Sean was amazing! I had an emergency situation and they rushed out on a Saturday. Sean quickly found the issue. He provided excellent advice as a master plumber. He directed me to my HoA since they may be responsible. He ended up being correct. He was extremely helpful in an incredibly stressful situation.

This is the second time we’ve used Sean and his team, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They came out the same day we called with our issue and were extremely patient and thoughtful in walking us through the available solutions. They completed a major sewer line replacement in just two days, cleaned up all debris, covered the work area with pine straw, and even repaired a broken irrigation pipe, despite it not being part of their responsibility. It’s hard to feel confident with a large plumbing repair, but Sean and his team went above and beyond to earn our trust. From clear camera footage explaining the problem, to a warranty they stand behind, to an incredibly fair price, the entire experience was excellent.

Cannot say enough great things about Sean & his team. We were out of our house for 2.5 months while we had extensive repair/renovations going on. Once we came back, we started having major plumbing issues only to find out we needed our entire main sewage line replaced (50+ years old) as well as our main plumbing in our basement (existing was back pitched). Sean did a phenomenal job explaining everything to us, coming up with a solution that was better than we expected, and quoted us reasonably for the work being done. They were able to complete the job in a day, left our property looking like nothing ever happened, and made us feel taken care of throughout the entire process. His team is highly skilled and very passionate about what they do. We are forever customers! Highly recommend!

My experience with Specialty Plumbing & Drain was more than outstanding during my recent plumbing emergency. Sean and Jami are the nicest, calmest, most helpful, and most knowledgeable professionals you'd ever want to have helping you. They were a complete pleasure to work with, from start to finish. My story: Just as the snow was falling during our recent freezing weather this winter here in Stone Mountain, and my neighborhood got our usual power-outages after sunset, my downstairs toilet began flooding every time I washed dishes in the kitchen sink. Was the drain system for my 56-year-old house all backed up? . . on a freezing Friday night? Maybe. I immediately did the smart thing and stopped flushing or allowing water to go down any of my drains. Next morning, I called and got in touch with Specialty Plumbing & Drain. Sean came out that afternoon, ran his sewer-camera through my outside drain line, and found that my 56-year-old cast-iron service line was collapsed about 2/3rds of the way toward the street. Sean arranged for himself and his crew to come out the very next day, on a Sunday. They dug an amazingly deep trench, and replaced the entire line, from inside my basement, all the way to the street. The entire job was completed to my complete satisfaction within less than a day and a half of me contacting them. The whole crew was polite, friendly, and very very professional. The cost was reasonable, but still expensive. But the good news was that my homeowners insurance covered damage to a sewer or septic service line, and I was eligible to get reimbursed for about 80% of the cost to replace it. Again, Sean and Jami went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me and my insurance adjuster in documenting the damage. Their prompt help and assistance made the whole insurance claims experience as stress-free as possible. All in all, I highly recommend Sean and Jami at Specialty Plumbing & Drain LLC for all your emergency plumbing needs. Their knowledge, responsiveness, expertise, and integrity are superlative. I was experiencing water in my garage that appeared to be coming from my home’s concrete slab. I thought it was the result of a drain issue so I contacted Sean from Specialty Plumbing and Drain. Sean arrived, looked over my situation and thought it to be not a drain issue but a water leak. He verified this by checking the water meter near the street and seeing the gauge moving even though there was no water turned on in my home. He turned off the water at the In ground pressure regulator near my porch and the water meter gauge stopped moving. Sean took the time to present me with the two options available to me: 1. Hire a leak detection company to come out and attempt to locate the leak in my slab. Dig through my floor and, if found, repair the leak. I’d have to have my floor repaired and I’m left with the potential for additional leaks over time. 2. Repipe the first floor pipping using pex which would isolate my water supply from the slab. He recommended Marine Plumbing to come out and provide an estimate. He did suggest that I contact at least two other companies but I opted to go with Nick at Marine Plumbing. Nick and his crew did a wonderful job and I’m extremely happy. Once Nick was done, Sean returned to replace my water service coming into my home, installed a new pressure regulator and ball valve. I’m very pleased with the result of the work done by both Sean and Nick. They are very professional, did a great job and I would recommend them for any plumbing/ drain issues you might have.

Stellar Service Specialty Plumbing and Drain are awesome! I recommend them highly for your underground plumbing needs. At 8:30 pm mid-week we discovered that our sewer was backing up into tubs and showers. In a panic, I called my usual plumbing company only to be summarily brushed off; stating that they don't do after hours service. Searching the internet and scouring online reviews, I gave Specialty Plumbing and Drain a call at around 9:00 pm. The call was answered promptly and cheerfully. The voice on the other end was pleasant and reassuring. Sean soon called me back and walked me through some preliminary steps to help identify the issue. Perhaps half an hour later Sean was at my doorstep and he quickly identified a blockage between the house and the sewer main. After he relieved the pressure by opening the sewer cleanout he presented us with an estimate and scheduled work to begin the next morning. As promised, Sean and his crew arrived the next morning after 811 marked the utilities and began their work. I particularly appreciated that Sean took lots of photos to document what they found and how they addressed it. In addition, they exercised great care in minimally disturbing the landscaping and restoring us as closely as possible to the original state. On top of that, they pressure washed the driveway, curbing, and the street to leave a clean worksite. Well done, Sean and crew!

