Stanley Heating Cooling and Plumbing

I recently had both a full HVAC replacement and a major plumbing overhaul completed in my home, and the Stanley team was fantastic from start to finish. They were attentive, responsive, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything without making me feel rushed. The scope of work was significant — they completed the entire HVAC installation in one day and replaced essentially all of the plumbing in our house over the course of three days. Throughout the process they were professional, organized, and clearly committed to doing the job right. While it was naturally a large project, I really appreciated that they were straightforward with pricing and didn’t nickel and dime me. They also helped me secure a great financing option and guided me through the process, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I'm very grateful for their work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy team.

The guys arrived on time, worked continuously to get both water heater and furnace installed. We're done in less than 7 hours, cleaned the space and taught me how to use the new installs. Would definitely retire for future projects.

Dave L did a thorough job of testing the furnace and draining the hot water heater. Fortunately, all systems are functionally fine. However, he wasn't prepared to test the water softener which was something we wanted done. I did mention that I'll request the water softener testing be done during the upcoming a/c checks in the spring.

Excellent customer service, very efficient and kind. Pleasant group of workers who explained the new system well and went absolutely ABOVE and beyond. Those men deserve a raise, without question. 10/10 would highly recommend
