sent out. He was top notch. Everything from being very professional to doing an outstanding job in the repair itself. He went above and beyond by doing the little things that show he just cares about his work. Wore shoe covers when he entered my house, vacuumed up the extra dryer lint that my faulty vent had spread in my crawlspace. Outstanding individual.

Once again, Stateline Services has proven to be the best HVAC mainteance company in the Tri-Cities. Thomas was our tech today and diagnosed that our condensate pump was not working properly, even to the point of shutting down the thermostat and system. Forgunately, he had a new pump on the trunk and it was installed within 20 minutes for a very fair price. We have a service contract with Stateline Services and so glad that we do! Well worth the price. Stateline Services are the best of the best! Thanks again for an outstanding customer experience!

If I could give more stars I would! Had a leak that another plumber couldn’t find. They wanted to dig up my entire line and replace for $10,000! I called state line because they have equipment to find leaks. Kyle showed up and within 30 minutes found the leak! He then took maybe another hour to dig it up and replaced a bad valve. Wasn’t even the line at all. He even educated me on the type of line I had and said it would be rare to have a leak in the line. All completed for around $800. I’m super happy and will only use Stateline from now on!

Vivian, with Stateline came out to install a 30-amp plug, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work she did. She was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what she was doing. The installation was done cleanly and correctly, and she made the whole process easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled electrician who takes pride in her work, I highly recommend Vivian. I’ll definitely be calling her again for any future electrical needs!

We are new homeowners and had a pipe leak through our ceiling within two weeks of moving in. The guys at Stateline were so responsive and came out as quickly as they could to get this fixed for us. They took the time to not only explain what exactly was going on, but to make sure there wasn’t anything else I needed. It was so nice to have someone fix our issue, explain it, and take the time to show it was important to them as well. I highly recommend!

Matt was amazing to work with and truly a professional. He came out in the rain, assessed everything and quickly discovered it was a minor wire connection issue, addressed it and said we were all good to go. It is so reassuring to deal with a person and business that operates with that level of integrity and didn't try to charge for something that wasn't necessary. I call Stateline Services first thing this morning and the receptionist was pleasant and took my information about my water heater problem. Within an hour the scheduler had arranged for a technician to arrive at my home in about two hours. Zack the technician arrived on time, well mannered and professional. He had fixed my heater problem and cleaned the work area after he was complete. Awesome young man, Thanks Zack for the help.

A huge shout out to Sam from Stateline Service for his outstanding work in restoring water to our bathrooms. Sam demonstrated exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and plumbing expertise throughout the job. His genuine smile was present throughout, not just for the photos. I highly recommend Stateline for their responsive, high-quality service. Now I can finally take a hot shower! (And my family said, Amen!!)

I called about a complaint with a commode around noon and the dispatcher called me and the repairman came around 3:30 PM. Zach was quick and professional. He answered all my questions. I’m very happy with the quick turnaround. I thought it might be a couple of days before the repair.. Highly recommend. The price was fair. It was a good experience from the call to the finish of the job.
