“Dave L did a thorough job of testing the furnace and draining the hot water heater. Fortunately, all systems are functionally fine. However, he wasn't prepared to test the water softener which was something we wanted done. I did mention that I'll request the water softener testing be done during the upcoming a/c checks in the spring.”
