I ran into a waterpipe situation on a Sunday and needed an urgent fix or I wouldnt have running water at my house. I called around with a few places on Google maps and they were either booked for the day or didnt answer. I had ended up contacting Splashfix and during the middle of the call, the line disconnected. I was in a panic as I didnt know what to do. Luckily, Isaac from SplashFix returned my call and I was able to explain my situation and how urgent it was and he advised me he would be able to stop by within the hour. When he showed up, he listened and I was able to explain the situation. He was clear on what was going on, how it would be addressed and fixed, and what the cost would be (the cost was more than reasonable btw given the quality of work and also the friendly service). Long story short, he fixed the issue and made what would have been a messed up week into a start of a great one. Thanks Isaac and fam and SplashFix/team for your awesome, friendly, service. The team at SplashFix not only did a tremendous job on the plumbing repair itself, their communication and customer service was top-notch from their first contact. They were incredibly understanding about helping our family navigate the repair from several states away, ensuring that my grandmother and her home were given the highest level of priority and service. I hired SplashFix Plumbing to do a tankless water heater installation because their technician/ estimator found a state program that took $4,486.44 off their bid/estimate provided I use Rinnai Tankless. So, while their bid was the second highest, the balance due me was by far the lowest: $8,812.56. The next lowest bid was $10,800, using Navien product. But the Splash/Fix tech didn’t have an adequate knowledge of the Rinnai product, and this led to confusion and, ultimately, to a couple of unnecessary nights of cold water for my tenants and me. The product is listed as “Indoor” on the Rinnai website, but this install was outdoors. When I noticed this, the tech was caught by surprise, but research found that it could be adapted to outdoor use with a special vent. The bid had included using an existing exterior flue to the roof, but it turned out that was unnecessary. The bid also assumed a built-in recirculation pump, but it turned out there was none. I offered my brand new back-up recirc pump for free instead, even though SplashFix had agreed to take the hit for a new recirc pump. My offer was accepted. First off, I was told installation would occur all in one day, and the first thing the workman did was to drain my storage tank of hot water. Later, he would have to fill it up again, and I would have to heat it. But then the old recirculation pump was dead (I suspect because it was allowed to run dry, but the workman denies this). It had run faithfully for 18 years but now was suddenly dead. So tenants who stubbornly ran the hot water for 3 or 4 minutes were able to get hot water that night, but otherwise, forget it. As a reason the work couldn’t be completed in one day, SplashFix said there was a late delivery (about 10:30 am), but the work wasn’t finished (or almost finished) until 6:30 p.m. the next day, when SplashFix incorporated my new recirc pump into the system, but left without plugging it in! I texted and emailed them immediately asking whether I should plug it in for the otherwise functioning system, but received no reply. I suspect that for some odd reason they wanted me to plug it in without their advice, but I just couldn’t risk it. Neither me nor my tenants could get more than lukewarm water that second night. When their worker arrived to sweep up and finish caulking the next morning he said I could plug it in, and then the system worked fine.

I had a great experience with Splashfix Plumbing and would highly recommend them. Isaac, Arturo, and Joel were top-notch from start to finish. Communication was fast, clear, and consistent throughout the entire process. They made sure to keep me updated, showed me the progress of the work, and answered all of my questions along the way. I needed a galvanized pipe replaced from the water meter to my house, which required digging a trench in the front yard. The team arrived the day before to prep and dig out the area, then came right on time the next day to complete the replacement from galvanized pipe to copper pipe. The work was done quickly, neatly, and professionally, and everything was left clean once completed. They also installed a Moen water leak detection system, and it’s been great being able to monitor the property’s water usage and have that extra peace of mind. Isaac and team were incredible in getting a bunch of updating old and out-of-code plumbing work done on our tricky 100-year-old house. They took time to really dig in and assess the right game plan to make sure not only that all the plumbing and vents were done properly, but that they looked great given some would still be exposed / visible under our porch. The team was communicative and courteous. Our new plumbing is working like a charm. The tankless heater and smart shutoff are cranking. And everything passed on first inspection. The inspector even commented how clean and detailed it all looked. Would recommend SplashFix for any project, big or small. Edit: Had Isaac and crew help out on phase two if the project, which involve re-routing some old pipes that had previously been haphazardly installed behind a shed / false wall and replacing the "last mile" of old corroded probably-100-year-old drain pipe going to our kitchen sink. Again, team did a great job and all's in excellent order.