I am writing this review of Specialty Plumbing and Drain as I am compelled to praise the professionalism and expertise of this company and its proprietor Sean Fagan ( Master Plumber Unrestricted). On several occasions we called and utilized the services of Specialty Plumbing and Drain. Each time I was so impressed and amazed by the excellent service and expertise exhibited by the responding team. This company’s support team and office staff are excellent as they are also personable, responsive and efficient. Sean and staff were always punctual and immediately responded when necessary. They are courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable and proficient at their trade. Their vast and specialized array of tools and equipment is extremely impressive. They have always been successful in diagnosing any problem and fixing it when other plumbing companies could not. Their pricing is beyond reasonable for their accomplished and highly specialized plumbing services offered and provided. I would only call Specialty Plumbing and drain for any and all of my plumbing problems and issues. Sean was able to both assess our need and then schedule the solution almost instantaneously. Upon initial consultation he provided very succinct pros and cons to their approach without trying to upsell services or equipment. We also investigated other options and Sean again provided unbiased feedback on approach, potential cost, and long-term cost of service and potential issues. I very much appreciated his honesty and approach. On day of install Sean was very clear he was following all safety codes and double checked his decisions at each point to assure there was no flooding or damage to our home while removing the old and replacing new water heater. Sean even pointed out a few extra steps to be taken to assure best-in-class install and operation of the unit going forward (this included going to Lowes and building an elevated platform for tank to assure drainage). Every interaction (phone/email/live) was extremely polite and professional, and the value delivered was tremendous. Specialty Plumbing may be a smaller/local company, but I will use them again and recommend to others because of the value and professionalism they delivered.

I honestly don’t know where I would be without Sean Fagan from Specialty Plumbing and Drain LLC. I'm facing a frustrating and stressful plumbing issue with Fulton County, and I quickly realized how easy it is for people to take advantage of someone who doesn’t fully understand plumbing and sewage systems. Sean, however, has been completely different. From the very beginning, he treated me with respect, patience, and honesty. He explained every step clearly, guided me through the process, and never once tried to prey on my naivety. In a world where it’s easy to feel intimidated or misled by contractors or government representatives, Sean stood out as someone who genuinely cares about helping people, not taking advantage of them. Sean handled a true emergency at my home and absolutely earned this five‑star review. From the first call, he responded immediately diagnosing the issue, and walked me through an emergency solution- saving a plumber emergency call cost, saving me hundreds of dollars! As a master plumber, he walked me through solutions to handle the critical time sensitive nature issue, so we can address the problem at our leisure. Additionally, he provided a 5star recommendation to fix an issue with my system that he normally does not address. He also provided quality directions. That guidance was above and beyond his requirement as he was on his was to check another job. Wow!!! Where do I begin? Sean is second to none. Not only are Specialty Plumbing and Drain’s prices FAR below anyone else, Sean came to my home half an hour after hearing of my problem and had my water back on in no time flat. In addition, he discovered another problem along the way that he fixed without additional charges and showed me the difference in quality between the products he uses to give us a “forever fix”versus what had been used originally. Pricing and customer service aside Sean is kind, considerate, tidy, and SO knowledgeable!!!! He is a master non-restricted plumber and can literally DO IT ALL inside or outside your home or business!! Take it from me, as a homeowner of over 25 years it is always refreshing to know you’ve found a company that is both trustworthy AND reliable and I’m grateful and relieved that my search is over!!

Our family was taking our evening golf cart ride around the neighborhood and saw Sean and his crew doing some work at one of our neighbors and inquired about his service(s). He stopped everything he was doing and told us to wait right here while he went to his truck to get some business cards and without hesitation (and a smile on his face) he said we'll be over first thing in the morning at 9am. Not only did he show up at 9am to consult with us on what needed to be done and how he could do it, but he was able to complete the job in an hour on the spot. I've worked with many contractors/speciality service since moving into our house in 2020, but Sean and his crew were without a doubt the most honest and trustworthy group we've come across. This company is awesome! I have been using a large, well established company for many years and they couldn’t give me same day service for a water leak(unable to shut it off). They are gone as far as plumbing. These guys got me face to face to a Certified Master Plumber Unrestricted! It was a confusing situation, but after much head scratching and following the issue, he figured out the issue. A break in the main water line in the same place for the 4th time since we’ve lived here. After Sean figured out the situation, he offered the solution. He walked me through whole process, explained in detail what was going to happen and executed it. Take note, everyone! I shopped around years ago for bargains. 3 repair attempts failed from value shopping. Spend a little more and enjoy the value of a job done well and correctly.

Sean was the absolute best! Our family can say that with full confidence from other personal experiences that do not come close at all! Specialty Drain comes highly recommended from our family to yours. If you have a big issue or a small one, Specialty Drain is definitely who you want. From the intake call to the fixing of the problem, every step of the way we were met with kindness, compassion, and most importantly full transparency.
