We are thoroughly impressed with the customer service and the attentiveness given to us. Our drains needed cleaning and we had questions about our initial appointment and we had plumbers at our house almost immediately to address our concerns. Preston and Brandon were both kind, thorough, and professional in tackling our kitchen drain which was our main concern. We appreciated that they had our backs as far as homeowners and explained thoroughly what was going on with the plumbing in our home. I would highly recommend this place and it’s really the best you could want when you are having plumbing issues and wanting assurance on how your drains are functioning / what can be done to improve them. We were charged $240 and they were at our home 15 minutes. We used them earlier in the year also due to our closet being flooded and the guy could not figure out what caused it. He was by himself so he said well I'm just going to start somewhere then. He decided to snake the washing machine and he said well I guess that's what it was. You guess? We were thinking Oh No! Unknowledgeable, unsure of himself. We called another plumber after he left. Never again, steer clear folks! We paid them and another plumber to be on the safe side.

Pocket lighter, same problem I had when they came to fix problem. Spent $434.00, did not resolve problem! Charged me $200 just to pull the toilet to put a camera down. Did not clean out drain all the way to the sewer. I was charged a service charge, was told no service charge for drain clean out. I would not recommend this business. We will need to hire another company that can fix the problem. Wasted almost $500 for nothin.

My sister referred me to Spot On Plumbing after I mentioned I had a main line water leak yesterday. The City of Jenks inspected the leak and determined it was on our side of the meter. I spoke with Catie at Spot On Plumbing yesterday to inquire about availability, and she mentioned they could be available the next day. Fortunately for us, when I called this morning, they still had availability today from 2 pm to 5 pm. I booked the appointment. To my pleasant surprise, George from Spot On Plumbing contacted me to let me know they could be at my house around noon. George and Tyler arrived, diagnosed the leak, provided pricing, and I agreed to have the work performed. We experienced very little disruption during their repair work. They completed the work and performed an inspection of visible plumbing throughout the house, along with the water heater, at no additional charge. There were two additional items I inquired about having replaced, and once again, the pricing was reasonable. We had a fill valve replaced in a commode and a sink drain tube in our half bath. I would highly recommend Spot On Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Plus, they have a cool logo!

Started with a terrible smell from our kitchen sink when I ran the dishwasher. Spot On Plumbing quickly diagnosed it as a sewer line break under the house. Preston and Tato took time to properly assess the issue (even under our narrow crawlspace) before starting any work, then efficiently completed the repair by replacing the kitchen sink drain section. They were responsive, intentional in their communication, and took time to walk through all our remediation options and realistic timelines without any pressure. They didn't just fix the problem - they made sure I understood next steps and alternatives. The repair has held up perfectly since completion, and they even connected us with another company to clean out the big mess under there! Professional team that knows their trade and communicates well. Highly recommend.

Called Spot On to install a garbage disposal at our rental home. Our tenant reported to us they overheard the duo on site say "smells like money" and then I get a call that their "safety inspection" (in my garage) uncovered a rusty flue on my water heater and that Spot On would report me to the City and have my gas shut off if I didn't replace the entire water heater. The quote was $3,348. We called another plumber who came straight away and replaced the water heater for $1,280.35, including parts and labor. Edit: Your team did not offer a repair option as you have stated in your reply. The city thought the repair was up to code when they came out due to your report. Maybe you’re just overcharging!

We had an emergency water leak this week, and called Spot On Plumbing, because they seemed to be a small local business. Ryan came out quickly and fixed the problem, and then, we had him repair a few other issues we were having with faucets, a toilet and had him check our 20 year old, under performing hot water heater. He was efficient, professional and friendly, wore booties in the house, and left us with estimates for 3 new hot water heaters, so that we could choose "good, better, best" for our needs. We did have him come back to replace the hot water tank and were very happy with the results. We also felt like the price was fair and reasonable. Thank you Ryan, and Spot On Plumbing!

George was phenomenal when he came out to do an upstream scope of the plumbing in a home my clients were hoping to purchase (an inspection home inspectors don’t do). Our home inspection scoped from clean out to main and it was beautiful PVC. George arrives on site to do his actual pipes scope- He remained as neutral as he could when showing someone a 1968 cast iron and lead piped system that was in a condition that would have caused a catestropic expense to any new homeowner. We were all thankful for knowledge that protects the home and future homeowner!

Mitchell was great! Professional, personable and knowledgeable! He got right to working on our first issue and was done quickly. He called me to see what he'd pulled out of our line. 👍 Then, we have been thinking we have a water leak somewhere. It barely took a long minute for Mitchell to find it. 👍 All along the way, he let us know our options and what the cost would be. He fixed our water leak and replaced our toilet fill vales (we requested that he do that). A very nice young man was along for training. Spot On is always our choice! 👍👍👍

Terrible. These guys came out to fix our clogged toilet. First they they were an hour late from the time we agreed upon. Second - they actually broke our toilet trying to fix the problem. (The "plumber" they sent seemed to have no idea what he was doing) Third - after breaking the toilet - they offered no solution to repair it. When I called the owner - he was just angry and dismissive. I literally had to call another plumber to fix everything this terrible company did. Pass on these scamsters.

I had Spot On Plumbing come out to complete some code updates and install a new pressure reducing valve and water shutoff. Preston and Tatto (I believe that is how his name is spelled) were both extremely helpful throughout the visit, explaining everything clearly along the way. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service, and I truly appreciated their professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail.