I had an outstanding experience working with Cristian from SplashFix Plumbing. He truly went above and beyond on our project. He replaced our PRV, installed a new main shutoff valve, and set up our Moen Flo system — all while making sure the entire house was balanced with the correct water pressure. Cristian’s professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. His work was extremely clean, precise, and high-quality. He explained everything clearly, made sure we understood the setup, and double-checked all connections for safety and performance. On top of the excellent workmanship, his pricing was very fair and reasonable. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, honesty, and great customer service, but Cristian truly does. I highly recommend Cristian and SplashFix Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and top-notch plumbing work. We are beyond satisfied with the results and will definitely use him again for future projects.

UPDATE March 2026: Had another plumbing issue, this time a shower/bath that had no water flow (we let it sit unused for uh, I guess what turned out to be years). J&J had rebranded to SplashFix, so it took me some doing to find them again, but owner Isaac is still there running the show and has a good crew. Very pleased with quality and pricing. Tech (Christian) was very professional, got us up and running again after obtaining parts. Original review: Got multiple bids and not only did they have the best price for our water heater replacement, J&J were also the most professional. Knowledgeable and organized, I got a quote quickly (some of the others never even sent a quote after coming out to look… smh), great communications, modern systems (electronic invoicing etc). Isaac came, he did the work, did a great job. Just so professional and a pleasure to do business with, highly recommend!

Cristian did an excellent job replacing my old tank water heater with a tankless system. From the beginning, he was very responsive, showed up on time, and clearly explained the whole process. He handled everything professionally—from removing the old unit to installing the new system, adjusting the connections, and making sure everything was up to code. His work was very clean and organized, with great attention to detail. He made sure all the plumbing lines were properly set, tested the system carefully, and walked me through how everything works before finishing. You can tell he has strong experience and really cares about doing the job right, not just fast. The result is perfect—everything runs smoothly, and the upgrade made a big difference. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend Cristian to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber.

Isaac and Cristian were absolutely fantastic to work with. From start to finish, they delivered exceptional service at a very reasonable price, far better than the other quotes I received. My project involved removing old galvanized piping from the main line, patching some concrete, installing brand-new piping, adding a whole-house water filter with a bypass, and setting up a Moen automatic shutoff at the main inlet. Despite the complexity, they managed to schedule the job quickly and completed everything in just one day, with only one technician! I was truly impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, and quality of workmanship. Everything was cleanly installed and works perfectly. I'll definitely be using SplashFix Plumbing again for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend. 10/10.

Issac fixed a shower valve issue by replacing the shower valve cartridge. This was a late night emergency and they were the first to respond and showed up at 8am in the next morning to fix the issue. The service quality is good, but definitely over-priced, thus 3 star. I ended up paying $1140 for this fix, while others quoted the job for ~$500 later when I shared the problem and fix afterwards. The price was agreed upon between Issac and my tenant since I was busy at work and couldn't be there, given the urgency of the issue, I am fine with what was agreed upon as long as the issue is fixed in time. But I probably won't recommend their service unless you are in an urgent need and don't care much about the price.

My first time using this company for my kitchen faucet replacement at first I was going to have them install the new faucet I ordered but then I decided to get theirs for the warranty. First day the new faucet was making a whistle sound and they came by again but I wanted a different type of faucet this time and they changed the style I wanted with no hesitation.Although prices are different from each customer I say it's competitive prices they give to any customers, they no longer take checks I ask Daniel which was the tech that took care of me to get the company to use zell because sometime customers don't want to use credit cards and like to use funds from their bank.i would use them again for my plumbing needs.

Isaac was phenomenal. From the moment we spoke on the phone I knew he was the real deal, don't let the Yelp reviews fool you all the reviews for J&J Plumbing are on Google! I was dealing with a plumbing leak and Isaac was able to diagnose the situation over the phone. They have a great rate and Isaac was able to resolve my issues quickly and he does such a high quality job. Best part about this whole experience is James is very personable and will make time to answer your questions and schedule an appointment asap. I highly recommend J&J for your plumbing needs and definitely will be using James again in the future!

I had an urgent problem on a Sunday morning when my water heater broke down and needed replacement. I called SplashFix after seeing the 5 star reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a person who showed compassion, understanding and a sense of urgency. No chatbot or link but an actual person on a Sunday. She booked the first appointment the next day. Issac and Cristian arrived early, discussed options and completed the job in less than 2 hours. The price was more than fair. I greatly appreciated the prompt and friendly customer service. They are now my go to plumbing folks for any future needs.

I was referred by a plumbing supply store. When I asked who could help with my problem, James & James Plumbing was the first business that came to mind. I reached out to Cody, who is very personable, professional and responsive. He answered many of my questions before coming out and fixed my problem to perfection. As part of their service they do a full inspection so he fixed other issues that I wouldn't have spotted and took care of everything in the same visit.  They are timely, communicative and with a genuine willingness to help. I will definitely call on them again.
