I was traveling out of the country when my wife encountered a problem with the sanutary lines backing up into the shower and toilets. She called me and explained the situation, so I contacted Spartan Plumbing and initially spoke with Crystal. She was very pleasent took all the information needed to schedule a technician and arranged for the appointment.Thomas Grasso was dispatched within a couple of hours and investigated the issue. His expertise within the plumbing trade allowed him to propose several solutions ranging from an economical one to a more robust in-depth choice, with both options being attainable that day to allow immediate use of the bathrooms. Thomas provided an accurate cost proposal and after explaining it and coming to an agreement with me over the phone, he went above and beyond executing his solutions. He was professional, courteous, attentive, and had a pleasant attitude with a sense of humor. The problem was solved and his cleanup afterwards met the highest of standards. Spartan Plumbing should be your first call when a plumbing issue arises. Their Veteran owned business approach and leadedship shows in their team's work ethics. Devon was great! He texted us when he was on his way to our home, and was prompt, which was appreciated. Devon was professional and personable. His assessment of our problem was timely and he explained his diagnosis very clearly. We were thrilled that the parts he needed for the repair were in his van. I would not recommend hiring Spartan for a plumbing job. I invited Spartan to quote a several-thousand dollar tub to shower conversion project. They were on the high side in cost and I had sent an email asking some questions about the quote. They were answered promptly by a very nice customer service agent, however they still were above their competitors, and so I hired another company. That company didn’t work out, and so I was on the hunt again for plumbing companies to do my job. I put Spartan back in the mix of quotes. About that time, the customer service agent emailed me asking if they could answer anything further regarding their quote. I sent a second email with a few more questions and unfortunately did repeat one question from my prior email. However I also gave new information about my setup that would affect the quote and invited them to update their quote. I also wanted to understand why they were charging over $1500 for a second man for 10 hours when none of the other 5 companies did that. I received a call from the plumber. I had originally posted what truthfully ensued during this phone call. However, the company disagreed with what I said happened during the phone call and asked me to change it, which I have done here at their request. The plumber seemed, in my opinion, to have a very brusque tone, and I never got any further answers to my questions, nor was I able to explain the changes to my scenario that led me to need an updated quote. The call left me feeling very disrespected and intimidated. Not being able to get an updated quote, I had to move on from this company, as they seemed, in my opinion, unwilling to take on the job and perfectly willing to pass on several-thousand dollars, simply because I asked too many questions. In my opinion.

Konstantin did an outstanding job from start to finish. He handled everything professionally, identified the exact cause of the leak, and never tried to upsell unnecessary services like many other companies do. Another big plus — Spartan Plumbing offers free diagnostics, while another company wanted to charge me $350 just to take a look. That alone made Spartan my top choice. The only issue I faced was with the Spartan finance department during the payment crediting process. At first, they weren’t very helpful, but Konstantin stepped in, followed up personally, and got everything resolved. Thank you for the great service, Konstantin!
